rain rain go away come again another day | iPhone 13 #rain #rainsounds #rainyday

(All links will open up in a new tab.)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

The other day, I saw a guy on YouTube talking about using an iPhone as their main camera, instead of buying expensive cameras and lenses for photography and videography. I commented that I've been using several iterations of the iPhone to do that!

I've talked about it on my blog years ago. Since I couldn't afford a camera, using my iPhone was the next best thing. Sometimes, I'd even use my iPad. In fact, using the iPad is much better as the screen is much bigger for editing.

I discovered earlier that the iPhone camera is quite good. I use it mostly for my unboxing videos. I prefer bigger storage spaces. The most important thing was the free editing app available on the iPhone, the iMovie. I love the iMovie app.

Sure, there are many other good so-called 'free' apps. But, they sometimes come with watermarks and are worse now with the trial version. Which really sucks. They used to be totally free. I used to enjoy using the GoPro free app. Now, I don't use them.

I also have a Samsung Android phone. Sometimes, I use it for photography and videography. Now, you can use Google or Samsung free video editing software. They're good, too, and free. But, iMovie is still the main driver for me.

In the early days, my iPhone used to stop working in the middle of my editing like my computer constantly froze. I'd have to redo it again unless I had saved it. It was really exasperating. My computer wasn't the high-end type.

I didn't know it back then but if you want to do heavy video editing, you should get a high-end gaming PC or laptop. They usually offer the best CPU and GPU. The minimum is 16GB of Rams. I'm using my gaming PC right now. That is my main daily driver.

My PC seldom hangs when I use it for video editing. It has 16GB of RAM and has it for over 5 years. Think of upgrading to the latest available. I don't use it for video editing now as I'm running out of storage. Currently, I'm using my Apple Macbook Pro M1 Pro.

The Apple MacBook is good. But, it's damn expensive. I took a plunge as I wanted a good laptop for video editing. As always, it has the iMovie for video editing. That's one of the reasons I decided to get a Mac. I have the 16GB version but if I had the extra dough, I would have chosen with more rams.

The MacBook Pro laptop was useful when I brought it along on vacation. I edited my photos and videos when we returned to our Airbnb house. I didn't have to wait to return home. Check out these videos which I took using my Nikon Zfc and edited on my Mac.

I've been making videos for my YouTube channel for years. There are over 1000 videos. I wasn't into YouTube in the early days. I just upload random stuff. It was only later on that I began to do unboxing videos and learn about video editing etc.

Oh yes, the rain has finally stopped!

I bought 2 new trail loop band straps and 3 hard casings for my apple watch ultra

Compatible with Apple Watch Ultra 49mm Hard PC Case Cover Resistant Impact Shockproof Protective All-Around Edge Protective PC Hard Bumper Cover Face for Apple Watch Ultra 49mm (9Pack)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I bought 2 more new trail loop bands and 3 hard casings with different colors for my apple watch ultra. I can't stop myself from buying these accessories. They have excellent design and although the ultra watch has an aerospace-grade titanium case doesn't hurt to extra protect it. lol!

Anyway, that's what is so great about the Apple watch. You can mix and match the band, and the casing and it'll look totally different. My friend even thought I had bought a new watch when I showed him my watch with a different band. Yup, I love this watch!

Compatible with Apple Watch Ultra 49mm Hard PC Case Cover Resistant Impact Shockproof Protective All-Around Edge Protective PC Hard Bumper Cover Face for Apple Watch Ultra 49mm (9Pack)

This is kind of weird but I even love playing with the watch without its band. I like taking it out of its band or casing and charging it. Take note some of the casing have problems charging. Just take it out. Also, even though it's good they protect the crown but kinda difficult if you're using it for gaming.

I very much prefer not to use the casing as the watch really looks nice by itself and doesn't block the charging or the crown. But, I'm a person for some reason have hands that like to knock on things. I broke my watch screen once and only been using it for a couple of days.

