Has the age of AI and Robots Arrived?

Freenove Robot Dog Kit for Raspberry Pi 4 B 3 B+ B A+, Walking, Self Balancing, Ball Tracing, Face Recognition, Live Video, Ultrasonic Ranging, Camera Servo Wireless RC

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Has the Age of AI and Robots arrived?

I saw this robot dog, Freenove Robot Dog Kit for Raspberry Pi that reminds me of the one created and designed by Boston Dynamics. This is a cool way to make and play with your own robot dog. Learning how to code and assemble the parts. This is especially good for the kids as their brains can learn things pretty fast.

I'm pretty sure the military and even the police would be interested in this. Not, that they didn't know already. Probably, funded by them in some shape or form (I'm speculating). This type of machine reminds you of the movie robocop. Well, of course, it can be used for the civilian too. But, I'm pretty sure, it's going to be more than a pet.

Has the age of AI and robots arrived? I have actually posted about robot dogs before. They could be your security dog one day. They could be your kid's pet dogs too. Of course, all these robots are cold and they don't actually have feelings. Do they? You can't compare with having a real pet that lives and breathes. That's also soft to cuddle and play with.

Even if they don't feel, we humans do. Have you ever had to throw toys or stuff that you have been using and hard to let go of? For me, even if AI evolved and becomes smarter than a human, one thing they'll never have is a real soul. That's something only God has the power to give. I believe in science, but I also believe in God. Faith is distinctions that differentiate us from other beings or things.

HUSKYLENS - an Easy-to-use AI Machine Vision Sensor/Smart Vision Robot Camera- Face Recognition Tracking for Raspberry Pi, Micro: bit (HUSKYLENS)

It's really fun to play with a raspberry pi or an Arduino. If only they were available decades ago when I was still in school. I still remember the first time, I touch a computer in a military show of all places. Decades later, I had the chance to learn and use a computer at work. That's also when I bought my first computer. For some reason, I feel comfortable using a computer back then.

I know people that are resistant to the computer. My late father didn't even have a smartphone. He doesn't know that we can use WhatsApp to video call. One day, my bro-in-law sis visit him and they video called my sis from my dad's house, he was surprised that we can do that. That's when he also wanted to try it out. But, doesn't understand how it all works. Lol.

Freenove Hexapod Robot Kit with Remote (Compatible with Arduino IDE Raspberry Pi OS), App Remote Control, Walking Crawling Twisting Servo STEM Project

That's why I say, kids nowadays are lucky that all these technology have grown and are at a pretty advanced stage. Boston Dynamics already selling their Robodog, and there's the flying man with a just booster at his back and hands. There's going to be a flying taxi soon and things going to be interesting in the next decades.

One thing though, it seems, getting to see man first spaceship is still too far away. We still haven't even occupied the moon. Yet, we're aiming for Mars. Space exploration and exploitation are still too advanced of technology for us humans. Well, that's why I think with all these new toys and coding the kids of today, could be the engineers of tomorrow.

We need lots of them and people say it's a waste of money when it'll give people jobs and something far to aim for. Imagine all the ways people will need to learn how to grow food and re-use of water. We will need many engineers, survivalist, doctors, etc. Just like the earlier pioneers of earth, there'll be eager pioneers to explore the universe. Wouldn't that be something cool to look forward too?

I'm not sure if I actually will see that in my time though.

One thing for sure, you guys can buy me Coffee + Pizza via the link below if you like this article:

(Matrix)Trinity has contacted me on my Nintendo switch lite #matrix #trinity #nintendo #nintendoswitch #switchlite

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Yesterday, as usual, I was playing with my Nintendo Switch Lite and decided to open up SmileBASIC 4 to play with some codes. If you didn't know, smilebasic 4 and Python are almost the same. Smilebasic is a much easier and shorter code to write. In fact, if I learned something new about Python, I'll also try it out on smilebasic. Pretty cool.

