Finally Got My First iPhone - The iPhone 3G!

Apple iPhone 8 Plus, 64GB, Space Gray - Fully Unlocked (Renewed)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Wow! I got my first iPhone, the iPhone 3G way back in 2008. That's almost 12 years ago. I was practically sold by Steve Jobs when he announced and show the first iPhone. But, I only managed to get the 3G version after almost a year of waiting.

Some critics say that some of the iPhone features weren't really anything new. That might be true, but the iPhone actually does it better. I remember being overawed by the iPhone. The gyroscope, the cool music player, gaming, and the internet browser.

Before the iPhone came, I, like the rest of the world have been using phones by Nokia, Sony-ericsson, and even by Palm. One thing that interests me was the ability to surf the net on your tiny mobile phone. Of course, it wasn't until the iPhone came that surfing on mobile really took off.

The only problem with surfing the net on the iPhone was the ban on Java. Without java, the browser was practically crippled. In any case, the experience was much better than the browser on the other phones. It took a while for the others to catch up to the idea of mobile surfing.

Obviously, I like gaming, and back then, even before I had the iPhone, I actually bought a lot of games for the mobile phone. The games were all retro looking. One thing I hate is that, if I change to another phone, I'll have to buy that same game again.

When the iPhone showed the type of games you can play, I'm like, wtf. I want this! Also, Apple was smart to have iTunes. That means, even if I upgrade my phone, I can re-download the games, music, movies, ebooks, podcast again without having to pay for it.

I didn't get the iPhone 4 and 5. I did get the iPhone 6, 7 and the last is iPhone 8 plus. I didn't like the design of the iPhone X with the notch, so, I decided to go for a Samsung android phone. Frankly, I didn't like android when I was using the S3. It was unstable and I prefer iOS.

The best iPhone I ever owned was my iPhone 8 plus. If Apple gets rid of the notch and did a better design like my Samsung Note 10+ that I'm using now, I might return and get the iPhone. One of the reasons is the camera and the iMovie app.

As a Youtuber, I take pictures and videos a lot. So, obviously, I need a good camera. The camera phones have improved a lot since my iPhone 3G days. If you watch my video above, you'll definitely see the difference between my old and new videos.

I've tried using other mobile movie editors but I like the iMovie app the most. It's free, simple, fast to edit and upload. That's one thing I'm missing when using the android phone. Well, when I bought the iPad Pro, I realized that I won't need an iPhone anymore.

Apple 10.5in iPad Pro 256GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray MPDY2LL/A (Renewed)

The iPad Pro is my main device use to take videos, pictures, edit and upload to youtube. The only problem is, I don't bring it along when I'm traveling. So, I had to depend on my Samsung Note+. The only free video editor that I like on the android phone is Quik (Google store link) by GoPro.

The other mobile video editor pretty much sucks. One thing I'm exasperated about other mobile editor is there's no 'snip' feature. So, if you want to cut something out in the middle of the video, you can't. Don't these guys do any kind of snipping?

Well, anyway. Just reminiscing my old youtube videos and some of the products that I had through the years. I really hope, Apple is going full screen with their phones and also do like Samsung with their Samsung Dex. Imagine, after taking my videos and then link it to a monitor and with a desktop interface, doing my editing, gaming, or other stuff. Cool idea?

Nintendo switch lite Ninjala Battle Royale gameplay

Nintendo Switch Lite - Zacian and Zamazenta Edition

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Ninjala can be downloaded today on eShop and play Battle Royale for free. Play with others from around the world and try to get to the top with points gathered by destroying robots or your enemy. Get your gears ready and jump into the game immediately!

I've been playing the game for a while and I must say, it's really fun. I like that you can create your own avatar and choose your favorite weapons. Try using what's comfortable and the control can be adjusted to your preferences.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Zacian and Zamazenta Edition

There's actually a story campaign where you can purchase on eShop. The game is free but like other 'free' games, you can purchase various avatar designs and upgrades. Not, necessarily give you an advantage over the other players though.

This game is kids theme, combining Ninja and bubble gum. You use the bubble gum to blow at your enemy to caged them or throwing darts. The darts don't seem to give much effects. So, even though, I prefer it to attack from afar but there aren't any other attack options that I like.

Frankly, I like Battle Royale or Team Deathmatch which are in a small enclosed area instead of the open field type. Ninjala, get you straights into the match and everyone is fighting for the points. So, there's no time-wasting.