Haojavo 16 Pack Case for Apple Watch Series 8 & Series 7 41mm with Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Hard Ultra-Thin Scratch Resistant Bumper Protective Cover for iWatch 41mm Accessories(16 Colors)

Yes, I've knocked my Apple watch ultra all over the place and luckily it's still working fine. I even broke my tempered glass screen protector. Apparently, I've knocked my watch screen on something and only realized the crack when looking at it later on. You can see it here.

Thankfully, my apple watch ultra screen didn't even have a tint of scratch on it. Someone asked me if I have AppleCare+ when I bought the watch. I haven't activated it yet. Well, I'm the type that feels it's not necessary. I might regret it but, I'm not planning to stick to it long enough.

amBand Bands Case Screen Protector Compatible with Apple Watch Ultra 49mm, M1 Sport Series Rugged Cover Strap and 2 Pack Tempered Glass Film, Military Protective Bumper for iWatch 49 mm Men Black

I can't wait till the apple watch will work just like an iPhone. I mean with all the official apps working on the watch. Being able to read all my full emails, and visiting social media just by clicking the links. Right now, I kinda love using Microsoft Outlook on my watch.

Yes, I have Microsoft outlook on my PC but I almost never use it. I usually just check my emails on the browser. The Microsoft Outlook app on the apple watch looks professional and clean. I can't read the whole email but just the first part and can delete, dismiss or reply.

DGYSG Luxury Lightweight Carbon Fiber Case with Band Compatible for Apple Watch Ultra 49mm Titanium, Rugged Military Protective Designer Cover, Heavy Duty Tactical Protection for Men iWatch

Wristcam, Smart Dual-Camera Band for Apple Watch (Apple MFi Certified), 8MP Sensor, Full HD Video/720P Sport Mode, (New) Pro. Image Stabilization, WiFi, BT 5, IP68 Water Resistant, Siri Integration

The wristcam band is an interesting product. It adds camera capabilities to your Apple watch. If you like the idea of just bringing your watch and keeping your iPhone at home then this will complete your setup. You can do video calls, and take selfies and pictures all on your wrist.

The fact that your 'iPhone' is on your wrist means you don't have to fumble to look for your phone if you want to take pictures or do quick video calls. No more bulky pockets with big-size phones. That's why I hope one day, we'll be able to just mirror or link our watch to a big screen monitor or Tv.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15 Ultimate Gaming Laptop

ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15 Gaming Laptop, 15.6” 300Hz IPS Type FHD Display, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, 32GB DDR4, 1TB PCIe SSD, Per-Key RGB Keyboard, Windows 10 Pro, GX551QR-XS98

Hey guys,

Quick promo!

Sigh! If only I'm rich. I'm practically salivating at owning this Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15 ultimate gaming and even work laptop!

What I really love is the dual-screen. Frankly, at first, I thought this was a joke. But, after I've started using multiple monitors in my daily computer setup, I realized, it's actually pretty useful.

You can play games, watch youtube and use social media at the same time. I can blog, do research on Google, check my phone notifications, Whatsapp on the second screen just like my Pc setup. When I use my normal laptop, I actually miss this multiple-screen setup.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15 Gaming Laptop, 15.6” 300Hz IPS Type FHD Display, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, 32GB DDR4, 1TB PCIe SSD, Per-Key RGB Keyboard, Windows 10 Pro, GX551QR-XS98

  • ROG ScreenPad Plus: 14-inch secondary touchscreen display | Game, Stream, Create, and more!
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 with ROG Boost
  • Latest 5th Gen AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX Processor (16M Cache, up to 4.5 GHz)
  • 300Hz 3ms 15.6” Full HD 1920x1080 IPS-Type PANTONE Validated Display
  • 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM | 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
  • Comes with Windows 10 Professional and a FREE upgrade to Windows 11 (when available1)
The specs are another thing to marvel at. The design is pretty cool too. I'm a sucker for good design. No matter if it's a mobile phone, gaming console, or laptop. Design is at the top of my requirement list!

I'll love to test this laptop and see how good it really is. In the picture, it looks pretty big and heavy. You don't want it to just stick to your desktop. Especially, since it's a portable pc.

