My sis SAMSUNG Note 10+ phone screen has been giving her problems lately. I tried restarting her phone a couple of times and got the screen back working so that she can back up her photos and other data. I've been advocating for people to save them on Google online.

This is part of the reason why. Backing up your data on the free Google online storage will save you in the time of need. You'll have around 15GB of storage space for work and for play. Most average users will be enough for them. Though, I'm running out of them. Lol.

My first impression is that it actually looks kinda small. Even when you open it on a tablet mode. It's also a little heavy. Yes. you will notice the crease. But, it actually doesn't bother me. I only spend a brief moment with it and I do like it. 

The first thing I did when I held the phone in my hand is to open it to a tablet mode. I thought you could easily open and close it with one hand. Turn out you need both of them. And, you have to press (for me) both your thumbs on each side to close it.

Currently, I'm still using my Note 10+ which I've owned for over two years now. I use the camera a lot for my food photos. I also use the camera for work. Lately, I've been using it to post #short videos on my youtube channel. I don't use my iPad anymore for unboxing and video editing.

I haven't done any unboxing videos for a while. I do buy things but got lazy and since youtube now has #shorts just like tik tok, it's pretty quick and easy. In any case, most viewers don't like watching my long videos. The good thing is that, if there's interest in a product it'll get more views.

Well, it seems I was right. My sis video called me to test the camera and after that, I saw that the video already had 100+ likes. That makes me go check the views and it's already over 1k views. Didn't think anybody would still be interested in the Samsung Z Fold 3. 

In the Whatsapp video call, you can put your own backgrounds. I tried doing the same thing on my Samsung phone but it's only available on the Fold 3. But, you can't for example do silly things like sharing doodles or animations.

The Samsung Z Fold 3 is really an interesting phone. I've been thinking of getting it just to try it out. There's basically no other phone with its kind of foldable from factor. I also love the fact you can use it like a tablet. Which is great for movie watching, checking emails, video calling etc.

So, I've been using and testing how it feels like using a drop bar on my mountain bike and there's definitely a different feel mentally and physically. It was also kinda easy to change between them. Especially, if you have a separate brake lever and shifter for each handlebar. 

I've never owned or ridden a road bike. That's why I was curious and wanted to try it out. Luckily, I found a cheap drop bar and other accessories that I bought to set it up. I definitely learned a lot and there are many good videos on youtube that you can learn from.

Since I've never used a drop bar, at first it does feel weird. I even thought that I set it up all wrong. One thing to note is that I'm not a tall fellow. In fact, when I check out the road bike (thinking of buying one) there never seems to sell a 24inch tire size.

Although, I notice a road bike seat is supposedly much higher set up. A guy on one video said that the seat and the drop bar are much better at the same level. To avoid back and neck pain. That's one thing I'm afraid of. And, I actually did have slight back and neck pain when using the drop bar.

I decided to buy a new and much shorter bike stem because it seems the back and neck pain is caused by the drop bar being too far in front. And, my err..rather short hands have to stretch out to hold them. There's actually a debate on which is better. A longer or shorter bike stem.

I would say, it depends on you. If it feels good using a shorter bike stem then use it. If not, get a longer one. In spite of the drop bar setup problem, it actually feels nice using them. I always feel like I need and want to go faster. I don't have that kind of feeling when using the normal handlebar.

I do feel having better control of the bike when using a handlebar. I always use the footpath when riding and there are a lot of stops and weaving through people. Maybe, I'm too used to using a handlebar but if I see a clear path I'll go down on the drop bar and just shoot for speed.

The need for speed is really exhilarating. The other day, I used a different route going home from my sis house and it really felt great. I think I reach my house a little faster when using a drop bar than a straight bar. But, I didn't time myself, didn't bring my speedometer.

One thing I notice and it seems true is that my hands get numbs when using the handlebar. But, I didn't have that problem when using a drop bar. It's because I keep changing my grips. You can use different parts of the drop bar to hold.

Now, I've changed back to my normal handlebar but part of me misses the drop bar and the need for speed. The feeling is not the same and even before I tried using the drop bar when on a straight clear path I always feel like going down and forward to speed.

I might one day get a road bike if I found one that suits my height. Though, I've heard of smaller pro cyclists. Like I've said, I ride mostly on the pathway and it's kinda a hassle having to stand at the traffic light. That's why I tried the drop bar on my 24inch tire mountain bike. Which is best for me.

