My mom bought a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5 #xiaomi #robotvacuum #robotvacuumcleaner

(All links will open up in a new tab.)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

My mom had always wanted to buy a robot vacuum. She finally did after seeing one on a deal. She told me to set it up and see how it works. She got a Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5. I like the design. Simplicity at its best. I had a problem with the iPhone app version though.

Luckily, I also have a Samsung Zflip 5 Android phone. I downloaded and quickly connected the robot vacuum to my phone. You need to download the Xiaomi Home app and follow the app instructions. It will ask you to choose the vacuum version and press both the arrow and the power button to link.

It was relatively quick and easy. It is also easy to maintain. At first, I thought, you had to unscrew to open the dust collector. You just need to press open the bin button and clear it all. I know it works because there was so much dust in it.

For the price, I'm really impressed with the robot vacuum. It is surprisingly strong too. It literally pushed everything that could be moved. The chairs, doors, flower pots, portable aircon and even felled my bicycle inside my room.

You need to be sure nothing will get stuck to the robot broom rotator. Even if it did, a notice is sent to the phone. The app needs to be updated. Use the app to schedule the dates and times. You can also manually control it. Cool!

The robot vacuum reminds me of my Raspberry Pi car robot. You can build your own and even code it to run manually or automatically using Python code. This robot vacuum doesn't have a camera so you won't know where it's going. Will be good if it has.

I wish the robot could map the house and show its location in the phone app. You can hear the motor running but it's not as loud as a normal vacuum cleaner. It will work as long as the battery lasts and returns to its docking charger. If you want to, you can instruct it to dock.

The battery would last over five hours. I live in a small apartment building and it takes a long time to vacuum every section of the house. That doesn't include the time it got stuck. I'm not in a hurry for it to finish. It does a pretty good job.

I've had it for a few days now and I like it. It does the job. Sometimes, you need to sweep away that little rubbish it pushed from under the tables, chairs, or cabinet. I just remembered the part where you can pour water into the mop holder.

I also added a floor detergent. If your house is too dusty, you can run it to vacuum the floor first before adding the mop part. Since the robot had cleaned the whole house, I let it vacuum and mop. Now, I feel satisfied that the robot helps maintain the house floor.

In the future, who knows I'll be able to get a robot to clean the whole house!

TRANSFER PICS & VIDEOS FROM NINTENDO SWITCH LITE TO LAPTOP

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I was charging my Nintendo Switch lite on my laptop when I remembered that now you can transfer pictures and videos taken on your Switch to your computer. The system update also allows you to transfer to your mobile device. I tried it the other night but doesn't seem to work.

I might try that out again later on. For now, this is pretty nifty. Besides backing up your favorite pictures and videos, you can also edit and share them with others easily while on your computer. Of course, you can already do that via your Switch. This is just an added bonus.

Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy‑Con - HAC-001(-01)

I wish, we can properly record our gameplay though. I don't know when the recording actually starts. There'll be an instance when I wanted to immediately start recording but turn out it only took pictures. Even if it starts recording, it was recording a couple secs late. Kinda frustrating.

They should show an on-screen controller or something to show when we want to start and stop recording. In any case, I always do an external recording with my iPad Pro if I want to record any gameplay. At least, I have full control of the recording process.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Gray

It will be interesting if I can connect my Nintendo Switch lite to my laptop and record gameplay via my Microsoft video recorder. Something like Microsoft Your Phone app, mirroring to your computer or using Samsung Dex.

If there's a good video editing app that you can use to edit on your switch you won't need the hassle of transferring pictures and videos. All you need to do is connect your switch to a monitor or Tv and use it as a computer or mobile phone.

Gaming Keyboard and Mouse and Mouse pad and Gaming Headset, Wired LED RGB Backlight Bundle for PC Gamers and Xbox and PS4 Users - 4 in 1 Edition Hornet RX-250

I don't know about you but I like the idea of using my Nintendo Switch lite like a mobile phone. A mobile computing game console. Even the size of my Samsung Note 10+ is almost the same as my Nintendo Switch lite.

In fact, I actually did a video comparison gameplay of Asphalt 9 Legends gameplay between my Nintendo Switch and Samsung S10+. Both of them play well but I like playing more on my Switch lite because I can play with a physical controller.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Wi-Fi, Mystic Black - 512GB

I'm not sure if you can do any file transfer to an android tablet from your Nintendo Switch. Since Nintendo says you can transfer to your android mobile phone, I guess you can. I'm also not sure if you can transfer wirelessly or you'll need a cable.

I didn't read the full press release. This is actually the first time, I tried successfully connecting to my laptop. If you have a tablet you might want to try it yourself. You can use the free Quik video editing app to create your gameplay videos.

Nintendo is slowly adding new features and updates to enhance the Nintendo Switch. If they read my feedback, I want to be able to do more with my Switch lite. I'll like to be able to access my social media and have apps on it. Physically, they can't upgrade anything but software-wise they definitely can.

Samsung Note 10 + Samsung Dex Quik App Video Editor On PC

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Factory Unlocked Cell Phone with 256 GB (U.S. Warranty), Aura Black/ Note10+

Hey guys,

Check it out!

