Happy eidul fitri al-mubarak to all muslims!

Since I was young, I was taught about Islam. I read books about Muhammad and his companions. About, his way of life. About, the man. Yes, he is human. A normal human being. But, unto him was thrust the duty and knowledge about God, about other prophets before him. And, he is to be a messenger of God. The last messenger, the last prophet.

Humankind, will have no excuse that messengers have been send to them to be reminded of retributions. To each his own and belief. Man, always forget. They forget their place or where they come from and their promises. To be given time to do what their wish on this temporary abode called, earth. If you do bad, then hell is your place and if you do good? Of course, there's heaven. This is what God promise you and unlike us mankind, He doesn't forget His promises.

You know, God, doesn't need you but it is you that need God. God, created the universe so that man can learn and discover the wonder of the world, the universe. But, human. They, forget where they come from. They forget to give God, His 'dues'. God, provide you with so much and he doesn't really ask for much but the remembrance of Him. God, of the universe. The creator, the Holy. The One who stands alone and the Almighty. He can destroy and He can creates. He, shows you miracles in the hope you will realize that life is just a mirage. That, there's something out there provided especially for you, the believers. God, doesn't ask for much. He doesn't want you to create temple of gold. He, doesn't need food or water or whatever to live. He is unlike non-others.

I know, this concept of God is incredible and awesome to us mere mortal to comprehend and I don't pretend to know either. But, it's the fact. It's life. It's the truth. And, inside the Al-Qur'an
lay the truth. If you read it, if your heart is pure wanting to learn, wanting to know then you'll discover it. If your heart is as dark as the oil that burns then you'll discover nothing and learn nothing.

Now, Muhammad peace be unto him (pbuh) had gone through untold diversity to bring mankind to the light. He has been spits upon, thrown stones, hurl insults. It took him 23 years preaching about Islam to the Arabs itself!

Is it any different then what we Muslims are facing right now?

He left us the Al-Qur'an and his Sunnah. And, remind us to always turn to it in time of needs, hardship or misgivings. It's like a bottle of medicine that will cure you of sickness. Sickness of the heart, the brain, the body, mind and soul.

Since, the first day Muhammad (pbuh) was told that he is going to be a messenger of God, he has had untold hardship. The Muslims then, were prosecuted and despised. Much, like the situation now. Although, a bit different. How, I wish that Muhammad could live today to give us guidance and to show to the 'ignorant' the real truth about life. Then, they will stop all this nonsense of discriminating Islam and Muslims.

I know, all this rubbish about burning the Al-Qur'an or drawing cartoons of Muhammad will never stop as long as humankind exist. Life, ain't perfect and do you think that you will go to heaven without being tested in life?

It's certainly not easy being a Muslim in this current situation but told to be truth, Islam is my religion. There's no other God but Allah and Muhammad is his last prophet and messenger of mankind. The ignorant, can burn mosques, Al-Qur'an and even us the believers but Islam will always prevail till the end of time. The day, nobody knows about Allah or read the Al-Qur'an will be the day the world finally end.

Muslims, all over the world has to know that this hardship we're facing right now is all just a test of our faith and let them insult us, insult our religion, our God, our beloved prophet and the Al-Qur'an. The time will come when, we will be the one asking and where are those that were proud and didn't believe us?

God, is merciful towards those who believe in Him and to those who doesn't?

He, God, will hit them HARD and they will beg Him for mercy but alas it's all too late.

My dear fellow Muslims. Be, thankful that we are Muslims and do good. Give alms. Help the weak, innocents and the poor. Respect, to your elders and give shelter to the orphans. Protect, your children and your women.

So, my dear fellow Muslims. I wish a happy eidul fitri al-mubarak!

Allah, is great!

Happy Eid al-Adha!

Just wanna wish a happy Eid al-Adha to all Muslims!

Time, wait for no man but man likes to waste time. Do something good in your life so that in return God will give great tidings to you. Remember HIM and HE will remember you. Life, is a journey towards the end and the end will belong to you if you own it. Death is only the beginning, but it's the end for whom who doesn't believe. Believe in HIM and HE will believe in you. You are but a product of your own thoughts. See in the truth and not just what truth does it seem. See things as what they are and not what you perceive. Seek and you shall find but seek not what is wrong but seek what is right. Soon, it will all end but do what you can to save yourself as nothing last forever and we'll all reach our destination come what may. In the end, it's all up to you. Do what is right and in truth. All you peaceful souls will soon return to where you belong...

