My New $200+ budget Nikon Z8 Camera Rig #nikonz8 #camerarig

(All links will open up in a new tab)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Finally, I got some of the parts needed to build my own Nikon Z8 camera rig. And it only cost over $200+ including my new Feelworld field monitor. I'm still waiting for my top handle though. The handle that I ordered before was canceled.

A good thing as I realized I'd prefer a different design. That will allow me to fit my monitor in front instead of on the top side. This would be more ergonomic and look much nicer. I learned this from one of the YouTube videos. lol.

Another thing is that I bought a wheel-type side handle for my rig. It looks nice and feels good to hold. Also, it helps me to hide my HDMI A TO A cable inside it. Pretty nifty. I can't use the cable included with my Feelworld monitor as it's an HDMI A to mini.

The wheel is also light. On the right side, I decided to use the hand strap that I already have. Surprisingly, it's not that heavy. Even with the monitor fixed. I'll weigh it once everything is done. I also think it'll make my video more stable now.

Now that I have a camera rig, I decided to buy a bigger camera backpack. I found one from the K&F Concept camera backpack. It is 32L size with a shoulder bag included. You can use the shoulder bag instead of carrying the whole backpack, when out and about during traveling.

I want to use that shoulder bag to put the camera rig inside. A hassle to take the rig apart, especially on travel. Well, I'll still have to take out the monitor. I won't need it all the time. I discovered while traveling, my family won't wait for me. So, I'll have to be fast.

Making a cinematic story or video doesn't have to travel to faraway places. That's my conclusion. Currently, my philosophy and style is about the daily grind of life. The little things that we do every day. Your home is a good start to create something with your camera.

I like to dabble with my camera and test a lot with it. What's better than to test taking pictures and videos in your home? It might not seem much but I've watched others do it and they can evoke emotion in you. A feeling of nostalgia or loneliness etc.

I bought the field monitor to see and take a video of myself. You can turn it around and see yourself on the bigger screen. My Z8 view screen can't be used for selfies. Not like, my Nikon Zfc. If you don't have someone to be or act in your video, you can?

I watched a video where a photo looks even better with a subject in it. So, you can do a bit of your own acting in your video. Of course, it's always better to use a tripod. You can adjust the tripod height or put it at an angle taking a video of you. You don't even have to show your face. Cool!

Nikon Coolpix P950 - Camera Shooting Grip With Wireless Remote

Wireless Shooting Grip and Tripod Camera Remote Control Shutter Release for Nikon COOLPIX B600, A1000, P1000, Z50, P950

Hey guys,

Check it out!

The shooting grip with wireless remote finally arrived yesterday and I'm pretty happy with the product. I quickly did my unboxing, pair it to my camera via Bluetooth, and test it out. It works pretty smoothly without any kind of hiccups. Watch the video here.

I must say, I'm pretty impressed with the build quality. The adjustable stand has rubber grips on it and it can certainly hold my heavy P950. The stand does have a bit of weight on it. You can turn any which way you want to take photos, selfies, and videography.

Wireless Shooting Grip and Tripod Camera Remote Control Shutter Release for Nikon COOLPIX B600, A1000, P1000, Z50, P950

I've actually never thought of getting a camera shooting grip. I did think of getting a wireless remote. Sometimes, when I want to record or take photos, I'm afraid to shake the camera too much. Even though the camera is on a tripod.

I don't have to worry about shaking the camera when pressing the record button anymore. I also don't have to be near the camera. I've talked about how my video was shaking weirdly when I was taking video and walking at the same time. Hope the shooting grip stick will help.

Wireless Bluetooth Remote Control Shooting Grip Mini Tabletop Tripod Video Holder for Nikon Z fc Z50 Coolpix P1000 P950 B600 A1000 Camera Replaces ML-L7 for Selfie Vlog Anti-Shaking Photography

When you're holding the stick, you're holding the camera in a central position. I think because I was holding the camera on the right side, it looks as if I have a problem walking on my left leg. I didn't even notice the wobbling until I was at home editing the video.