If you have been reading my blog post, you'll know, I prefer Samsung mobile phones. Simply because they have Samsung Dex. Which turns your phone into a PC with their desktop user interface (UI). Working around a desktop UI is definitely much better.

You can use a Dex Pad to connect your Samsung phone to a portable monitor or to your big screen Tv. Which is pretty cool. Now, you don't need a desktop PC or laptop anymore. When everything can be done on your mobile phone. Which is already as powerful.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Factory Unlocked Cell Phone with 256 GB (U.S. Warranty), Aura Black/ Note10+

I'm a Youtuber and Blogger. I make videos, edit them, and post on my youtube channel. I also use those videos to post on my blog and talk about them. Like, what I'm doing now. If I make videos on my Samsung Note 10+, I'll prefer using Quik free video editor.

I've tried many so-called 'free' video editor and this is as close as iMovie and Microsoft old Movie Maker. They're easy to use, with many samples style, music and text. Although, I hate it when the music I used is claimed copyrights. Which is why I'm muting certain parts of the video above.

Anyway, if you have a Samsung phone and with Samsung Dex on your pc, laptop, or portable monitor, it's much easier to edit your videos. Especially, with a mouse and keyboard. You'll have a bigger screen to work on and a mouse to selects, moves around, and the keyboard for texts.

Frankly, for quick video editing, I mostly do it on the phone itself. A little harder. Especially, when I need to do some snipping and add texts. In the old days, you'll need a computer to edit them. Even then, my computer used to hang a lot.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 256GB Storage | US Version Smartphone Tablet | 2-in-1 Refined Design, Flex Mode | Mystic Bronze

I'm starting to like the Z Fold phone. At first, I worry about the hinge and the screen. I went to a technical school so, I know mechanical stuff will wear and tear. And, the screen will have that fold line. Now, the Z Fold 2 hopefully have been better improved.

The thing that changes my mind is when I thought about how it actually looks like a mini laptop. The upper screen for views and the bottom part for the touch keyboard. You can set it up like a laptop for video conferencing without any accessories.

Samsung DeX Pad Desktop Experience for Samsung Galaxy Note8, GS8, GS8+, GS9, and GS9+ W/ Fast Charge USB-C Wall Charger (US Version with Warranty)

It'll be cool if it has the S Pen like my Note phone. If not, get a mini Bluetooth mouse. Don't forget, if you can also connect it to a monitor and use Samsung dex, you can do your work on a bigger screen too. But, one barrier is it's not cheap.

Hopefully, once the design gets more popular and parts are getting cheaper and better, the price will go down. I'm definitely thinking of getting this then. Imagine, the ability to edits my videos on the go, on the phone itself especially with its bigger screen or easy to type on when folded.

I'm going to call this the 'laptop phone' instead of the 'phablet' or folding phone. Finally, a real mini mobile computing phone?

Samsung, if you're reading this. Donate, me one of this phone and I'll make a video testing the heck out of this phone. :)

Samsung Note 10+ Reusing Fidget spinner LED lights for cool lighting effects for mobile gaming

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Factory Unlocked New Android Cell Phone US Version | 128GB of Storage | Fingerprint ID and Facial Recognition | Long-Lasting Battery | US Warranty |Cosmic Black

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I've been having fun with my triggers for fps shooter games. And, I've been thinking why aren't there any cool triggers or phone case with led lightings. That will be kinda fun. Since there aren't any, and I didn't have anything better to do. So, I make myself one.

I have a fidget spinner with led lights but the battery died. I do have a spare battery but it's too big to fit into the mini led light. I took the spinner apart and testing if the led lights actually still work. I managed to make it works and later just scotch tapes the mini light behind my phone. Voila!

The mini lights can change to several lighting effects with a button. So, I can just play around and change the effect while playing games or just watch the light shows behind my phone. Actually, it will be fun if you can just somehow stick the spinner behind and play with it when you're bored.

So, if there's a phone case or triggers designer out there, this would be a cool idea for them to create and sell. A fidget spinner phone case with led lights or a pubg mobile triggers that can be light up while playing the game. Ain't it cool?

Get to it!

By the way, get the Samsung Note 10+ or S20 ULTRA for the ultimate in mobile gaming via the links below!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Plus 256GB GSM Unlocked Smartphone, Aura Black (Renewed)

I've been using the Samsung Note 10+ since last year and I'm really happy with it. I really like the S pen and sometimes use it to shift the layout of the buttons of the game. It's much easier than using your fingers. Especially, when you want to shift it under your triggers without having to take it out.

The phone is definitely great for gaming. When I replaced my S10+ with the Note 10+ which is also a good phone, I realized the bigger Note 10+ makes holding the phone while gaming better. It rests nicely on the palm of my hands. Let just say, the bigger the better?

My Note 10+ is 6.8 inches with widescreen. Great for playing games, watching youtube or movies and doing other things like checking emails and looking at pictures. I think the phone can be bigger up to 7 inches. That would be the ultimate size. I hope the Samsung Note 20+ screen will be 7 inches!

