Just bought Halo: Reach for my xbox and Kane & Lynch 2 for my PS3. Played the games for awhile. Halo Reach, definitely have a different feel to it. Great, intro movie. Watch the gameplay via the video above.



Kane & Lynch are definitely non-stop actions. I've played the demo on my pc and xbox. So, today, finally bought the full game. It's totally different from the first version. I didn't like it but my nephews love the co-ops.


I thought of getting Mafia 11 and Split seconds. Tried both demo on pc and the xbox/ps3. Geez, I'm also thinking of getting the games that are coming out soon like COD: Black Ops, Medal of Honour, Crysis 2, Gears of War 3 and many more!


2011 is going to be an awesome year for gamers!

About finding real L.O.V.E?

How to find real love?

Don't ask me. I'm not an expert in it. I'm just telling you what I think about the subject of finding real love or a life partner.

The reason for this posting?

Haha ..cause, most of the time people keep lamenting about it. About, their personal problem of finding real love or a good life partner. Most, of the time, I speak through my own experiences.

I've found love myself, well, at least that's what I think. 7-8 years of ups and down. For all it's worth, I'm glad I met her. But, I didn't get to marry that someone though. Bummer. That's why, I've been telling to myself and others - Nothing, last forever and sometime, you don't get to marry that someone you think you should be married to. That's just part and parcel of life. Move on.

A guy told me once that he didn't get to marry someone he like. He had to marry someone chosen by his parent. Duh, I didn't really thought that kind of thing still exist. Okay, maybe, it still does. Some, people though get married just for the sake of getting married. Maybe, to show off and not because of true love. I guess, we all know that life aren't perfect and we don't really get what we want in life sometime, aye?

I have also talk to some girls about their search for the 'holy grail' of finding a good bf. They, can't seem to find that 'perfect' guy or, so they thought. I think, some girls fall too easily in love. Just, because a guy like you doesn't mean that he's going to stay true to you. Guys, are easy. If you're beautiful, with sexy legs, tight butts and big boobs then, they're sold!

I know, I'm one of them. LoL!

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone on this. We've, all had friends who seems to fall for the wrong guy or women. Like, I've said, it's just part and parcel of life. Try, as we might to find the right person but we end up on the wrong end of the loops. Keep, searching then. But, please, don't be too desperate in finding a life partner or boyfriend or whatever. Sometime, you'll find that someone special in strange places or circumstances. Everything, is pretty much fated. Just, like death. We all going to die aren't we?

Don't feel bad if you think you're going to die alone. If you're gonna die alone, you'll die alone. You can't escape that fact. Why, think about it?

Just, live your life the way you want to and be happy. No point in harping about it. Be, happy that you're single and carefree. If you think, you've find someone that's worthwhile to go through all that hassle of being married then do it. For, better or worse, you make your choice.

Personally, I don't think I'm gonna ever find 'love' anymore since my breakup with my last real girlfriend. She's the only one that I actually feel love and I'm not sure if you can love another after that. Yes, I might find someone that will make me forget her but I don't think it's going to be love. Maybe, lust? LoL!

Well, life is strange isn't it?

Just, when you think, you're going to stay single then someone pop up in your life. Hey, if that happens to me then I'm happy. If not, then I'll just be happy too. I believe in fate and God's plans. Have faith.

My ex is like a template for me. She's kind, help me a lot when I was down. I always hold her hands when we go out. We, seldom really fight. We talk about stuff and ask each other opinions about jobs etc. I know that someone she's married to, going to be really happy with her. I'm happy as long as she's happy. She deserves it.

Now, when I look at someone, I know what kind of girl I want. Before, I knew her, I didn't know what kind of girl I really want. There are so many girls you meet in your life so whom or how do you choose?

So, now, my mind is pretty clear and unless she's better then my last girlfriend I'm pretty sure I'm going to stay single. For me, being single isn't a problem. Yeah, people told me about the bliss of a married life. But, really?

All, I see is incompetence!

People, are getting divorce left and right. Some, ain't pretty I can assure you of that. Even, my parents are divorced since I was like 9, I think. I don't know why but unless, I find someone that I see is worth all the trouble of getting married and having a family then I'm staying single. Anyway, as long as I'm happy right?