Also, tomorrow I'll start another 6 days of special fasting and maybe after that I'm thinking of fasting every Monday and Thursday. I've been wanting to do that for a long time but every time I change my mind. This time though, I'll try to make it. Ha ha. It's just something that I had wanted to do. What I'll get from it, I'll leave it to God. But, I know, it's good for my mental and physical state. Anyway, it's not a must. Like, I said. Something, I've been thinking of doing.

So, again. Happy celebration and to those who's also starting their 6 days of fasting. Let's do it man!

Good day!

Four killed in Pakistan Mosque bombing

News Headlines: Four Killed in Pakistan Mosque Bombing.

So, here is the news again today. It's not really anything new right?

It's either they bomb the westerners, the so-called un-believers and now they even killed their own fellow Muslims. I don't care if you're a sunni or shiite or whatever. A fellow Muslim is like your own brother or sisters. If you can't or won't respect your own brother in Islam then what's there left for Islam?

But, that's how far Muslims have degraded themselves. Once, Muslims and Islam were regarded in high esteems. Now, the 'enemy' laugh at out own stupidity.

What prompted me to write this post is because today's news headline really hit it home to me. That now, even a mosque, a supposedly save haven for Muslims, are not safe anymore. What will the last prophet Muhammad -peace be upon him- say to all this?

Well, actually, he already knows. He already prophesied that in the future there will be billions of Muslims all over the world. Like the sand at the beach. But, we will be weaker then the first generations of Islam during the prophet time. You know, compared to the prophet time and now. There's more Muslims right now then 1000s years ago. But, what are we doing? We are destroying Islam with our own bare hands!

We are slowly hacking away at the strong base of Islam that the prophet have painstakingly build. The prophet and his small followers suffered for 13 years in Mecca before the people of Medina offered themselves to him. That's where Islam flourished for the next 10 years the prophet stayed. The hijrah or the journey from obscurity to greatness. The change that is needed. The change that forever changed the world!

Muslims of the prophet time, unlike now, doesn't kill each other. Are not separated by tribal or sectarians. Are not separated from the rich and poor. Young or old. Tall or short. Remember, Medina? The first Muslim state. How the prophet unite the people. He make them strong by uniting with marriage and brotherhood. The Muslims there fought for each other. That's how they grew. That's how they make Islam strong. That's how they achieve peace with each other. Islam is what ties the people. Of course, they had a good leader in the prophet. He's not just a simple man. He's the last prophet with guidance from ALLAH s.w.t, send through the angel Jibril a.s.

What happened when he died (job is done - remember that Muhammad s.a.w is just a man and every man dies. Only God lives forever)? All, those who hate Islam or hypocrites within Islam 'killed' it from the inside. And, sometime, the Muslims themselves are gullible in believing other un-sanctified doctrines and break from the original traditional Islam. They think, they're much clever then the prophet. What's work then surely work now right?

Who are we to think we're better then the last prophet? Messenger of God?

You know, Islam is not difficult. The fundamental is you believe in God, believe in Islam, believe in the last prophet, Muhammad (pbuh). Isn't that simple enough?

How do you know how strong Islam is?

Look at how the WORLD or countries tried to stop the woman of Islam from wearing the head scarf?

It's something simple. It's nice. It's beautiful. It's respect. It's to protect the woman. But, no. People, just hate it. Because, it's symbolized Islam. It's a symbol of how strong-willed the woman of Islam is. That they will protect it with their life. That's sacrifice for you. Will you ever sacrificed yourself for the purity symbol of a Muslim woman head scarf or purdah or whatever you want to called it?

They're not just protecting their rights to follow their religion and to wear the head scarf. But, they're protecting the dignity of Islam. The dignity of the woman of Islam. Just, let them wear the head scarf. Simple isn't it? What's the big deal? It's not a weapon, is it? How can a simple head scarf command such respect from the world? How can the world be afraid of a simple little scarf? Why do many people all over the world fight for a simple head scarf? That's Islam for you. Every minor thing can make a BIG difference.