Well, you learn from your experience. I guess, the more I use my camera, the more I'll learn to avoid all those irritating little mistakes. The good thing is that I'm enjoying taking all those pictures and videos. It's not just for my youtube channel.

AODELAN WTR2 Wireless Shutter Release Timer Remote Control for Nikon Z6, Z7, Coolpix P1000, D850, D810, D700, D4, D5, D4s, D3100, D5000, D7200, D600, D610, D750, D3200, D3300; Replace MC-DC2, MC-36

I'm looking at some of this wireless shutter release timer remote control and am a little intrigued. I don't usually use a timer to take photos. I also don't use the burst mode. Right now, I'm just using one shot one photo. I feel like wasting time just to take that one perfect photo that you wanted.

Then again, I'm new to photography, so, who knows I'll use the burst mode in the future. Especially, for moving objects. Come to think of it, there's so much that I feel that I need to know. I still haven't really tried out all of my P950 features.

fantaseal Ergonomic Camera Grip Camcorder Mount DSLR Camera Handheld Stabilizer Handle Support Bracket Hand Video Light Flashlight Handle Selfie Stick Compatible with Sony DSLR etc

If you want a better grip on your camera, why not get the fantaseal ergonomic camera handle. Only that it doesn't have the wireless remote. I guess, you either want a better grip or you want a wireless remote. You can't have both with this kind of design.

That's why I kind of prefer the shooting grip with the wireless remote that I have bought. I can control the camera and use the remote at the same time. Pretty nifty don't you think? Granted, I haven't actually yet use the product in the real world.

AODELAN Wireless Camera Remote Control Remote Shutter Release for Nikon Z50, P1000, B600, A1000, P950; Replaces Nikon ML-L7

You can of course just get the wireless camera remote. If you already have a tripod or monopod and don't really need a shooting grip. Only the grip is more portable and much better to use than holding on a tripod. Which, I actually already tried before.

Nonetheless, I can't wait to try out my new camera shooting grip. There are so many things I want to try out with this camera. Many interesting things you can try to make your pictures and videos more interesting. Well, I've got a lifetime to learn.

Nikon Coolpix P950 - Swimming Godzilla?

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera w/NIKKOR 83x Optical Zoom Lens, 64GB Transcend SD Memory Card, Tripod, Bag, Lens Blower/Cleaner, and More

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I don't know why every local park I went to, I'm sure to find this big lizard walking around or just swimming around in the lake. I was resting at the park shelter when I saw something moving in the water. At first, I thought it was a snake or piece of wood. Turn out it's the lizard!

I was actually still re-charging the camera battery with my power bank. Luckily, the lizard still hanging around at the side of the lake. That's why I love the zooming capability of the Nikon Coolpix P950. I can discreetly zoom in to just its head popping out of the water.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera - Bundle - (26532) USA Model + Color Multicoated 6pcs Filter Set + 2x EN-EL20 Battery + 2x SanDisk?Extreme PRO 64GB Card + Large Case + 12 Inch Flexible Tripod + More

It must have noticed me as it decided to swim to the other side. The way it swam reminds me of the movie, Godzilla. Also, it didn't go under the water. Makes me wonder if they actually do that in real life. Well, the movie always exaggerates to make it more interesting.

There was a couple of time when I make the mistake of moving too near the animals to take pictures or videos. When I can simply just use the camera to zoom. I guess that's why they say the Nikon P1000, P900 and P950 are best for wildlife.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera MFR 26532 Bundle + 128GB High Speed V30 Memory + Video U-Bracket + Bag, HD Filters & More

In one of my pictures, I didn't realize there was a dragonfly on the branch far out in the water. I only notice it after uploading it on my video. Again, without the zooming capability of my camera, I wouldn't have seen it.