Right, now, I'm pretty relax and happy with my life. I'm not rich or anything like that. I work a normal 8-5 job. I don't drink, smoke or party. I lead a simple life. That's how I like it. That's why sometime I think I'll bulk at the mere mention of marriage. Things, will definitely get noisy and messy and all that crap. Yeah, I know, some people think it's worth it. Well, that's them. I'm pretty much a quiet person who like a quiet and tranquil environment. I like doing my own stuff and as much as I love having my own kids, I prefer keeping life simple as it is. Anyway, I treat my nephews as my own children. So, I feel I know the life of a parent.

Life isn't simple and so are being in love. Live, the life you want to live. Be happy no matter if you're single or married. You'll find that someone, if it's fated. And, sometime, you might find that what I've said in this post are true. After all that you've gone through in a relationship being single isn't all that bad.

Finding, real love?

I saw it once in the Aliens (1986) movie where the guy talk to someone using the 'video phone'?

I was still a kid then but until now, almost 20 + years later, and with the digital age, why aren't video phone still not used on a daily basis?

Why, aren't any company out there designing or championing video phone usage?

I know, I know. There's Skype and now Apple's Facetime. But, that's only part of the story. I'm talking about every day usage for all here. A common sight on the old phone booth, maybe?

I think, with higher and better land cable broadband speed. Even, wifi, it should already be the norm. Although, I'm not sure. Even if video phone are easily available, will the people take to it?

Personally, I'll be a bit shy, to talk to someone on a video phone. Heck, a couple of time when someone ask me if I wanted to webcam chat on msn, I'll give some lame excuses. Well, the main reason is, my hair is all over the place and I'm always half-naked at home. Haha!

I, remembered once though, a couple of years back where I tried webcam-ing using msn for the first time. It was with a friend living in Texas. It was just a couple of minutes when suddenly my pc when totally blank!

I had to bloody reformat the whole system!

Ahhh ..the good old days when the digital age was still new and flabbergasting.

But, still.. nowadays in movies we always see people chat using their flat screen tv on the wall or high-tech security apparatus video-calling on it. So, why aren't its used in our living room by now?

Even so, are there a market for it?

Are, our technology or infrastructure able to provide this kind of services?

Some, organizations out there better do some surveying project right now about what people think of the video phone technology and possible usage. Apple's got their Facetime. Will, the other companies follow suit?

Will, I be able to chat with someone via my Xbox, PS3, Psp or even the Wii?

With Xbox Kinect and the PS3, we already have the videos capabilities. Both, of these consoles have wifi in-built. You can already use your own webcam on it. Added, with broadband speed, why not?


Okay, I'll probably hate it when I'm in the thick of the FPS action and someone buzzing me for a video chat. I, can always ignore the call right?

Maybe, they can just leave a message at the right corner of the Tv screen. That'll be cool. Of course, I can always pause the game and video chat with them for a while.

All, while still seating on my comfy chair playing the game. I'll just remember to wear a shirt and comb my hair before I answer that video call! LoL!

Well, I hope someone out there read this and do something about it. In, the meantime, I'll just wait ...and wait ...and wait. Okay, maybe, I'll just skype!

Happy eidul fitri al-mubarak to all muslims!

Since I was young, I was taught about Islam. I read books about Muhammad and his companions. About, his way of life. About, the man. Yes, he is human. A normal human being. But, unto him was thrust the duty and knowledge about God, about other prophets before him. And, he is to be a messenger of God. The last messenger, the last prophet.

Humankind, will have no excuse that messengers have been send to them to be reminded of retributions. To each his own and belief. Man, always forget. They forget their place or where they come from and their promises. To be given time to do what their wish on this temporary abode called, earth. If you do bad, then hell is your place and if you do good? Of course, there's heaven. This is what God promise you and unlike us mankind, He doesn't forget His promises.

You know, God, doesn't need you but it is you that need God. God, created the universe so that man can learn and discover the wonder of the world, the universe. But, human. They, forget where they come from. They forget to give God, His 'dues'. God, provide you with so much and he doesn't really ask for much but the remembrance of Him. God, of the universe. The creator, the Holy. The One who stands alone and the Almighty. He can destroy and He can creates. He, shows you miracles in the hope you will realize that life is just a mirage. That, there's something out there provided especially for you, the believers. God, doesn't ask for much. He doesn't want you to create temple of gold. He, doesn't need food or water or whatever to live. He is unlike non-others.