You know, Islam is pure. Islam is simple. Islam is the savior of the universe. Don't dirtied it with your politics, wealth, guns or whatever you're fighting for. Fight, for your own soul. Worry, about how you can better your prayers. Worry about if God will ever accept your cry for forgiveness, for your sins. Big or small. Worry, about if you will ever get to smell the goodness of heaven.

Don't dirtied it with your blood money. Your fight for worthless land. God, will give you whatever you want in heaven. You want land? You want wealth? You want a big house? You want beautiful gardens? Beautiful woman? Then better yourself, better your heart and better your soul. Don't lose yourself in this mirage of a world. It's just a temporary abode. Soon, you will die. Everything dies. The universe will die. Then the journey to everlasting bliss will start. The end will be beautiful if you just open your eyes and see the truth. The facts. God, gave you eyes so that you can see. So, that you can judge for yourself. So, that you can better yourself. Better your soul. Don't fight for worthless worldly things. Don't fight for things worthless in this world because it won't last. Nobody, lives forever. Everybody, had their chances. So, take it. And, use it wisely.

The day, when the mosque is safe for every man and woman who wants to use it for prayers and protection. Which also includes for the un-believers seeking protection in it. Then, you will know the true religion is back. The beautiful Islam is back to where it once were. Right now, though? It ain't happening yet.

Close your eyes and sit in the corner of your room quietly and think about what I'm saying here.

Good day and may you find peace in which you seek.

P.S. For your info the mosque pic isn't the mosque bomb in Pakistan. It's one of the safest mosque you can find in Singapore or any other part of the world. I think, Singapore is one of those country where you can pray in peace and where politics and religion doesn't mix. Come to Singapore and see for yourself! It's a nice, green country!

Stop stepping on the lion's tail you idiot!

You must be wondering, what's with the headline post right?

Well, today. My friend, forgive me but I'm going to talk about my faith - Islam.

You see, what prompt me to post about it today? Well, yesterday, I read about a Dutch guy who's going to promote his film about Islam. Now, I haven't yet seen his film and I can't say or very much more do anything about it. But, judging from the reactions, which is mostly online, I think, yet again, it'll spark mass rally and sometime into violent protest.

For me, I don't really understand why people like the Danish and Dutch guys INSIST on stepping on the lion's tail. If you keep stepping on the lion's tail, what you'll think happen? Obviously, the bloody lion is going to snap at you right? If you're lucky, it won't eat you up!

So, what give!?

If you don't know anything about Islam and keep pushing your stupid damn views then just bloody keep it to yourself. You don't have to rile people up with your stupid film, views, reviews or whatever crap you want to call it. It doesn't really matter. All you gonna do is putting more burning oil into the fire. When the FIRE rages out of control then don't blame us. Blame all this stupid people who insist and persist to throw out all common sense out the window.

There are practically billions of Muslims around the world and not all have extreme views or hate the non-believers. Personally, I don't care what religion you are in. It doesn't concern me. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you. Simple as that.

I live in Singapore and over here we have multi-racial, multi-religions but we don't go around going after people and bomb them or hurl racial slurs or whatever. And, I've been living here since I was born 35 years ago. Yes, once we had racial riots but that was in the past when the country was young and we were all narrow minded. But, we learn from our mistakes and now we live peacefully with each other. In fact, sometime we celebrated together during religious festivities. When, I look at the other racial Indians, Chinese, Caucasians and others etc. I look at them as a person and not look what religion they are in. And, I believe they do the same to me. If not, I won't have any Indians or Chinese friends. We go to school and also work together without racial or religion prejudice.

In Islam we are taught that "for you is your religion and for me is my religion". It really means that we have no interest to talk about your religion and we hope you do the same for us. But, like I said. Some, still persist to want and impost their narrow views on Islam. I can only say that the only person who's going to get hurt is themselves. Please, for your own sake stop wasting your own time. Islam will not go away, the matter of fact is that it's expanding. Just like the universe is now. Some scientist stated that the Universe will in the end one day might collapse but believe me when I say this, Islam and GOD never will. Ha! What do you know!?

So if you can't say anything good about Islam then just shut-up.

