Gaming Got Me Through the Madness of 2020

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Gaming helps me got through the pandemic and the chaos that's happening all over the world right now. While everyone else is having a problem staying home days if not months, I'm busy checking out the latest deals on the gaming console. Especially, on my new Nintendo switch lite. Which, I just bought a month ago.

Frankly, I'm an introvert. I don't like being surrounded by humans. They're too loud, care about only their own opinions, and like killing each other over nothing. We're only living temporarily on earth people. Why the hell are you guys fighting over land, wealth, power that doesn't last? That thing is useless when you're dead.

Humans are funny. There are so many good things on earth that we can eat, do or learn from each other cultures. Yet, for whatever reason, they're rather fighting than working together for the common good. I mean, what's in it for you? What makes you better than the rest? God, created man of different tribes so that they can learn from each other.

Those words are so true, yet, mankind would rather hate and keep things for themselves rather than sharing. Why? They seem to forget, that we're all in the same boat. There's nowhere to go. Wouldn't it better to work together rather than fighting each other over shit that doesn't last? Nothing on earth lasts forever. It's not meant to be.

I've got people telling me, I'm like a turtle living under the rock. Not, knowing what's going on in the world. Yo, I wasn't born yesterday. Just because, I'm not saying anything, doesn't mean I know nothing. I'm just keeping things to myself. Also, I'm just tired. It's not as if, I'm getting any younger. The older you get, the quieter you become.

There are countless times that people, I knew, think all I do is play games. All I care is about gaming. In fact, my motto is, gaming is a way of life. Well, life is a game. You better know how to play it. There will be time for bravado and there's a time to sneak pass by your enemy. It's about doing what you need to do to stay alive.

It's all about survival people. Following the rules of the game in order to get to the next level. The good thing about dying in a game is that you have many chances to reach that final destination. We don't have that in real life. There are those who died without given that chance. To continue to that second level. For me, I prefer to play it safe.

I especially like RPG where I have the chance to travel and discover new things in a faraway land. I love scenic mountains and vast lands to walk through. I don't mind some actions fighting monsters and the bad guys. Finding new weapons and magic powers you can use and also upgrades. Helping to rebuild village with gold you found through missions into dungeons.

Okay, I'm playing the latest Elder Scrolls Blades on my switch lite these few days. And, it's really fun. One thing for sure, gaming is getting me through all the bullshits that's been going on in the world right now. I rather get lost in this world then the world we're living.

What you guys think?