Samsung Note 10+ Angry Birds AR Isle of Pigs Augmented Reality gameplay

Click here to get the latest Samsung Note 10+!

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I thought I'll try playing the Angry Birds AR (Augmented Reality) Isle of Pigs today on my Samsung Note 10+. And, it's a load of fun. I like the fact that you can use your own real background. I've tried other AR games but this is the only game that I like.

There are a few games that I've downloaded but have yet to try it out. So, who knows. I remember playing an AR game on my Nintendo 3DS XL. It was really interesting back then. Fast forward a couple of years later today and you can play it on your phone.

Mobile phone tech has really grown. Samsung has already announced its new S20 series phone. With better processor and graphics. Improved camera capabilities with 100X zoom and 108MP. I really like to see if you can use it for moon watching. Imagine, being able to view and record the moon with just your phone!

I've been waiting for that part of camera technology to grow. I don't think, I'll be able to afford the phone though. In any case, I still love my Note 10+ and am waiting eagerly for maybe a Note 20+ before the end of the year?

Imagine the kind of specs, it'll be getting. I'm not sure if the average user would even care. But, I do. Better camera means better video for my youtube channel. One thing, I hate it that the video editing app really sucks. I tried using the free editing software and it's too simple.

In the end, I just plug the phone to my pc, transfer the file and use Microsoft old free Windows Moviemaker. I wanted to try out the new windows video editor but I don't know how to use the cutting part. I'll rather use something that I'm comfortable with.

Anyway, check out the video gameplay and download the game on Google play!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Plus 256GB GSM Unlocked Smartphone, Aura Glow / Silver (Renewed)

HP V8H07UT Elite X3 Lap Dock

I wonder why Samsung still doesn't want to create a laptop dock for the Samsung phone. I know now, you can use Samsung dex on your pc or laptop. But, that is, if you have them. What if you're just interested in using your phone as your main device?

All your contacts, pictures, entertainment are on it. You're practically using it for work and play. Instead of having to use a separate (windows) workstation why not just simplify and use one system? Having a lap dock would definitely make your load lighter too.

Using your phone as your main computer might not be for everyone but in the age of making things small, lighter and fast this could be the future. That's why the latest Samsung S20 5G phone could be the start of modern mobile computing.

Samsung Note 10+ Shadow Fight 3 gameplay

Download the game - Shadow Fight 3

Hey guys,

Check it out!

There are not many android games that I like. Simply because they're not complete games. But, I do check and play some of them. If there's a point that I can't go on and have to pay, then I'll stop playing. I'm not going to keep paying just to play a game.

Also, it's not even cheap. For example, if I want to upgrade my gears, I'll have to pay maybe $10 dollars just for the damn hat. And, it's not even something tangible. What if I need new pants? In the end, I'm paying over hundreds if not thousands just to play a game?

In the old days, you just need to pay one time for a good complete game. If you finished it, you'll be waiting for the latest iteration of the game. It might take years, but it's something worth waiting for. Nowadays, game developers are milking you dry.

The crazy thing is, gamers are willing to pay. Just look at games like Fornite. I'm quoting from Digital Trend article below:

"Global phenomenon Fortnite retained its title as the highest-earning game in 2019, with the free-to-play shooter earning a staggering $1.8 billion in revenue.

According to SuperData, the video game industry research arm of Nielsen, the overall revenue of free-to-play games increased by 6% in 2019 to $87.1 billion. In second place behind Fortnite was Dungeon Fighter Online with $1.6 billion, followed by Honour of Kings, including Arena of Valor, also with $1.6 billion. In fourth place and fifth place were League of Legends and Candy Crush Saga, both with $1.5 billion, followed by Pokémon GO with $1.4 billion."

I'm pretty sure it's the millennials that are giving all the money to the game dev. I've tried out the games but lose interest after a while. I'm not into a game to win a competition. I'm playing because I like stories and adventures. It's like reading a book. Once, you finished, it's done. And you move on.

Shadow Fight 3 is the same kind of android game that wants you to pay if you want to upgrade your gears. They do have some kind of story though. So far, I like the game because I can play on my Note 10+ while on my bed before I sleep.

The graphics are good, and the fighting moves are pretty cool. The control is also simple. I'm gonna play it until I can't go on or get bored. I loved my Samsung Note 10+. Especially, because it has the S pen. Wish, there are more cool games that use it. It's the best android phone I've ever had.

Shadow Fight 3

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Plus Factory Unlocked Cell Phone with 256GB (U.S. Warranty), Aura White/ Note10+

glap Play p/1 Dual Shock Wireless Game Controller for Android and Windows. Mobile Gamepad Black with 4 Paddles.

The glap is the best game controller for the Note 10+. It will be great to play with this kind of game. But, you can't. There are some other good games that are gamepad supported. That's why I'm disappointed with android game devs.

The mobile phone is becoming more powerful and you can basically play any kind of game on it that's on par with the latest gaming console. But, most of the game sucks. Especially, when it's mostly touch screen control. Nowadays, gamepad are a given. Why still insist on just touch screen control?
