Currently, my main camera is the Nikon Coolpix P950. You can check out some of my videos and pictures on my main Youtube channel here. The camera is definitely bigger and a tad heavier than the Z fc. As an amateur, I'm enjoying learning using the camera.

I really love the 83x optical superzoom of the P950. But, if you're not interested in zooming and looking at things far away, this Z fc would be great for taking pics and videos and sharing on social media. Also, with the silver design, it's definitely gonna be a head-turner.

Yesterday, my waist trimmer was finally delivered to me. And, the day before my sauna suit. Right now, I'm wearing both of them while typing this. I'm making it a habit to wear these things every day. Yes, I want my big belly to be trim and slim as quickly as possible!

I'm trying to get into shape like when I was younger. When even my military buddies were in awe of how my body looks. One of them even compliments my legs. No homo. Actually, it's because I was already doing gym before my service.

My schoolmates and I used to sneak into the gym at night after school. Well, my friend already asked our physical instructor for permission but we'll have to use a stick to open the door ourselves. The school and other instructors didn't know about it.

Once, one of our instructors came in and saw us but he told us to make sure the gym was clean. He actually likes that we were interested in training. In our case, we were already bitten by the gym bugs. Especially, me and my best mate. We'll train almost every day.

I also sometimes cycle over to my mate's place to train TKD aka tae kwon do at a nearby basketball court. We'll train kicking punching bag and free sparring. I had joined my school tae kwon do class and only reached a green belt before went on to a technical school.

When I was in the military, we were taught TKD techniques too. Of course, I already have some basics on it. I got a laugh when my lieutenant trying to teach me kicking. I could give him triple kicks without him seeing it. That's how fast I was.

Well, that was almost 27+ years ago. Now, my tummy is as big as a basketball. Although, I still have some kind of body shape. That's why I'm mostly concentrating on trimming my waist. I've been at it for a couple of weeks now and hopefully, the waist trimmer will help me trim faster.

If you didn't know (from my last post), I have slipped disc and was advised not to do any sit-ups. I still can't bend over my body too long or, the pain will come back. It's like somebody slicing your nerves from the inside. I couldn't move my body for 4 days in the hospital.

I'm thinking of doing it though. Maybe, I'll try it slowly at first. There's no better way to get a six-pack than your basic sit-ups. Right now, I'm not using weights, I only have one light dumbbell. As I've said before, I'm not interested in getting muscles.

First and foremost, I want to get my six-pack back. I used to do many different types of sit-ups when I was doing gym at school. Now, I'm only doing what I thought will not hurt my back. I'm keeping it at 20 reps. I want to get slimmed fast but at the same time, keeping it safe.

Again, hopefully, my sauna suit and waist trimmer will help me get there.

I'm actually still wearing my fitness Sauna Suit while typing this. Boy, am I sweating. Of course, I also did some form of exercise. Especially, targetting my big belly. Frankly, I've only recently decided to exercise again.

I really want to be as slim as during my younger days. When I was in a technical school, learning automotive engineering, I'll come back to school in the evening to train in the gym with my schoolmates. Well, we actually sneak in as nobody is allowed to use it after school.

We were really into it. I actually train because I was preparing to join the military after I finished school. Getting ready physically, really help me. Although, I should have also concentrated on running. That's my weakest point. 

In the gym, we'll try everything and anything that will get us into good shape. I like reading fitness and bodybuilding magazines. My school physical instructor once advised us to eat anything and everything as we're not professionals and don't have the money to buy expensive health products.

A couple of months later, another school physical instructor says that my body has improved and he can see the difference. But, the most important for me is that I can already do more than three standard chin-up bar pull-ups. I struggled to do even one before that.

As I've said, training in the gym helps me prepare for my military service. Now, I'm doing it just to make myself feels better. Of course, I feel healthy too. I even started to eat a little bit more. I wasn't enjoying my food before.