If you have the dough, definitely recommended going for it. I'll be freaking jealous if you do. Lol!

Apple iPhone 13 Design Still Sucks With Stupid Notch

SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone US Version Smartphone Tablet 2-in-1 Foldable Dual Screen Under Display Camera 256GB Storage, Phantom Black

Hey guys,

Check it out!

First off, I'm only posting links to SAMSUNG mobile phone because for some reason Apple products seem to be always out of stock or unavailable on Amazon. I make affiliates money from promoting companies' products that are available. I'll appreciate it if you help me out by buying anything through my Amazon links. It helps support my blog and youtube channel. Domo arigato!

Anyway, I still hate the same Apple iPhone design with the stupid notch. Apparently, apple's fans still buy it even though, in their heart they hate it. Before you bash me thinking, I'm an Android or Samsung fan, I've owned iPhone 3G to my last iPhone 8. I switched to Samsung (again) when I saw the iPhone X. It's kinda irony because Apple makes me switch.

SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone US Version Smartphone Tablet 2-in-1 Foldable Dual Screen Under Display Camera 256GB Storage, Phantom Black

In the early days, I hated Android OS. When I couldn't get the iPhone 4, I decided to get the S3, or was it S4? I can't remember. I like the iPhone 7 and 8 and practically use them for making and editing my videos for my youtube channel. It's when I decided to switch to S10+ from my Razer gaming phone that I chose to get the iPad.

I like iMovie and GarageBand. I've been using it for decades. I'm still using it now because I like recording using my iPad pro 10.5 inches. I'm looking for upgrades to the latest iPad. I've talked about how I wish they have an iPad mini with better camera specs. And, now they improved it, especially with the new M3 chips.

Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G | SM-F916N 256GB | Factory Unlocked - Korean International Version (Mystic Bronze)

I've been wanting to get the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold phone since the first iteration. It's a damn cool concept. Especially, if you're like me a blogger and a Youtuber. You can use it like any other phone when it's closed but if you want a bigger screen, you just unfold it and voila, a tablet. If I can get this phone, I won't need an iPad anymore.

I'll be able to take videos and pictures and for a better view for editing, just unfold it. Sync my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and it'll be like a mini laptop. What's with Samsung Dex available. I love Samsung Dex. It's much better to use it when you want to use it as a pc or laptop. Now, you don't need to bring along a separate laptop for work or for play.

Okay, I know, I've been talking more about Samsung phones than the iPhone. It's simply because Apple has really disappointed me. I once thought I'll never use another brand but here I am, talking about my favorite new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. I really applaud Samsung for being brave and even though the first Z Fold had many complaints, they actually listen and improved on it!

Meanwhile, Apple is still sticking to being safe and only did increments updates on their products. Granted, they have new faster chips and super-powerful phones and iPad but the design department is really disappointing. I took a look at my niece's iPhone 12 pro max and I'm like there's nothing that'll make me buy this. By the way, take a look at my vid comparison of the Note 10+ and iPhone 12 here.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone 128GB US Version Mobile Gaming Smartphone Long-Lasting Battery, Mystic Bronze

Did you know that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with a new special stylus pen? I love using the stylus pen on my Note 10+. That's why I sold my S10+ for the Note. If you open up your Z Fold 3, you can use the stylus pen on the new screen. Use it to write, draw, and when editing pictures or videos. I don't know why Samsung doesn't market the Z Fold 3 for vloggers or YouTubers.

Well, if you don't care for all that, you can just get the iPhone 13. But, it's not available yet. I might promo it on my blog here if they're selling it. Drop by again on my blog or do a search on products that you might be interested in. Once again, I appreciate the support of buying products via my Amazon links. If I earned enough, I want to get the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. Haha!

No matter what, these mobile phones have definitely become on par with laptops and Pc. Not necessarily on triple-A gaming. You can now work just by using your mobile phone. No more having to lugs around heavy laptops like the old days. Although, the laptops today have definitely getting slimmer and lighter. Have a look inside my HP AMD Ryzen laptop here.