I read in a recent newspapers that stated most expatriates think Singapore is like a fairy-tale. Because, we are so diverse and we live peacefully together. We have good governments and the place are clean and green. Although, some idiots might beg to defer. But, really. What more do you want? Just freaking look around you, which other country can offers relative safety and calm?

Okay, Singapore aren't perfect. But, nothing is perfect in this world. But, it's still better.

I think most people only read or see news about Islam from the television. Which is most of the time of course only show the violent demonstration and bombing etc. But, these people are only using Islam as propaganda. They are not fighting for Islam but fighting for land, politics or whatever. Of course, even Muslim would beg to differ my views on that. But, I can only talk about what I see and heard. I can't say that I really understand what's the children of Palestine are thinking or going through right now or the African Muslims.

One thing for sure, you need to talk to and listen to a real Muslim before you pass any judgment. That would only be fair. And, maybe we'll also understand you too for that matter.

That's all I've got to say.. for now. So, do please before you say or do anything. Think. That's all I ask. If you don't have any brain to think then at least use your kidney to think. Or maybe, you don't even have that too.

Good day and peace!

Towards Understanding secret of the Prophetic Kingdom

You know, I surf and do research via the Internet and sometime I come across websites or book on sales branding Islam as a dangerous occult, terrorist organization or what have you. If that were true, I would have been hiding somewhere training myself or planning suicide bombing. As, I'm a muslim, people would think I'm that. But, the reality is, I'm not. I'm just a typical guy, you'll meet and talk on the street.

I go see a movie, I go to starbuck, KFC or any other normal thing that others do. So, why are there still people out there still insist that Islam is a terrorist organization if there's 'normal' people like me in it?

I have to admit that, it's not surprising as in this world, you choose which side you want to be in. You can be in the camp of thoughts that think Islam is a dangerous religion but there will be another camp on the other side that think it isn't. So, which camp are you from?

(Note: If someone accuse you of something that you didn't do wouldn't you be angry yourself?)

Or maybe, you just don't know or don't care!

For me though, I'm not really interested in what you think what Islam is. There are some people out there that only have one view of Islam. It doesn't matter though. It's their problem and sometime you can't force people to believe in your view of things. We think what we want.

Anyway, life is simple if you keep it simple. That's my motto.

The world though, or life might not be so simple as you might want to think. There's so many secrets to life that if you dig deep enough you might find that it isn't so.

For example, some scientist wish to prove that God doesn't exist with their research and theory but what they only prove most of the time is that it's the other way round!

As if God doesn't know that some men would try to do that. Of course, for everything you do God has already prepared an answer for you to find. The irony thing is you are in a way helping God to prove that He actually exist instead!

See, how wise God is. It's like playing chess with God. The only problem is you'll never ever win! For every move you make or plan God already has the answer. And no matter what you do or try to do you'll always end up being checkmate! Duh!

Most of the time, man doesn't realize this. Just because God doesn't show himself doesn't mean He doesn't exist. There's a lot of ways you can know that God exist. In fact if you keep looking, keep studying, keep doing research you'll find Him. You will, if you look hard enough. Just by looking at yourself in the mirror you will see a miracle. You will realize that you're a miracle from a speck of sperm, you've grown to become a man or a woman. And then you study, work, get married and have children. The cycle continues. If that isn't a miracle then I'm not sure if you appreciate being born a human rather then an animal. Animal live by instinct but men live with a conscience. We can differentiate right from wrong. We can think. We have free will. We can choose. We can choose to believe if God exist. Do you want to forsake what God has given you?

See, how God has given you so much. But, to turn your back on Him. Then you'll only have yourself to blame. Stop pushing the blame on God. Most or rather all of the rubbish that's happening right now is all mankind doing. Did God ask you to go to war and kill each other for land, women, wealth? Of course not, stupid!

Earth is big enough for all of us. We create boundaries, not God!

We can share but we didn't. We can live together in peace but we choose not. One thing is for sure, we're all bloody stupid fools!

Enough said. God, give you brain so why not use it to think about what I have posted here today.

Bin Laden talking nonsense

MohammadFauziT... - Owning My Own Life!
500 Posts, last published on Sep 6, 2007

Hey, I saw that I already posted 500 post at my blogger Dashboard. So, today, this would be my 501 post!

