My Hand & Wrist Hurt When Playing Games on my Switch lite

Yesterday night, I played Street Fighter 3 on my Switch lite and after a while, my left hand started to hurt. I'm not sure if it's because the Switch lite is smaller then the Nintendo switch. Hence, holding it is more awkward. My right wrist has tendonitis too. But my doc said it's not too serious to recommend surgery. To add matters worse, my hands also go numbs when holding things for too long.

I already had the numbness and tendinitis before the switch exist. Only that the pain seems to come back when I started to play games on my switch lite. Tendonitis happens a lot for people that play sports like tennis. No, I don't play tennis and the first time I felt the pain when I was using a power drill at work. Maybe, I'm just getting old.

Although, this only happens if I'm playing an intense game like fighting or shooter games. Sometimes, I don't realize that I'm holding the switch too hard. This actually happens when I'm playing games on my Samsung Note 10+ too. I even worry that I might break it.

That's why I'm looking to get myself a better switch lite protective case with ergonomic design. I found a few that I like. I'll prefer to get a transparent case so that I can still see the back of my special edition Zacian and Zamazenta. Still thinking though.

I kinda like the MEQI Handgrip protective case design. Only that, I don't think it'll fit in my travel case. While the JeTech is a transparent case that's I should be getting if I want to see the back the design. While the rest doesn't have any kind of extra features.