One thing I like about smilebasic 4 is that it also has a terminal. I love playing in the terminal. Although you can't connect to the outside world. You can do simple things like the basic "hello world". You can perform calculations, change a font color, play sound effects, and even background music. You can also call out sprites right on the terminal.

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

While doing some basic looping coding, I remembered the Matrix movie where the message "Neo" appeared on his computer terminal. It'll be fun to do that on my Switch Lite terminal. Play it as if they set a meeting for me to meet Trinity. And, I can easily do it with smilebasic 4. There's basically no other way you can do it.

People don't realize what they can do with a Nintendo Switch and learning to code with SmileBASIC 4. There's another game coding program called FUZE 4. Both of these programs are great for learning to code and creating your own games. I want people to know that the switch is not just for gaming!

Nintendo Switch Lite - Coral - Switch

The Nintendo Switch is already a great portable gaming console. It already has a good screen and controller. People, especially kids, can learn coding on it and even program their own games. It would be fun and educational. SmileBASIC 4 and FUZE 4 both have keyboard support. Since you need to type a lot when coding.

The ability to use a keyboard and mouse should be right out of the box for the Nintendo Switch. You can already dock your Switch to a big screen TV or a computer monitor. Some people play games on their TV and monitor, like a gaming PC. That's why Nintendo should do that. Smartphones today are as powerful as a pc.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit -Mario Set - Nintendo Switch

I'm not sure if it was last year, but when Nintendo announced Labo, I was like, meh. I'm more interested in connecting it to a Raspberry Pi. Imagine being able to connect to a Raspberry Pi robot. Control it like a car or a robot. That would be way much cooler than the cardboards.

I could use something like the SmileBASIC 4 to code and control the robot. That would be way super-cool. Well, Nintendo just announced their Mario Kart Live, and I'm like, that's what I've been wanting from them. You can't code anything, but this is a good start. Next, they can do a Mario Drone. Now,  Arduino and Raspberry Pi makers should find a way to bank on this.

Freenove Robot Dog Kit for Raspberry Pi 4 B 3 B+ B A+, Walking, Self Balancing, Ball Tracing, Face Recognition, Live Video, Ultrasonic Ranging, Camera Servo Wireless RC

There are already almost 60 million-plus Nintendo Switches sold. There's a ready market for makers to take advantage of. You need to work out something with Nintendo. I will give feedback to Nintendo and open up their systems for educational purposes. I would like to play the Linux terminal on my Switch Lite, one day.

Yes, I know, you can already hack it, but I'm not interested in having to solder my switch lite. I suck at soldering. Also, I don't want to brick my system and be banned from my Online gaming. Anyway, doing things the legal way will support more devs and probably makers (in the future). That's why I buy games and support instead of paying the counterfeiters, which I used to do.

Hey, everyone else needs to eat too!

Nintendo Switch lite SPELLBREAK gameplay compilations

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

The other day, I saw demo gameplay of this game on Nintendo direct. I wasn't really sure what kind of game it was. But, I thought, I'll check it if it's out. Turn out, it's another free-to-play, multiplayer, multiplatform game. I saw it on eShop and immediately download it. I didn't straightaway play the game though.

I wanted to play the other night but having to sign-in and provide a new password, I decided to play another time. Well, finally, decide to play the game today, and I must say, it's pretty interesting and engaging. I remember there's a similar pc game about mage fighting each other. I didn't get the game but this reminds me of that.

Nintendo Switch with Neon Blue and Neon Red Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

While playing this game, I thought about the game being multiplatform and wondering if the other players are playing on their mobile phone, console, or pc. And, who'll have the better advantage? It's pretty interesting don't you think? Like, most of the time, playing games on a pc with a mouse and keyboard is more precise. Especially, for shooter games.