Bought a colorful bike pedal extender and fit it yesterday. Test it for a bit and actually feel really comfortable. I actually bought it because I bought a new red color kickstand and it'll hit the back of my crocs while pedaling.

Now, I don't have to worry about hitting the kickstand again. Also, sometimes I had problems finding the pedal when starting off. It's because the new pedal that I've changed is kinda a bit small from the original. It feels weird at first but I got used to it really quickly.

Whenever I post new bicycle parts that I've bought and fit on my bike, there'll always be some smart ass disliking it. They'll comment it's a waste or say shit that to me isn't true. Heck, some even say, my bike is cheap and not worth buying.

First of all, yes, my foldable mountain bike is cheap. That's why I bought it. It's affordable to me and I like buying parts and changing them. It's only recently that I found a workplace that is close to my home and riding also helps my fitness and health as a whole.

That's why I don't really care about the bad comments on my youtube channel video. I do what I like and just because I did something wrong, I can't learn from it. It's called the school of hard knocks. You learn better from the real-world experience than just reading or commenting about it.

I've never owned a road bike. Been thinking if I should get one. But, I have slipped disc so, I worry that I'll have a problem riding it. I bought a stem extender for my mountain bike because it actually hurts my back when riding. Making it a little higher feels better too.

Being me, I'm too curious and if I don't try it, I'll never know. I'll be thinking about it day and night. Hence, I bought a drop bar and going to change it on my mountain bike when it finally arrives. I've already bought the brake lever, wrappers, etc.

I think it'll be an interesting bike with a drop bar and mountain bike design. I don't know anything about the shifters so, I'll just be using the normal standard one available. I'll make it work somehow. I'm doing this because sometimes when I ride, I feel like bunking down using a drop bar.

When I'm on a rough road or pathway, a handlebar is much more comfortable and better controlled. Like I've said, I've never ridden a road bike or used a drop bar, so I'm not sure if I'll be comfortable using them. The good thing is that it's easy to switch.

Anyway, tomorrow I'll be riding my bike to work with the new pedal extender and I can test how good it is. I did a quick test after fitting it and it does feel good. I'll know more when cycling to and fro from home to work. I always feel excited when I've changed new bike parts. Lol!

The other day, I took a video of me wearing a moisturizing face mask. I was going to put on one again last Sunday when I realized, after reading and opening up the package that it's actually a foot mask. I've never heard of a foot mask and even asked my Sis about it.

Apparently, she herself didn't know that one of the packages that she gave me included a foot mask. And, she didn't even know that there's such a thing. Someone probably gave her and she didn't check it. Well, lucky me. I tried it and am loving it!

I've also made a video and blog about how painful wearing my new shoe which was too tight. So, it's kind of fate that I got myself the foot mask. It's a little weird at first but it's kind of soothing and soapy. My feet felt very cool when I took the foot mask off.

I'm planning to get myself both the face mask and the foot mask. I was thinking since I'm getting old, might as well start to take care of myself and my body. It's time to relax and enjoy your old age. We have been through shits when we're young.

In fact, most of my knees, shoulder, wrist have been starting to give me problems. I can practically feel all the joints clattering. I can't go down a staircase without slowly going step by step. My left knee will lock up and it'll hurt.

So, I haven't worn a shoe for decades. Ok, maybe for work. But, I prefer wearing crocs when I go out with families and friends. It's definitely more comfortable. But, a few weeks ago, I had to wear crocs to my cousin's daughter wedding as I didn't have any shoes.

That's when I thought, well, maybe I should get one just in case, there's an occasion where I need to wear proper shoes and attires. The problem is I had chosen the wrong size and should have opted for a little bigger and wider.

That's the problem when you haven't worn any shoes for years. Although I shop online, I measured exactly my foot size without thinking of any extra spaces. Also, usually, if you went to the shoe shop, you get to test it. 

Well, maybe next time, if I decide to buy any type of shoes online, I'll choose the size that's a little bigger than my foot. I tried wearing the shoes for my new workplace and I got blisters all over my feet. I still feel pain because it was too tight.

If you haven't, check out my new shoe #shorts video here. Somebody commented saying the shoe looks cool. For one thing, it's cheap. In the end, though, I sold it to my colleague as it actually fits him better. That's what I call fate. 

I'm thinking of getting a boot. When I was in the military, I didn't really like wearing boots. I used to have blisters wearing them. Especially, if it's brand new and it'll cut the back of my heels. But, nowadays the boot is made of different and soft materials.

