The other day, I took a video of me wearing a moisturizing face mask. I was going to put on one again last Sunday when I realized, after reading and opening up the package that it's actually a foot mask. I've never heard of a foot mask and even asked my Sis about it.

Apparently, she herself didn't know that one of the packages that she gave me included a foot mask. And, she didn't even know that there's such a thing. Someone probably gave her and she didn't check it. Well, lucky me. I tried it and am loving it!

I've also made a video and blog about how painful wearing my new shoe which was too tight. So, it's kind of fate that I got myself the foot mask. It's a little weird at first but it's kind of soothing and soapy. My feet felt very cool when I took the foot mask off.

I'm planning to get myself both the face mask and the foot mask. I was thinking since I'm getting old, might as well start to take care of myself and my body. It's time to relax and enjoy your old age. We have been through shits when we're young.

In fact, most of my knees, shoulder, wrist have been starting to give me problems. I can practically feel all the joints clattering. I can't go down a staircase without slowly going step by step. My left knee will lock up and it'll hurt.

Although I think, cycling to work with my new folding bike might actually help my knees. Just know, I tried going down the stairs as normal and it didn't hurt much. I'll try it again at work. I'm also starting to be able to bend down to pick up things on the floor.

I used to wonder why women and some men care so much about looking good. Now, I think it's not about looking good but looking and feeling healthy. Okay, as I've said before, it's because I'm getting old, and also for the heck of it, I'm trying all this health mask.

Now, I'm getting it. Why let yourself look and feel old when you can feel young and energetic? I'm actually impressed when I see older gens that still looks good. They don't necessarily look young but they look healthy and definitely happy.

I always see my sis, mom, and niece wearing and talking about the facial masks. I decided to try it out just for fun. So, I ask them for one or two. My niece let me try one. Later on, my sis gave me a couple. But, my mom told me to check if there's an expiry date.

There's an expiry date for a facial mask? Anyway, I went ahead and try the one given to me by my niece. I must say, it's very soapy. I put it on my face and clear out all the bubbles and it covered my whole face. Well, including my mustache and beard.

I read the instructions for the moisturizing facial mask and it says to wear it for about half an hour. So, I did. It felt really soapy and sticky at first. But, by half an hour later, it became dry. I asked my niece should I wash my face after that. She said I should have a wash before I wore the mask.

I'm like, now you tell me. Anyway, I always have a quick bath before I sleep, so I took a quick bath and wash my face at the same time. My face did feel a little refresh. But, I don't really feel anything special. Anyway, since I still have a few more, I'm not wasting it. Lol.

She thinks I'm wasting all her masks. There's actually a facial mask for men. I saw them on Amazon and they seem interesting. I might ask my sis to get them for me. I'm too lazy to get them for myself. My sis has been asking me why am I so interested in looking good nowadays?

I've also been doing exercises to trim my belly. And now, I want a facial mask? I told her that it's just for fun. No matter what, I'm still ugly. Maybe because I'm turning 50 soon. Maybe, I'm just simply curious. When you keep seeing them with a facial mask, makes you wanna try it too.

My niece has been having a pimples problem lately and I think once she began to take care of her face, she looks better now. She's already a working lady, and I haven't seen her for a while. I was surprised when she came to visit and comment on it.

In this pandemic, I've been very careful when I go out. Trying not to touch anything with my hands. I remember my friend told me about how he got measles (I think). He said, his relative's son shook his hand, and immediately he felt something going inside his body.