Playing this kind of game on mobile with touch control is the worst. That's why you always get complaints about gamepad support on Google play store. Most console players are used to an Xbox or Playstation controller when playing games. But, not surprisingly, you have some gamers buying keyboard and mouse accessories to play console games.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Gray

Anyway, Spellbreak is a multiplayer action-spellcasting game where you unleash your inner battlemage. Master elemental magic to fit your playstyle and cast powerful spell combinations to dominate other players across the Hollow Lands. I really like the RPG theme and actually went to see the beautiful vast mountains view.

Have to give credit to the artist. Too bad, it's not a story RPG game. I'll love to just relax and go for an adventure in this strange land fighting monsters and save the damsel in distress. In my gameplay video, I actually wanted to use the waiting time to enjoy the beautiful art and someone had to come and attack me. And, the game hasn't even started yet.

Orzly Switch Lite Accessories Bundle - Case & Screen Protector for Nintendo Switch Lite Console, USB Cable, Games Holder, Comfort Grip Case, Headphones, Thumb-Grip Pack & More (Orzly Gift Pack)

The main power I like and use is fire. It's weird, most of the time, fire is the strongest power to use to attack monsters or in this case, fellow mage. Also, I like how I can use fire to attack a couple of enemies at the same time. The main one would just be able to attack a single person. There's also freeze, earth, lightning, and wind.

I can't get over how great looking the mage power graphics are for this RPG multiplayer game. Unlike, other multiplayer shooter games, you don't see fire burning or big beautiful explosions. I would say, that's the difference this game is compared to the other free-to-play game available on the Nintendo Switch right now.

RREAKA USB Type C to HDMI Digital AV Multiport Hub, USB-C (USB3.1) Adapter PD Charger for Nintendo Switch, Portable 4K HDMI Dock for Samsung Dex Station S10/9/8/Tab S6/S5 Travel TV Docking Station

Well, that's one more new free-to-play game coming to the Nintendo Switch. Although I prefer a full story-driven RPG game instead of just multiplayer. I guess, it's better than nothing. And, it's something new to play. So, I can't complain about that. The fact that game dev is making games for the Nintendo Switch meant they believe, there's a market for their game.

Is it even a surprise when you hear success story for 'old' free-to-play games like Asphalt 9 Legends having a million + downloads. I laugh at the other game dev that didn't see this coming or not interested in getting their games on the Nintendo Switch platform. There are already 60 million + Switch sold. Like they say, the early bird catches the worms.

Ignore, the success of the Nintendo Switch at your own peril!

Galaxy Z Fold 2 A Laptop In Your Pocket

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 256GB Storage | US Version Smartphone Tablet | 2-in-1 Refined Design, Flex Mode | Mystic Bronze

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I've been watching the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 unboxing and reviews on youtube and I must say, I'm feeling envious and jealous. I love new techs and games. And, the Z fold 2 is something new and interesting to play with. It's kinda funny though as I wasn't this excited when the first Z fold phone was announced.

In fact, I was more interested in the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G. I'm using the Note 10+ currently, so obviously, I'm more interested in what's coming for the series. The reason I like Note 10+ is the S pen. With its latest capabilities of using to take notes and pictures. Now, after seeing the Z Fold 2, I'm thinking of switching. If only, it comes with an S Pen.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 256GB Storage | US Version Smartphone Tablet | 2-in-1 Refined Design, Flex Mode | Mystic Bronze

I mean, you can unfold the phone and use it as a tablet, so why not able to use it with an S Pen? Well, turn out, the Z fold screen isn't supposed to be poke or scratch at. The screen is made of special thin glass. I hope, technology will be improved and who knows, it'll be more durable. Artists would love being able to draw on the bigger screen.

Imagine, you're an artist and you got your Z fold with you, wouldn't you want to unfold the phone and draw the beautiful scenery you're witnessing? Yeah, you can of course take pictures of it and use it as reference for your drawings later. My point is, you don't have to bring a phone and a tablet. You can just bring your Z fold phone and use it as both.