Valve announces Steam Deck - I'm sticking with my Switch lite

Nintendo Switch Lite - Blue

Hey guys,

Check it out!

My nephew suddenly msg me the other day and asked me if I have seen Steam Deck. I didn't know what it was and said I'm too busy to care. I decided to check what it's all about after I'm done with my work. Oh, it's a steam version of Nintendo Switch. I'm already seeing a youtube video headline for the death of the Nintendo Switch. lol :p

I think it's only available at the end of the year if I can remember correctly. Meanwhile, the new Nintendo Switch Oled will arrive in October. You can check it out on the Amazon link here. One thing for sure, it's much cheaper than a Steam Deck.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Blue

Looking at the Steam Deck design, the first thing you see is the weird placement of the control buttons and two pads located on both sides of the 7 inch LCD screen. There's nothing special about the trigger buttons. Looks the same as a Switch.

I wish they had proper triggers like an Xbox controller. Oh yeah, there are 4 special paddles behind the deck just like the elite Xbox controller. I'm assuming you can set it up to your own preferences. Other than that, physically it looks like and probably weighs the same as a Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo Switch (OLED model) w/ White Joy-Con

"We partnered with AMD to create Steam Deck's custom APU, optimized for handheld gaming. It is a Zen 2 + RDNA 2 powerhouse, delivering more than enough performance to run the latest AAA games in a very efficient power envelope." - Taken from Steam Deck official page.

Personally, I'm not surprised they're using AMD products. There's actually already something similar created by a Chinese company a couple of months back. AMD is probably going to win this portable gaming computer. I'm not totally sure how good Intel mobile graphics are.

Retear Game Elite Traveling Backpack for Nintendo Switch, Carrying Storage Bag for PS4 Slim and Xbox ONE

How good will it play and for how long? I'm guessing maybe 2-3 hours of hardcore gaming. It's basically just like a gaming laptop. You can even use it as a laptop. Plugin your gaming keyboard and mouse, voila! You can also dock it to a big screen TV with your own compatible cables.

My Switch lite can't do that. What I worry about for the Steam Deck is when you start installing all the craps we always do on a laptop or PC and it will start to bog your system. If you like to tinker, it will be more than just a portable gaming console.

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

The Steam Deck is admittedly very interesting. As I've owned both the Nintendo Switch and Switch lite, I'm a little bias towards my current Switch lite. It's great for gaming, watching videos, and listening to music on youtube. That's basically what I do with it, every day.

If ever I'm getting the Steam Deck, I will probably tinker the heck out of it. Remember, it's basically a portable gaming pc. I can even use the integrated controller to control my raspberry pi car robot. I actually tried that before with my Powkiddy X18. Watch the video here.

Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit -Luigi Set - Nintendo Switch Luigi Set Edition

Now, you can also control a car with the Nintendo Switch. The Mario Kart Live. I wonder if Nintendo had read my blog post about it. I've been wanting to use my Switch to be able to control my Raspberry pi. Months later, they come up with Mario Kart. Coincidence?

The Steam Deck is very much different than the Nintendo Switch and it caters to different types of gamers. If you're a PC/Steam gamer, you'll probably get it. If you're into Nintendo products or consoles, you'll probably stick with the Switch.

Right now, I'm sticking with my favorite portable gaming console, the Switch lite. I've already loads of games in it. I don't really need to buy another portable gaming console. Yes, I've many Steam games too, that's why I'm not counting out getting it, maybe in the near future.

Sunday Retro Fun with Apple II Emulator!

Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2020: Intel Core i7-10750H 6-Core, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 15.6" FHD 1080p 120Hz, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, CNC Aluminum, Chroma RGB Lighting, Thunderbolt 3, Black

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I've always been interested in computers since I was a kid. The first time, I touch a computer was in a military show in the mid-80s. I think I went straight to the computer booth a second time with my family. I'm not sure but I think, the first time was with my school class.

Even though it was my first time, it felt natural. I forget all about it until after my Army stint and I got a job with a government department. That's where I get to learn to use the computer for work and for play. It was such a fun time working there.