You do your gears up before the match, not during the match. You're not going around looking for weapon or armor. I find that irritating. Okay, maybe, I suck at it, but it's just boring to me. There'll be a time when I slowly got my gears and then get snipe by someone hiding from God-knows-where.

That's why I like the quick battle. I think at the moment the server is kinda slow though. I waited for almost 5 mins only to be told there are no players. And, sometime, there'll be errors. While waiting in the dojo, I spend my time practicing combos and moves.

The game is obviously still new. So, I'm not complaining much. The more popular the game gets the more people that will be playing it. Like, I've said before, the game is a kid's theme but doesn't mean it's not suitable for adults.

Well, at least you have another great free game to play on your switch or switch lite. And, playing on my switch lite is always fun. In total, I have almost 140+ games on my 512GB MicroSD card and I'm spoilt for choice to play anytime I felt like it.

The best part is that there are many popular pc/console games that are already available and more coming to the switch. Being able to play them on my switch lite on the go is a dream come true. It's a long-time coming and it's like being a kid in a candy store!

Nintendo Switch lite CYBERPUNK Cyber Protocol puzzle gameplay

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Looking for a cyberpunk theme game to play on your Nintendo Switch? Then, check out Cyber Protocol (eShop). Now, on a deal for $0.99!

I actually took a look at the game couple of times because I thought it's some kind of programming or coding game. I love that kind of game. Where you learn how to code and game at the same time. But, turn out it's not. Just a game theme where you 'hack' to save your android friend.

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Cyber Protocol (eShop) is an arcade puzzle game set in the Cyberpunk scenario with strong and dynamic gameplay. You impersonate the main hero, whose mission is to bring his Android friend (G0X6) back to life by activating the protocol.

When I watch the site gameplay video, I wasn't exactly sure how you play the game. I was still wondering if I should get the game even though it's on a deal. I basically say, what the heck and make the plunge!

In the game, you 'hack' by going through level after level of puzzles that have many intricate traps that will zap you if you make the mistake. You won't exactly die, just that you have to restart from the starting point of the level. But, you can opt to save at half-way checkpoint so that you won't have to go all the way back.

It's not until I reach the 2nd and third level that it gets harder and harder. You have to be careful not to hit the firewall or stay for too long before being zap by traps. You'll have to think your way through those traps and move fast before being zap by laser or whatever.

This is a single playing game but you can invite friends or family members to challenge and see who can clear the puzzle faster.

Here's some more info on the game below: (Taken from game eShop game info)

  • COMPETITIVE - Share the fun with your family and friends - Cyber Protocol invites up to 4 players to take up the challenge locally! Be careful, only the best hackers can pass it without harm.
  • FOR CHALLENGERS - Looking for more adrenaline? Try hacking the system in the arcade mode at an increased pace and with limited lives. The task is hard, but if you are good enough, you can get your place in the top 20 global rankings of cyber hackers! Glory, fame, and success - it all can be yours!
  • FOR RETRO FANS - Miss retro games style? Don't worry - we got you covered! Throw away your old, dusty console, progress in the game, and travel back in time to the ’80s by changing game themes and sounds.
  • MUSIC PLAYER - If you want to relax after the hard work of hacking, sit back and listen to the Cyber Protocol’s Synthwave and 8bit soundtracks before going to the next challenge!

Wireless Controller for Nintendo Switch, Ergonomic Controller for Nintendo Switch with Gravity Induction of Six-Axis Gyroscope, Double Motor Vibration and Screen Capture Button

I really like the music player. And, the song isn't bad either. I like listening to youtube music on my switch lite before I sleep. So, it'll be great to listen to some cyberpunk music available on this game. Again, I'm not sure why Nintendo doesn't have a music player on the switch!?

The Nintendo switch can definitely be more than just a gaming system. With programming learning software like FUZE4 and smileBASIC4, it becomes an educational tool. If we have a chrome browser app, we can surf, check emails, read ebooks and so much more!

Go get the game now before the deal is off!

Nintendo Switch lite - We Should Talk - New Game demo gameplay

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

If you're looking for a new interesting game to play, then check out, We Should Talk. Definitely, an interesting game about life in general. Be whatever or whomever you want. To be clear, the game isn't out yet. But, I got to play and do a little gameplay video of it. It'll officially be out on the 16th of July 2020.