I know, this concept of God is incredible and awesome to us mere mortal to comprehend and I don't pretend to know either. But, it's the fact. It's life. It's the truth. And, inside the Al-Qur'an
lay the truth. If you read it, if your heart is pure wanting to learn, wanting to know then you'll discover it. If your heart is as dark as the oil that burns then you'll discover nothing and learn nothing.

Now, Muhammad peace be unto him (pbuh) had gone through untold diversity to bring mankind to the light. He has been spits upon, thrown stones, hurl insults. It took him 23 years preaching about Islam to the Arabs itself!

Is it any different then what we Muslims are facing right now?

He left us the Al-Qur'an and his Sunnah. And, remind us to always turn to it in time of needs, hardship or misgivings. It's like a bottle of medicine that will cure you of sickness. Sickness of the heart, the brain, the body, mind and soul.

Since, the first day Muhammad (pbuh) was told that he is going to be a messenger of God, he has had untold hardship. The Muslims then, were prosecuted and despised. Much, like the situation now. Although, a bit different. How, I wish that Muhammad could live today to give us guidance and to show to the 'ignorant' the real truth about life. Then, they will stop all this nonsense of discriminating Islam and Muslims.

I know, all this rubbish about burning the Al-Qur'an or drawing cartoons of Muhammad will never stop as long as humankind exist. Life, ain't perfect and do you think that you will go to heaven without being tested in life?

It's certainly not easy being a Muslim in this current situation but told to be truth, Islam is my religion. There's no other God but Allah and Muhammad is his last prophet and messenger of mankind. The ignorant, can burn mosques, Al-Qur'an and even us the believers but Islam will always prevail till the end of time. The day, nobody knows about Allah or read the Al-Qur'an will be the day the world finally end.

Muslims, all over the world has to know that this hardship we're facing right now is all just a test of our faith and let them insult us, insult our religion, our God, our beloved prophet and the Al-Qur'an. The time will come when, we will be the one asking and where are those that were proud and didn't believe us?

God, is merciful towards those who believe in Him and to those who doesn't?

He, God, will hit them HARD and they will beg Him for mercy but alas it's all too late.

My dear fellow Muslims. Be, thankful that we are Muslims and do good. Give alms. Help the weak, innocents and the poor. Respect, to your elders and give shelter to the orphans. Protect, your children and your women.

So, my dear fellow Muslims. I wish a happy eidul fitri al-mubarak!

Home is where your heart is..

This morning, I read an article about an expat who had been 'advice' to leave Singapore every chance she get. If you ask any Singaporean, most of them will tell you the same thing. It's like a mantra we practice all day long. Ha ha!

But, to her it's a non issue as she thinks that it's not important where you are but what you do with your life that is. Yes, Singapore is getting over-crowded, it's small, it's too competitive, too expensive to live in and blah blah etc.

It's still a country she love to live in. Time to time, she'll travel to other Asian countries for a holiday with her family but even her son ask her why would they have to hassle to other places looking to relax beside an over-crowded pool when they have a better pool at their condo?

I've read other articles about how some other expats open their own business or find work as actress or singers base in Singapore. Venturing out to other Asian countries. To them, Singapore is a great place to live in and work. It's like a goldmine to them. Hey, you go where the money is. True?

The recent Youth Olympic Games (YOG) shows two side of Singaporeans. The Ugly, who finds fault in everything there is about Singapore and the proud Singaporean who in spite of it's flaws still gave their best in everything they do no matter what others say.

It's been on the news for the whole world to see and now with the Internet it's been totally rampant. Just, go to any forum and you'll see plentiful of un-ashamed Singapore bashing. Bahh.. you can't please everyone right?

Personally, I'm happy living in Singapore. Well, not because I'm rich. I know, some say only the rich can afford to live in Singapore. But, I beg to differ. Just, like what one of the expats say, it's really up to you to make your life a living hell or a comfortable place to live in for the rest of your lives.