Razer Blade 15 Base Gaming Laptop 2020: Intel Core i7-10750H 6-Core, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 15.6" FHD 1080p 120Hz, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, CNC Aluminum, Chroma RGB Lighting, Thunderbolt 3, Black

I just remembered that we actually have computer class when I went to a technical school to learn automotive engineering. But, I didn't really learn anything as the teacher only let us play games. And, we had to share so, I didn't get to do much.

I've actually worked in an Apple factory before and back then, I was pretty impressed with the video capability. It was such a long time ago, I don't even remember what kind of Apple computer it was. Everything is a blur to me right now. One time I met an Apple fanboy that won't touch a PC. Now, that's hardcore. Lol.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus S Ultra Slim Gaming Laptop, 15.6” 144Hz IPS Type, Intel i7-8750H Processor, GeForce GTX 1070 8GB, 24GB DDR4, 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD, Military-Grade Chassis, Windows 10 Home - GX531GS-AH78

The only interesting part of my life was when I get to own a computer. That was when I really dabbled with everything that I need to know about it. I remember having to reformat my computer a dozen times because I fcked it up so bad. That's what you call learning by trial and error. Haha!

Frankly, there are things that I know now that I wish I had learned during that early days. That's why I love emulators. With emulators, I get to re-discover things that I should have done differently all those years ago. Best of all, I get to try out an old operating system that I didn't get the chance to play with.

Eluktronics MECH-15 G3 Ultra Performance 15.6" Gaming Laptop PC: Liquid Metal Intel i7-10875H NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 QHD 165Hz Calibrated Display Windows 10 Home 2TB NVMe SSD 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM

Gaming is part of everyone's life growing up and me too, no less. But, I grew up in a poor, broken family that doesn't even have a house of our own until later on in our life. I remember playing games in a neighbor's or friend's house and at a small arcade shop.

The only thing that sticks with me is how sore my thumbs were. Being a kid during the early days of gaming and computer time means, there are things that I didn't get the chance to learn or play with. Like I've said, that's why I freaking love emulators.

The thing I really LOVE most is the laptop. The first time, I saw a laptop, I knew I want one. Don't exactly remember where I actually first saw one though. I only remember I had to sell my soul to get it. Somehow, I managed to get my hands on several different brands throughout the years.

Like they say, if you want something badly, you'll get it hooked or by crooked. Nowadays, you can easily get to enjoy all the glory of the past and probably the future. You have a computer right in your pockets. And, emulators are also available for them.

ASUS - ROG Zephyrus 15.6" QHD Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 1TB SSD - Eclipse Grey - Eclipse Grey

I guess I have to thanks the genius that created them for us oldie lovers. One thing I hope is that maybe the companies can do a retro build of their machine for the future gens. I'll love to get my hands on the early Apple I or II. Heck, I still have diskettes of files from the 90s.

Wish, I didn't throw away or sold my old PC and laptops. I still keep lots of old diskettes, CDs, thumb drives of games, and software (mostly copyrights). The thing is, because of emulators, lots of the files I saved back then are now easily available online. :p

Check out archive.org full of emulators, games, and old software. Pretty cool!

Why Aren't There Any 2 in 1 Windows 10 Gaming Tablet PC?

2 in 1 Laptop Windows 10 Laptop Computers, Ezbook X1 Full HD Touchscreen Laptop Display 11.6 inch 6GB RAM 128GB ROM

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Yes, today, I'm going to talk about the 2 in 1 Windows 10 tablet pc again. Not, specifically my tablet pc. The thing is, I'm practically enjoying using this type of laptop. Being able to use it like any other laptop but, later on at night undocking it from the keyboard and using it as a tablet.

I have an Acer 2 in 1 laptop. But, I can't un-dock it. If I want to use it as a tablet, I can just fold it. The problem is, with the keyboard, it's pretty heavy. I end up not using it in tablet form. That's why I really like my new tablet pc.