One thing different is that now, I don't go to the gym or carry heavy weights. I have a slipped disc and I don't want to make it worse. I also have bad knees. I'm really only concentrating on my tummy. That's why I also got myself a waist trimmer.

So, my birthday was last week and my nephew decided that we have grilled steak. It was actually the first time they tried it on the new portable electric grill and we didn't actually know how it works. I thought the grill would slide nicely to the slots below the grill. Apparently, not.

We end up just putting the grill on top of the heated coils. It does heat up pretty quickly. One thing to note is that the grill pan has open spaces where the whole thing might catch fire if you use butter or any kind of burning oils that falls to the heated coils.

Another thing to remember is there will obviously be smokes, so it's definitely much better if you have a backyard. We live in an apartment block, so we didn't have a choice. Especially, when the butter that we used catch fire. I had to tell my family not to make it worse by blowing at it.

I remember during my school days that something caught fire inside the class. I don't remember what it was but all the kids were either fanning or blowing at it, thinking the fire will be put out that way. No, my teacher reminds us that fire needs oxygen, and all that fanning and blowing is giving it oxygen!

My family actually going to finish up frozen steaks that we bought for dinner today. Not celebrating anything but just need to clear them before the expiry dates. We bought them to see how good the meat is and I don't have any complaints. 

We don't really eat meat often. But, it's a welcome treat once in a while. That's why it's great to have these indoor portable electric grills or the 2-in-1 soup. You don't have to worry about bad weather outside as you can have fun eating it together inside. It's totally worth getting one!

I'm really happy with my last outing and having fun taking pictures and videos with my Nikon Coolpix P950. Some people say, the quality of the pictures is not that good especially in low light but I'll post some pics below to show you and let you see for yourself.

I've always been amazed at photos taken by famous photographers. I also like some videos that you can watch on youtube. I like the one with a little bit of artistry in it. A few natural or lighting effects to make it more interesting. I'm not talking about CGI effects if you're wondering.

I've always wanted a camera because of the inspiring photos and videos that I've seen. I want to be able to take good quality photos but more importantly, be a photography artist. I'm not good at drawing, so using a camera to make art is much easier.

Okay, it's not that easy. Like, I waited for the sun to set so that I can take beautiful pictures of it but because it was going to rain, it didn't show up. It was cloudy and only a little light was available. I still took some photos and videos but couldn't end it with the main event.

Before I forget, you can watch my outing video here. I didn't do any kind of editing except for the last few shots where I used the variable neutral density adjustable filter. There are too many pictures, so I'm kinda lazy to edit them. Except, when I posted individually on social media.

If you upload your pics on social media, you can use their editor to add more color or use different kinds of lightings. Now, I try using different kinds of settings when taking photos or videos with my P950. I like the ability to choose the color and also the choose the lightings.

It'll make your pictures a little more interesting or different. Instead of just those normal mundane pictures. As a beginner, I'm really loving this camera. It's not just learning about using it but getting more experienced in getting great pictures.

The 83x superzoom is really cool. I forget to tell him that it can even be used to zoom to the moon. For nature lovers, this camera zooming capability is really good. In fact, the P1000 3000mm zoom is even better but much heavier than mine P950 2000 max focal length.

Of course, I wanted to go mainly because I now have the Nikon Coolpix P950. A chance for me to take interesting pictures and videos with it. As I've said before, photography and videography are still new to me. I'm still testing and checking out all the settings of the camera. 

I met an older gentleman with assuming his wife and we had a nice chat. He saw me showing the camera to my lady friend and finally came over. He's kinda a bird enthusiast and has been to many locations just to take pictures of birds.

His daughter recommended getting the Nikon P1000 because of the zooming capabilities. It's obviously great for bird watching. He asked me if the camera was any good, how heavy it is, and which one is better. Well, the first thing I told him was that I'm still new at photography and at using the camera.