Although, I'm not rich or successful. I don't shift the blame to the Govt like what some Singaporeans seems to like doing. If you can't succeed in Singapore, then you should blame yourself. If you don't study hard, work hard, live within your means why blame others when you fail or totally in debt?

Why gamble away your life savings in the two new casinos?

Only, idiots will do that. I believe if you're freaking rich and feel like gambling away some of your money 'for fun' then do so. But, if you have family to support, kids to feed or only work as a manager with earnings of only a few thousands why take the risk. For the sake of making a quick buck?

Greed, will bring you nowhere.

Yeah, I know Singapore ain't perfect. So, does the other countries that you think is way better then Singapore. Anywhere, you go in the world there's always something that's going to bug you. Bad politician with bad policies. Cruel dictator. War, famine, drought and what have you. Look, life isn't perfect. All, of us have our own problem.

It's all in your mind.

I'm born and bred here and since I was a boy I've been through a lot. And, I mean a lot. I have a broken nose, long scarred thigh, broken back bone and been in a fist fight couple of times. I'm 38 and still single, not rich and my job suckz. BIG TIME!

Yes, there's pressure and once awhile I do get angry with what's been happening in Singapore. But, there's nowhere else I can go or want to go. This is my land, my country and one day I'll die and be buried somewhere in lim chu kang. IF, there are any more space left by that time.

In short, stop whining and just do it!

If you think you're able to leave Singapore and lead a better life somewhere else then do so. There will always be people who will come and live in Singapore and there will also be people that will choose to leave. It's your personal choice. Whatever, reasons. Good luck!

What do God wants most from you?

So, the other day I was thinking to myself about God. About different religions all that. Yeah, I'm that kind of person who thinks about God and religion almost all of the time. Every time, I watch my favourite shows on History channel bout the Universe, UFOs about humans etc. sometime with my knowledge I know bout religion would make me realize how everything is connected to God. Makes you realize why things happen the way they do.

Right, ok. So, back to my question what do God wants from us?

Absolutely nothing!

Let's think about it. God, didn't ask us to build temple of gold. He doesn't care what you do in this world. You want to fight for land, money, women. You want to be kings and queens?

Heck, you want to be conqueror of countries, civilizations and the human species. God, let you choose and decide. Everyone, have their own agenda in this world. But, the only one thing that God wants from you is to acknowledge that He is your God!

That's it!

To think of Him constantly. To say daily prayer to Him throughout the day. And, in those prayer to seeks solace, forgiveness, patients etc.

But, why is it so difficult for us to do that?

Why do some people still doesn't believe in God?

God is not asking you to fight each other for gold, land or women or anything. He doesn't need all that stuff because, He is the provider and doesn't need you to provide him. He provides you with land, with seas full of fishes and marine life that can sustains you with food for eternity!

He provide you with water, with air to breathe, with meat and mild to drink so that you can live a healthy and blissful life. Let's face it, life here could be heaven on earth but we choose to destroy ourselves. We choose to fight over limited land and food. Whereas, all this doesn't really belong to any of us. It belongs to God. He owns the land, the sea and the whole Universe for that matter. He wants you to share. If the world doesn't have boundaries wouldn't it be good for mankind?

There'll be no war and famines. There'll be no you or me. There'll be only us!

God, give us free will. He let us govern ourselves and we think, we're better then God. That's what happen to human. A little bit of land and we think we think we are kings!

Well, God is KING of kings!

He is the master of all the lands, seas and the Universe!

But, what does he ask of you?

Absolutely, nothing but quiet allegiance to Him. And, what do we get in return if we do that?

Heaven. Hopefully, heaven on earth and the after life. He gives you more then what you get in this pitiful earth.

Think about it people. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Holy Sh*t! I'm 38!

Yup!

Whoa!

First off, august 9th was my birthday and now I'm fully 38. And, in 2 years time I'll be 40!

Wow! It just blows my mind that I'll soon be that OOoooldd ..haha!

Truly, to think back all those years that had passed. The good and the bad. A whole lot of sh*t been happening in my life. But, as they say ..life goes on. Sometime, though. I wonder if it's worth it going on. Bleh ..it's just sh*t talking.

I haven't post on my blog since like forever!

There's some certain things that I just stop doing and just didn't have the time or the mood to post anything. For one thing I stop doing my internet marketing online.