2 in 1 Laptop Windows 10 Laptop Computers, Ezbook X1 Full HD Touchscreen Laptop Display 11.6 inch 6GB RAM 128GB ROM

I'm wondering why there aren't any Windows 10 gaming tablet pc in the market right now. I'm not a computer or design engineer but hasn't the technology today got slimmer yet? The other day, when I opened my HP AMD Ryzen laptop, I was pretty surprised by how thin the motherboard is.

I also opened up my tablet pc to see if I can upgrade the ram. And, it has the same small design motherboard with integrated ram and ROMs. I guess, the key to making your laptop or tablet slim and light is to integrate everything. Lucky for me, I can upgrade my HP laptop ram.

2020 Apple iPad Air (10.9-inch, Wi-Fi + Cellular, 256GB) - Silver (4th Generation)

Apple is already doing it with their M1 Chip iPad. It's becoming so much powerful, that I can use it to take videos, pictures, edit them, put some background music that I created via the Garage Band app and upload it to my youtube channel. All done in a single day.

Back in the days, I can't do that on my old Pentium pc. I usually use the 2MP webcam camera to take videos and edit them with Microsoft free video editor. Sometimes, my pc will hang while loading. The worst part is when you're halfway done and it crashes. No wonder, old gens pc user got rage issues. Lol!

Apple MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip (13-inch, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage) - Space Gray (Latest Model) Z124000FK

Last year, I followed my niece to buy the Apple watch. I got the chance to check out their latest iPhones and laptop with M1 chips. I still hate the notch but besides that, they actually look good. Even with the old design. I was pretty amazed at the slim and light laptop. Never mind, how smooth everything is.

Microsoft Surface Pro isn't that bad either. I actually thought of buying it. But, I don't have the money to get one right now. That's why I went for the cheap, no brand Windows 10 tablet pc. You can actually play some games on it but not to the level of a real gaming laptop.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7 – 12.3" Touch-Screen - 10th Gen Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 128GB SSD (Latest Model) – Platinum with Black Type Cover

I'm not really a hardcore pc gamer but, if I can go for the highest specs, I'll get the best that's available right now. I like the idea of a gaming tablet pc that you can play the latest games and also for winding down before you go to sleep.

Would be nice to un-dock my gaming tablet pc and use it as a tablet. Just for watching youtube or listening to music. Preferably, below the 10-inch touchscreen size. Being light and slim would make it easy for me to hold in one hand while lying on my back, which I usually do.

I like that it's also a full Windows 10 instead of those Android tablet versions Youtube app where you can't even comment or reply to them. I've set up my on-screen keyboard to be used with just my right thumb. Pretty nifty. Yes, I'm loving my tablet PC, only wishing it has high-end gaming laptop specs.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Wi-Fi, Mystic Black - 512GB

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Wi-Fi, Mystic Black - 512GB

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Quick promo!

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, S7+ is having a nice price cut right now. So, if you've been thinking of getting a tablet, get it now!

What I like about the latest Samsung tablet is its ability to change to Samsung Dex mode. If you've been reading through my blog post, you'll know how I love using the Samsung Dex from my phone. Turning it into a computer with its desktop user interface.

Get a Samsung Keyboard case with touch and you'll turn your tablet practically into a laptop. There are already many apps that can be used in the Samsung Dex mode. You can view them in a small window or expand it to full-screen size. Pretty nifty!

Tab S7 Silver 128GB with Keyboard Cover

The tablet of today has definitely improved. My mom actually still used the old Samsung tablet and it's actually still working fine. She used it mainly to play some games and video-calling her daughter. I actually bought her an Apple iPad Pro 9.7 inch but she still prefers to use her old tablet.

As I've said before, I really like that Samsung Dex, UI is available on the new tablet. If you're used to or prefer using a desktop interface, then it'll be much more familiar and easier to use. I don't really like to have all apps on my main page. Even on my phone, I limit it to only the important apps.

If all you need is a tablet for your work and entertainment then definitely, it's a great alternative to a windows laptop too. The ability to use it as a tablet and if need be, you can attach the keyboard to reply to emails or type documents.