The game concept isn't really anything new. I kinda remember playing similar relationship game before. Okay, there's a variation of Japanese girl that was my secretary and also some AI bot girlfriend online. It's like talking to someone real only it's just a chatbot. I'm not sure if this is the type of game that lonely people play.

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

I'm not lonely but from the quick play of the game, I feel like being a fly on the wall. Watching people interacting, and talking stuff, I don't really care about. The game started without telling who or what gender I am. Like I said, this might be different from the official game that's coming out later.

It was actually funny at first. When I was chatting with the bartender, I didn't realize I was actually a lady in the game. It was kinda weird the way she talks to me and about guys watching me. I thought I was either a gay or a lesbian. The blurry picture of me in the game didn't help.

Nintendo Blue/ Neon Yellow Joy-Con (L-R) - Switch

Another funny moment was when the bartender lady told me to order a drink. I don't drink, so I just choose whiskey in six tiny shots. I was taken aback by how surprised she was at my order. She thought I was joking. So, I told her it was a joke.

She bought it and after that, I received a message from someone on my mobile phone that supposed to be my 'girlfriend'. I'm not sure if she's a girl, friend, or a lesbian girlfriend. Yup, it just gets weirder and weirder.

Wireless Controller for Nintendo Switch,Remote Pro Controller Gamepad Joystick for Nintendo Switch Console, Supports Gyro Axis, Turbo and Dual Vibration [Update Version]

For all I know, this could be some real shit that people talk about. While chatting with this 'girlfriend' of mine, I felt that I would have dump her long ago. Listening to people talk about their problems is not my kind of thing.

Well, lucky for me, it's just a game. You create your own story and you play out the game as you want to play it. I haven't gone far into the game to find out what happened in the end. Even then, it'll definitely not be the same. You make your choices and you live with it. In the game at least.

By the way, playing this game on the switch to me is much better. Great to play when you're in bed, relax, before going to sleep. Just don't dream about it later. lol

Nintendo switch lite Pokémon Cafe Mix gameplay

Nintendo Switch Lite - Gray

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Here's another cool Free-to-play game from Nintendo you can play on your Nintendo Switch/switch lite. It's also available on other devices. One thing to note is that it's a touch-based game. So, even if you're playing on your switch, you can't use the controller to play. Well, lucky for us, the switch has a touchscreen too.

Frankly, I don't like touch-based games. I prefer playing with a controller. Even if you're playing mobile games, people are buying a controller because it's much better playing with them. That's pretty obvious. But, somehow, game dev seldom includes support for the game. Which is kinda exasperating.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Gray

This is part of the reason, I bought the Switch lite. To play games with a controller. I can see why the Pokemon Cafe Mix is touch-based. It will be a little difficult to play with the gamepad. This looks more like a Nintendo Ds game with the touch pen.

Well, I actually do have a touch pen that I got for free when I bought an android tablet a couple of months back. I find it useful to play the game. It's not that bad either. I love the graphics, the music, and the sound effect. Who wouldn't? It's a pokemon theme cafe!

IFYOO Capacitive Stylus Touch Pen, Pen Shape Switch Game Controller for Super Mario Maker 2, Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training, Touch Pen for Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, Touch Screen Phone - [Yellow]

Playing this game with a touch pen on a switch lite while holding it in bed will be a little tough. That's why they shouldn't have been lazy and allow the switch gamers to play with the controller. There are other similar games that do that. At least let us control the menu with the gamepad.

In spite of my complaints about the game being all touch-based, I like the puzzle elements of the cafe game. All you need to do is use your fingers or touch pen to swirl and mix the same icons to break the sugar or ice to make drinks or food for your customers.

Retear Carry Case for Nintendo Switch Lite 2019 Carrying Cover Accessories with 8 Game Card Slots

When you mix the icons, sometime, there'll be some power you'll be able to use to break the sugar or collect ingredients. You need these ingredients to complete your customer orders. There are limited moves so, don't waste it.

Like all free-to-play games, it's not really free. If you run out of moves, for example, you'll have to fork up some real dough to buy more moves. That's how game dev are making money nowadays. I hate this kind of formula. I'll rather pay to play the whole game than having to buy moves?

There's more to the game than just completing the puzzles. So, download it and find out for yourself. Anything to do with Nintendo and pokemon will be fun. This game reminds me of the Puzzle & Dragons Z + Puzzle & Dragon Super Mario game. I'll love for the game to come to the switch.