I told him, the camera had already been out for a while and the pictures might not be up to his standard if he's a pro. He showed me his kinda old looking small camera. I think it's a sony. The P950 is a tad heavy but certainly lighter than the P1000.

Well, one thing he really likes is the zooming. Keeps talking about it. Definitely, great for taking pictures and videos of birds. He showed me some eagle pics and one with prey on its leg. Pretty amazing. Although, I didn't see any while checking out the fishing village.

He also showed me some other birds' pics that he took. I definitely need to go and check out some of the places that he recommended me to go to. I'm not really a bird-watching enthusiast. But, I'm interested in taking some eagles' pics and videos.

Even if you're not using zooming to watch birds or other animals, it's still great for zooming to a faraway area. I get to zoom to boats far out at sea or big ships docking at the other side of the land. Been many a time, I wanted to do it when I didn't have the camera before.

A lot of people actually were interested when they saw the camera. Maybe because most of them only use their mobile phones. I did see some other guys using different kinds of cameras. Next time, I might want to talk to them or check out their gears.

I really had a fun day, taking pictures and videos. And, frankly, to me, the pics and videos that I took are pretty cool. But, I only realized, I didn't use the UV filter all the while. Anyway, I tried the neutral variable filter for the last few shots. Looking forward to more adventures with my P950!

One last thing, surprisingly, the battery lasts for almost 4 hours. Maybe because I seldom use the zoom?

While companies like Apple playing the safe game by only giving incremental improvement to their products, Samsung came out with the Z Fold phones. Which no other company is brave enough to take the risk. And, the first Z Fold phone was a failure?

Samsung definitely didn't take it as a failure. In fact, they listen to their customer complaints and try to improve on them. Then came the  Z Fold 2. If I had the money, I would have instantly bought it. It was a vast improvement from the first.

As I've said before in my past blog post (read it here), I like the Z Fold phones because it's like a mini laptop when you open it halfway. You can open up and use the on-screen keyboard as if it's a laptop. I'm not sure how good the experience is but it's still interesting.

The best thing about it is that you can also use it as a 7-inch tablet. Open it up fully and enjoy the bigger screen. For playing games, watching youtube, or video editing. As a Youtuber, that bigger screen will be very useful to edit the pictures and videos for your youtube channel.

Sometimes, I'll use my Samsung Note 10+ to record videos or take pictures and upload them on my Youtube channel. Of course, it's quick and easy but even with a 6.8" screen size, it's still kinda small and difficult to edit. 

Having a 2 in 1 mobile device that opens up into a 7.6" tablet is such a nifty useful thing to have. Especially, when you want to travel light. I don't know why Samsung doesn't want to showcase any Youtuber or vlogger in their presentation.

Samsung also announced their new Z Flip 3 5G. My sis is thinking of getting the Z Fold 3 but I told her why not get the Z Flip 3 instead. It's a little smaller and cheaper. The Z Flip is basically for the fashion conscious. It also has all the bells and whistles of the Fold 3 only in a smaller package.

There are still people who prefer a smaller phone and not having to bring around a brick. Even Apple has its mini retro iPhone line. It's good that companies don't just offer one fit-it-all size mobile devices. It's been a while since we have had any kind of variety.

Once awhile, I'll remember this photo that I took of my niece back when I just got the game F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin. Coincidently, she looks like Alma. I don't remember if I actually ever finished the game. Such a long time ago. I think I did finish the first F.E.A.R though.

Back in the day, I was buying and playing the latest FPS games. They were triple-A games. Nowadays, I don't even care about any new games that are coming out because they seem to lose the way. I really hate the subscriptions mode. Part of the reason I don't play games anymore.

I also don't like playing multi-player games much. I prefer playing a storied version of the games. I like playing to a good story and have the freedom to just do whatever you want in a game. Ok, that's RPG. Open world game is pretty fun but sometimes, you get lost in it.