Wow! 500 post. Didn't really think much about it until today. Seems like it's been a long long time since the first day I started my own blog. I think blogging really suits me. I have been writing things for a while since I was in School. Mostly, personal 'creative' stuff of course. But, blogging really gave me the avenue for an outlet of my personal thinking about life as a general.

And share it with the world out there!

I like it. I also have a lot to say. My favorite topics is religion, tech gadget, soccer, philosophy on life and a whole lot of other craps you might not be interested. But, hey who cares?

I think blogging is therapeutic for me. Sometime, I read something I don't like or agree with and where else can I talk about it but in my own blog?

For instance, today I read about Osama bin Laden latest video release. I haven't seen his video yet or wait a minute,.. I haven't seen all of his videos actually. I only read what he talks about in the news. Most of the time, I think he's talking rubbish!

Why? Because, for one thing I don't agree with him is the killing of innocent lives. I know, where he might be coming from but, Islam really forbid it. And, true jihad is finish with the death of the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The greater jihad Muhammad always proclaimed is against man own 'naf' or inner self struggle.

Another factor is that we don't 'invite'/force people (like what the Taliban are doing) or rather unbelievers to join Islam. Our prophet Muhammad had already did the ground work. Islam spread far and wide during time of peace rather then during war and conquest. More and more people joined Islam not because we want or urge them to but because they want to. God gave men brain so that he may used it and use his own judgment. God gave men the Al-Quran so that he may read it and learn the truth. So that he may choose for himself what's right.

I'm pretty sure, if anyone tried forcing others to join Islam they certainly won't!

It's just common sense right!?

Listen. God, doesn't need you. YOU need God!

If you're interested to join Islam, that's fine. If not, then that's fine by me too. Free will.

Can you blame God if you don't believe that Islam is the true religion and you doesn't believe in HIM like the atheist does?

All men, will be judge. Each of us answers to HIM. Muslims as a whole knows this. That's our main agenda. To pray 5 times daily. To give alms. To do good etc.

If you really look at it, there's no reason why Muslim should go to war. Even though, yeah, looking at the 'openness' of the world right now with gay marriages, total lack of good moral values etc. But, there's no need to take arms. We can fight with debates or whatever peaceful means there is. Sometime, we may win and sometime we will lose. That's just part and parcel of life.

Muhammad, once was given the chance by Jibril a.s. to destroy a tribe by flattening it with a mountain because they pelted him with stones and was sworn away when he preach about Islam. But, he declined saying that they (the tribe) didn't know any better.

You know, Muhammad with God's will can conquer the whole world without lifting a finger but he won't. He can amass wealth and gold. He can conquer and build magnificent castles for himself but he didn't. He didn't die living the world with useless man-made rubbish. He died living mankind with the greatest gift a man could get. And that is the Holy Al-Quran and his Hadith.

Al-Quran is much more valuable then all the 7 wonders added together!

No one in this world can replicate the Al-Quran!

Much like the story of King Solomon. That when he died he wanted to show the world that in his hand, he holds nothing. When we die we don't bring back wealth or gold to the afterlife. We will only be judge by what we have done with the time given to us when we were alive. That's all that matters to us.

Of course, all this problem can be trace back when the Israelis with the help of the infidels return back to Jerusalem. Without this major problem being solved with the Palestinian which happens to be Muslims (if they aren't Muslims I don't think there will be any Islamic terrorist, they would be just called terrorist!) all this senseless war will be over sooner.

Right now, it's not a problem about Islam. Islam is just used as a tool to garner support for what they are doing militarily. What we are looking at right now is the stealing of lands illegally by the Israel over the Palestinian. And to make matter worst the U.S. and the British is helping them!

No wonder, most of the Islamic world hate the U.S. and the British. Duh!

Look, I don't really care about the so-called unbeliever or the infidels. It's none of my concern. For them their religion and for me is my religion. I can get along with anyone regardless of race, religions, class or whatever.

When I look at others, I see them as what they are as a person. Of course, our preference differs. But, that's what make life so interesting. We learn from each other. We take the good and throw away the bad. It's up to us to make the world a better place. For starters, let just stop all this war and start living as a human being on this one small planet we called earth.