Samsung Electronics Galaxy Note 20 5G Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | US Version | 128GB of Storage | Mobile Gaming Smartphone | Long-Lasting Battery | Mystic Bronze (SM-N981UZNAXAA)

I've actually seen an artist who likes to draw on their Note 10+ using their S Pen. Link the phone to your monitor and you've got a bigger screen to see your work. So, working on a Z Fold bigger screen with an S Pen would be a plus. But, I'm not an artist. My interest is when I realized you can use it as a laptop. Now, you can open it half-way like a laptop with the new hinge design.

Now, that's something interesting. A new mobile computing phone? You can put your Z fold on the table, open it like a laptop, check your email, reply with a bigger touch screen keyboard. Surf the net, watch videos, or video chats with colleagues and family members. So, you don't have to hold your phone all the time.

RK61 60% RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Small Compact 61 Keys Wired/Wireless Bluetooth Mini Portable Keyboard Gaming/Office for iOS Android Windows and Mac Gateron Brown Switch 1450mAh Battery White

Well, the cool thing is that you can open it up and use it as a tablet. A much bigger screen to work on. I recommend that you get the RK61 60% mechanical keyboard. For a much comfortable typing experience. You can use the USB C cable to connect or via Bluetooth. Being a 60% keyboard means it's much lighter and portable.

Isn't it cool to have a 2 in 1 phone? A little expensive yes, but I believe it'll get cheaper once competitor starts designing and offering their own version of the folding mobile computing phone. I remember seeing a touchscreen folding laptop before. Not sure, what happened to that. But, the folding touchscreen phone might be the new thing.

I 'snap' this picture from one of the youtube video reviews and this is basically what I meant by the mobile computing phone. I don't really like the touchscreen keyboard, but if they improved on it, and maybe add the directional keys, you might even be able to game using the keyboard. There are many apps that would work in this setup.

One other reason, that made me like the Z Fold is because of the Termux app. Being able to use Termux in this mobile setup is like using WSL aka Windows Subsystem for Linux. Having a full touchscreen keyboard will make it much easier to type your codes on the go. And, of course, once you're done, you can fold it back and put it inside your pocket. Voila!

I can't wait for other companies to catch up on this design and making it a little cheaper. You might be seeing a lot of people in a coffee shop soon with their mini mobile touchscreen computing laptop doing their 'thang'. A new re-imagine of the all-touchscreen phone. A laptop in your pocket!

Termux the WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) for Android? #termux #wsl #linux

(All links will open up in a new tab.)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

The Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) is cool. It's a Linux terminal that you can use on the Windows system. If you're using Linux distros, you use the terminal. Like downloading stuff, SSH, or whatever. Pretty nifty and light without the Linux User interface.

Recently, I read about Termux, which is similar to WSL. Before this, I'd always wanted to install Linux on my tablet or old mobile phone. Termux is like using WSL, a Linux terminal, I installed it and it works like any other Linux terminal.

Click here to check out the latest Samsung Phone Deals on Amazon!

I love doing stuff on the Linux terminal. E.g. using nano to create little Python code and testing them out. Installing and playing old terminal games. No fancy graphics or sound effects. But, still fun and interesting to play.

You can do all that using the Termux, terminal on your phone. But some things can't be installed like 'boxes'. You can only install Python 2. Some games also can't be installed. So, it's not perfect. I hope they'll be available as it's updated further.

Click here to check out the latest Samsung Phone Deals on Amazon!

I love Samsung mobile phones because they have Samsung Dex. They also used to have Linux on Dex which they stopped supporting. It's a full desktop Linux user interface. I think if they had developed something like Termux it would have been better.

Linux on Dex could have been a game-changer. Finally, use your phone as a dual Android and Linux computer. No other company is doing that and it could boost their mobile section. For whatever reason, they didn't think it was worth the money and effort.