I'll take on so many missions that I end up deleting them because I'm way far off the course. Games in the past are fun because you pay, play, finish it, and get on to the next game. Nowadays, they want you to pay and pay for the same kind of shit. Wtf!?



Warner Bros-F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

Is it me, or there aren't any horror shooter games anymore? Every game nowadays is just simple mobile games that want you to pay and pay for upgrades or whatever craps kids nowadays like. Hey, look, I have a new hat! Lol. 

Games were supposed to be fun and don't need to have any kind of crappy purchase to upgrade your character. The only thing you hate was dying and having to repeat the section of the game. Back then, whenever they announced a new game, I will be so excited that I can't wait to buy it.



F.E.A.R 2: PROJECT ORIGIN PS3

I'll of course buy the physical version. As you get the case and the disc. But, back then, you'll get at least the poster. Now, you'll just get the case and the disc. Nothing special to it. Everything is going digital nowadays. It's definitely much easier and quicker although the size is pretty big.

It's kinda funny because the game size is getting bigger and definitely you'll need bigger size storage. But the game console they're selling only comes with 250 or 512GB of storage. Which isn't enough. The minimum should start with 512GB and up to 2TB or more!

Well, the good thing is that it's making money for third-party companies. Hopefully, the storage won't die on you or you'll be losing all your games. My Xbox and PS3 died on me and you can imagine the frustrations of not being able to play your games.

I was happy when they announced that you can now play all your old Xbox games on the new console. I'm still waiting for Sony PlayStation to do the same thing. They say, the new PS5 would offer that but I'm not so sure about it as some say, it's only for the PS4. 

So, I can't still play my F.E.A.R 3 that I bought for the PS3. Fck it!

Yesterday, was my birthday. I went over to my sis house and had BBQ steak with their portable electronic grill. Of course, I also had my birthday cake (video). After eating my full and relaxing for a while, I decided to play around with the punching bag inside my nephew's room.

I actually gave them the punching bag. Someone didn't want them at work so I brought it home. I was lazy to put it up and since my nephew wanted it, I gave it to them. Once awhile, if I'm over at their place, I'll do a bit of random punching and kicking.

I kinda forget that I had my 2nd dose of Covid-19 jabs around 1 1/2 weeks ago. You're advised not to do any kind of strenuous exercise after your vaccine. One of my friends reminded me of that when I send him the video of me doing the punching bag workout. 

Well, it wasn't really a real workout. I just did some random kicking and punching just for the video. Although, I did sweat it out. The good thing is that my right arm didn't feel weak or pain like the few days after I had the 2nd vaccine dose.

I also have to be a bit careful because I have a slipped disc. I don't want to make it worse by going all the way with the punching and kicking. Thank goodness, I'm not feeling any kind of bad effect from the little workout I did yesterday.

I did feel kinda good sweating it out. In fact, I'm trying to get to my slim self when I was younger. I'm wearing a homemade sauna shirt that would help me sweat and also do exercises. I've been doing this only over a week plus. I'm monitoring my weight and my big belly pot. Lol.

I also have a bad left knee. I have to always be careful if I want to do any kind of workout less I make it worse for myself. That's why I'm taking it easy. It's not like I'm a pro that needs to train for competition or anything. I'm basically doing it for health benefits.

I used to train in tae kwon do (TKD) when I was in school. I even help train my friend who was going to Korea for a competition. I trained him so hard he practically begs me for some rest time. Well, the only time you can rest is when you're at home.

Anyway, I also used to train in the gym when I was in school too. It helps me when I was drafted into the military. It's only now during the pandemic that I start to think about my health again and also most importantly trim my big pot belly.

I can't really do a couple of hundreds of seat-up in various different ways like I used to. Like I've said before, I don't want to worsen my slip disc. That's why I've been thinking of getting the sauna suit and waist trimmer to help me. Not really sure if it works, but worth a try.

I'll update here in my blog if I actually managed to trim my big belly. So keep coming back here!