Leave religion especially Islam out of this. The problem might be complicated but I'm pretty sure it could be resolved before we kill each other senselessly. We are not animal. We are human beings with brain. We can think. If we use our brain and simple common sense we might get somewhere. Just might.

Next week, it will be the start of the Holy Fasting month. It's a 'magical' month that only Muslims will know. You've got to be a Muslim to understand what the fasting month is all about. It's the month of the Al-Quran. It's the month of goodness. The month of faith. The month of bountiful. A month of seeking goodness and forgiveness from God. There's no other religion that allocate a special month for the billions of Muslim to unite as a whole. This is the time we unite and pray under one God.

When the Muslims unite the whole world tremble...

It made me think about Islam as a whole. It made me feel a part of the world community. I might be alone here in this room sitting typing this. But, I'm really not alone. I'm a part of the Islamic community. We are one and together we will be strong.

You might be in New York, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Dubai, England, Liverpool, Bosnia, Indonesia, Canada, Holland, Saudi Arabia or Palestine. But, Islam bind us together.

We are Muslims.

What's happening to Islam today?

“A believer is a mirror to his brother. A believer is a brother of a believer: he protects him against any danger and guards him from behind.”

(Related by Al Bukhari in Al Adab Al Mufrad and by Abu Dawood.)

links to this article here >>

http://www.islamicvoice.com/april.2000/hadith.htm

-------- - - - - - - - ---------------- -- - - - --------

I was looking for another hadith which roughly translated that the prophet muhammad s.a.w said about the muslim in the future (probably happening right now).

He says that there will be more muslims in the future then during his time but they are useless. He was asked why was that? And the prophet said because the muslim in the future will be disunited.

I remembered this hadith and looking at what's happening right now with muslims all over the world and I couldn't aggree more.

Just look the two obvious example > Iraq and Palestine. And as a whole the middle east.

I think it's rubbish that the muslims nowadays are divided among themselves with sunnis and shia this and shia that. With various tribal war and warlords in Afghanistan etc. That's not the way our prophet teach! He teaches UNITY! Of all races, tribes, man children child , the rich, the poor etc.

God make us different so that we may learn from each other!

During the time of Muhammad s.a.w he manage to unite the whole of the Arab world with the way of Islam. Using Al-Quran as a guide. Even the hardened hearted decided to join Islam because he sees in Islam the truth. He sees in Islam how the muslims were united. Remember, the meccans and the medinans?

How our prophet unite them with inter-marriege and the tie of brotherhood. The promise to help those in needs. Brothers in Islam who would die for each other. How they both protected Medina from the infidels. Islam spread like wildfire even the Romans were afraid!

I will be happy to live in that time. Yes!

The iraqis are killing each other and disunited albeith the help of the so-called jihadis and soldier of God etc. I don't know what brand or kind of Islam they are practicing but it's making me ashame. Now, the palestinian muslims para-military are shooting and killing each other. If I were the Israelis I'll be laughing with the stupidity. Life is already hard there and I don't know how the children can live. I can't even fanthom it.

If Simon Cowell thinks he sees worse in africa he haven't yet seen the way the palestinians and Iraqis children are living in. Gunshots and mortar beight fired at them almost everyday. Father losing their sons and sons losing their parents. In the end they are easy picking for the Islamist hardliner pointing the finger at others for the wrong that's happening to them whereas they should be pointing the finger at themselves.

The whole Islam community should begin looking at themselves and start doing something to stop all this nonsense. Remember the true way of Islam. Islam means peace and peace won't be achieve if individual muslim can't or won't sees that the solution is within them. The problem is not the cause of others but themselves.

The faster we realize this, the faster we'll get this problem solved. It's already been going on for so long. I believed, since the death of our beloved prophet muhammad s.a.w.

Oh yeah, the best thing that the non-muslim can do is to stay out of the way.

Salaam!

P.S. I'm not a moderate, not a hardliner, not a softener or whatever you want to call me. I'm a muslim, my religion is Islam,my GOD is ALLAH and my prophet is Muhammad s.a.w and that's all to it. It's how you live your life that's more important then politics of every level!

P.P.S Lose the crap man.