Nowadays, if you have an Xbox game pass subscription, you can even play triple-A console-level games on a tablet. But, you'll need wifi access. I'll prefer being able to download my favorite pc games on the tablet itself. Just like what I prefer on my android phone.

Anyway, don't miss out on Samsung's latest price cuts for their products!

Samsung dex on my HP 15s AMD RYZEN 7 laptop

ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 14" VR Ready 120Hz FHD Gaming Laptop,8Core AMD Ryzen 9 4900HS(Beat i7-10750H),16GB RAM,1TB PCIe SSD,Backlight,Wi-Fi 6,USB C,NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060 Max-Q,Win10 (Moonlight White)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

The last time, I tried out Samsung Dex was on my low-end Acer laptop with Intel N4200 and HD 505. My laptop originally had 4GB ram. It was 'functional' but sometimes it lags. Would have been fine if I just use it for simple things like checking emails and youtube.

You can check out the video of me using Samsung Dex on my Acer laptop here. I've actually upgraded that laptop ram to 8Gb. So, another 4Gb of rams actually help make things a little smoother. I can also actually played some games like Diablo.

Samsung Dex (website) on my HP 15.6, AMD Ryzen 7 is definitely much better. Although, you can actually just use Microsoft Your Phone App. The difference is in the user interface. I prefer Samsung Dex because it's more like a desktop.

If you don't have a laptop, you can plug in your Samsung phone to a TV, monitor, or portable monitor and turn it into a full-on computer. But, only certain Samsung phones has the Samsung Dex capability. I believe it's S10 and up.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Factory Unlocked Cell Phone with 512 GB (U.S. Warranty), Aura Black/ Note10+

I'm still using my Note 10+ that I bought over a year ago. I'm hoping to get the Z Fold 2, one day. The Z Fold 2 is pretty interesting. I think it can also be used with Samsung Dex. That would be a plus. You can already use it like a tablet or even a folding laptop with a tiny touch keyboard.

Get a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and you'll have an android tablet setup to check emails, social media, watching youtube or movies. Now you can even play games on a bigger screen. Once done, just fold it and into your pocket.

Right now, the Samsung Z Fold 2 is pretty expensive. Also, most reviewers think the camera isn't that good compared to let's say the S20 or Note 20. It's also a little bulky. I'm pretty sure they can make it slimmer and hopefully less expensive in the next iteration.

I always thought that tech designers and manufacturers supposed to make their products more lasting, smaller, and cheaper. Isn't that what the future of tech should be? We should already have a base on the moon and probably already living on Mars by now.

Newest HP Envy X360 2 in 1 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop, AMD 4th Gen 8-Core Ryzen 7 4700U (Beat i7-8550U), 32GB RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD, Backlit Keyboard, Fingerprint Reader, Windows 10

My new HP laptop unboxing video is pretty popular. I've already got over 10k views. Okay, you can't compare it to other top channels with millions of views. Still, they already have lots of subscribers. I'm actually surprised that it got way more views than my other laptop videos.

I think they like the slim, silver color AMD Ryzen design laptop. Although, the latest is Ryzen 9. If I had the money, I would have bought the latest Asus Zephyrus ROG 14 gaming laptop. Wish they have a 15.6-inch version. The color and design are the very reason I got the cheaper HP laptop.

Anyway, Samsung Dex is Samsung's advantage over other phone makers. Somebody made a demo of a DexBook (my youtube video) that would turn your Samsung phone into a laptop. Its design is actually pretty cool. Instead, Samsung makes a windows 10 laptop that has Samsung Dex support.

The laptop isn't that bad though. You can even charge your phone on the touchpad. Now, it reminds me of Apple's new M1 processor laptop and Microsoft Surface book or surface laptop or whatever they want to call it.

I actually had a chance to check out the latest Apple M1 laptop at a local Apple store and it's so slim, fast, and light. Not bad, not bad at all. I like the 16 inches or was it a 15 inch? I wonder if you can use Samsung Dex on it? That would be a plus for me.

So many laptops, so little money!

What you guys think?