I also didn't realize it back then, but I was having leg cramps and wearing boots was killing me. Decades later, I still have leg cramps especially at night and I have a problem sleeping. Ailment oil sometimes doesn't work.

I only discovered later on that I can take the Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc vitamins to help soothe my cramps and it actually helps me sleep. Right now, my right calve is already starting to cramp. It's a little early to take the vitamins so, sometimes I also just wash my legs with cold shower water.

One of my favorite shoe brands is Adidas. I don't know why, the three stripes are pretty enticing. For some reason, the three stripes make your shoe looks cool. If they have the Adidas crocs version with the three stripes, I'm buying. 

Lol. Like, I've said, I've sold my new shoe to my colleague. Although the design is cool it's simply too tight for me. So, I'm on the hunt for new shoes. Maybe, I'll see one with a design that I like in the future. Who knows, meanwhile, I'm sticking with my crocs.

I'm really starting to enjoy riding the new folding bike that I just bought last week. I haven't ride a bike for eons. I actually fell yesterday riding at the pathway. Dropping my bike and rolling to the other side of the path. Nobody came to ask if I'm okay or help me up though. 

I was wearing my bike helmet and it kinda make me feel safe. You never know, you might knock your head on something when you fell. I remember falling off a bike when I was younger and it rips my pants. I had to cover it up with my shirt all the way home.

Maybe, I'm a little clumsy but, I'm always either falling off my bikes or just accidents waiting to happen. I actually almost hit a bird this morning, just walking blocking my way. Had to press the emergency brake. Bloody birdie.

When I was younger, nobody actually wears or need a helmet for a bicycle. I notice it's a recent trend. I only saw professional riders wearing it. But, nowadays, everyone is freaking wearing it. That's why I also jump on the bandwagon.

My colleague asked why I didn't get the bike elbow and knee protection too? Lol. Maybe, I should. Since I'm always falling off my bike for whatever reasons. One thing for sure, I feel my legs and fitness are getting much better. 

I struggled the first-day ride to work. I stop a couple of times, catching my breath and resting my heavy legs. I was panting heavily and even shaking. Feel like I wanted to just lay down and rest at the roadside. I couldn't believe how weak I was. Especially, I started exercising at home for two months.

I think cycling will suit me because I have a bad left knee and a slipped disc. Running obviously would make my knee worse. And, I don't want to go to the hospital again for my back. Right now, I've been cycling for a week plus and I'm monitoring my own health.

I'm really happy with my last outing and having fun taking pictures and videos with my Nikon Coolpix P950. Some people say, the quality of the pictures is not that good especially in low light but I'll post some pics below to show you and let you see for yourself.

I've always been amazed at photos taken by famous photographers. I also like some videos that you can watch on youtube. I like the one with a little bit of artistry in it. A few natural or lighting effects to make it more interesting. I'm not talking about CGI effects if you're wondering.

I've always wanted a camera because of the inspiring photos and videos that I've seen. I want to be able to take good quality photos but more importantly, be a photography artist. I'm not good at drawing, so using a camera to make art is much easier.

Okay, it's not that easy. Like, I waited for the sun to set so that I can take beautiful pictures of it but because it was going to rain, it didn't show up. It was cloudy and only a little light was available. I still took some photos and videos but couldn't end it with the main event.

Luckily for me, it only rains after I reached home. My lady friend though was totally drenched as it rains before she could make it home. Yes, next time bring an umbrella, especially if you know it's going to rain from the weather forecast. Lol.

Before I forget, you can watch my outing video here. I didn't do any kind of editing except for the last few shots where I used the variable neutral density adjustable filter. There are too many pictures, so I'm kinda lazy to edit them. Except, when I posted individually on social media.

If you upload your pics on social media, you can use their editor to add more color or use different kinds of lightings. Now, I try using different kinds of settings when taking photos or videos with my P950. I like the ability to choose the color and also the choose the lightings.

It'll make your pictures a little more interesting or different. Instead of just those normal mundane pictures. As a beginner, I'm really loving this camera. It's not just learning about using it but getting more experienced in getting great pictures.

Another thing is that the Nikon Coolpix P950 really got a lot of attention from people. An older gentleman even came over to ask me about the camera. His daughter recommended he get the P950 especially since he likes to go bird watching. 

The 83x superzoom is really cool. I forget to tell him that it can even be used to zoom to the moon. For nature lovers, this camera zooming capability is really good. In fact, the P1000 3000mm zoom is even better but much heavier than mine P950 2000 max focal length.