Portable Monitor - Lepow 15.6 Inch Full HD 1080P USB Type-C Computer Display IPS Eye Care Screen with HDMI Type C Speakers for Laptop PC PS4 Xbox Phone Included Smart Cover & Screen Protector Black

Well, with Termux, I can still play with Linux and the best thing it's available anytime and anywhere on my mobile phone. I can link my phone to a portable monitor for a bigger screen, adding a mouse and keyboard, voila!

I love termux so much that I'm dabbling with it before I sleep. I wish some of my favorite terminal programs could be installed. It's better than nothing. After I've posted this article, I want to try SSH on my Raspberry Pi robot car. This is going to be fun!

RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK61 Wired 60% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard RGB Backlit Ultra-Compact Red Switch White

Oh, by the way, I love the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. You can fold and rest it on a table like a laptop. Imagine opening the Termux app, and using the bottom half of the phone as a touchscreen keyboard. This could be the new mobile computing phone.

I like the fact that you can fold it and then put it inside your pocket. You can open it up and use it as a tablet. Put it on the table, take out your portable keyboard and mouse and you can do your work or even note-taking in class.

Portability is important nowadays. Instead of carrying a laptop or tablet to work or school, just bring a mobile computing device like the Z Fold 2. Take pictures or videos for your project, edit them on the go, upload them to YouTube, and share them with your colleagues or classmates!

Now, if only I don't have to sell my soul to pay for this thing. :p

Nintendo Switch lite Blazblue Cross Tag Battle - Trial Version

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

One of my popular videos on my Youtube channel is about the iPega 9087s Red Knight retractable controller for mobile gaming. I think I bought it last year. It's been quite a while since I use it for gaming on my mobile.

Once, I sold my Samsung S10+ and got the Note 10+, it doesn't fit into the iPega 9087s anymore. So, I stop using them. At the same time, after I decided to sell my Nintendo Switch and get the lite, I don't play mobile games anymore.

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

I stop wasting my time and money looking for the ultimate mobile game controller and just game on my Nintendo Switch lite. Which is way much better. I don't care about missing playing mobile games either. They all suck as they're a dumb-down version.

The simple reason why gaming on a Nintendo Switch is better because it comes with a controller. So, all the games come already with controller support. You don't have to waste time downloading and later find out that your controller is useless since the game only uses a touchscreen.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Turquoise

Also, guess what? Some of the mobile games are already available on the Nintendo Switch. Not just that, even popular pc/console games are starting to be available. Would you believe that you can play Crysis remastered on a handheld console decades ago?

Games like Bioshock, X Com, FIFA 20, Wolfenstein, and many more have been available for the Switch for a while now. Part of the reason why I decided to get myself the Nintendo Switch 3 years back. The ability to play console-level games on the go has been a dream of mine for like forever!

Samsung Electronics Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | US Version | 512GB of Storage | Mobile Gaming Smartphone | Long-Lasting Battery | Mystic Black

I was hoping I can play all these console-level games on my mobile phone. No, I'm not talking about streaming. I want to be able to download the game and play whenever and wherever I am, even without an internet connection.

Being only able to play when there's wifi or paying for subscriptions is not what I imagine the future of mobile gaming. Yes, technology has improved. But, the way they're doing it is all wrong. Nintendo Switch is the answer to mobile gaming.

Assassin's Creed: The Rebel Collection - Nintendo Switch

Remember when Blizzard announced Diablo mobile? Yup, their fans were really pissed off with the idea of a mobile version of the game. Because they know it's going to sucks. Until today, nobody knows when it's going to be out. I actually register for it.

Well, the good news is, Diablo IV is coming soon. Not sure when. I just hope, it'll be available for the Nintendo Switch, of course. Diablo III is already available. Though, I haven't yet got it. I'll want to play this on my Switch lite. By the way, Torchlight III will be coming too. Can't wait!

Meanwhile, check out my Blazblue Cross Tag Battle gameplay on my switch lite. Not a bad fighting game. Love the anime theme. It's a button-bashing time. There seems to be a lack of this kind of fighting game. Hope, more coming soon. Check it out!