That's one of the advantages of the Nikon Coolpix P950. In fact, I'm frequently using zoom to take pictures and videos. It actually came naturally to me. My nephew saw one guy with his camera and big lens. I told him, he's probably a pro.

BM Premium Pack of 2 ENEL20, EN-EL20a Batteries and USB Dual Battery Charger for Nikon Coolpix P950, P1000, DL24-500, Coolpix A, 1 AW1, 1 J1, 1 J2, 1 J3, 1 S1, 1 V3 Digital Camera

Ok, maybe it's just his interest in camera and photography. But, the kind of lens he's carrying, that probably cost more than my camera. I wouldn't be able to afford it. I got my P950 at half the price because it's a demo version. And, it still looks brand new.

The P950 is a great starter camera for me. It's probably for you too if you've never owned a point-and-shoot camera. Especially with the 83x zoom. You can take videos in 4K and upload them in 1080P. The quality of the image would be better than being downgraded from 1080P.

SanDisk 128GB Ultra SDXC UHS-I Memory Card - 100MB/s, C10, U1, Full HD, SD Card - SDSDUNR-128G-GN6IN

Another great thing about the camera that I keep forgetting to talk about is how stable it is, even without a camera tripod. Ok, if you really want a more steady shot, then you'll need one. But, for moments where you don't want to lose a shot like me taking the video of the lizard swimming, it does help.

I don't have steady hands. And, it does shake a lot when you're at maximum zoom. I found that out when taking videos of boats and planes without a tripod. I also managed to save up the battery before I finished getting what I wanted.

Also, my 128GB SD card storage has finally dropped below the 100GB mark. I might have to get a new card soon. I'm planning to buy a new card every time it's full and keep all my pics and videos on it. I don't trust any backup HD drive as they have failed me time and again.

Don't forget to check out the swimming Godzilla video. I might talk about another shorter video of the black lizard which I took last week. So, keep coming back to my blog!

Nikon Coolpix P950 - A Bird Building A Nest In Front Of My Door

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I've been wanting to take pictures and videos of birds with my new Nikon Coolpix P950 but I still haven't plan to go anywhere yet. There are several good places I can go to, but I'm not really familiar with those places. Well, maybe in the near future.

Meanwhile, what luck! There's actually a bird building a nest right outside my door. I was actually wondering yesterday about where the bird's noises were coming from. I thought they were from the roof. Turn out, it's just outside my door and I didn't even notice it.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

When I opened my door this morning, I saw all these little woods on my welcome mat. I thought somebody was sending voodoo stuff to me. Lol. I look up and there's the little birds' nest. Probably blown away by the wind.

I went inside and waited for a while. The bird saw me standing at the door and it was a little apprehensive at first. I stay quiet and it became brave and start building up to its nest again. I decided to get my camera and my tripod

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera - Bundle - (26532) USA Model + Color Multicoated 6pcs Filter Set + 2x EN-EL20 Battery + 2x SanDisk?Extreme PRO 64GB Card + Large Case + 12 Inch Flexible Tripod + More

I couldn't use the tripod as it was too near my door and the gate is blocking the view. Of course, I couldn't stay too near the door or the bird won't come. I opened the gate and just waited for it to come back every 15 to 20 mins with new materials for its nest.

I really had to be patient because I couldn't just sit there and wait for it to come. I took the time in between to test the zoom and settings. I decided to try the bird set as I am taking pics and videos of a bird. The grey moody weather doesn't help. It's been raining the past few days.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera 26532 w/ 83x Optical Zoom Lens and SanDisk 128GB Memory Card and 3 Pcs Multi-Coated Glass Filter Kit & Camera Case and ZeeTech Accessory (Black) (Basic Bundle)

I managed to get 2 or 3 videos and a couple of pics. As I've said, the bird doesn't stay long. It'll come, put in the little woods that it could find, and fly away. It also doesn't stay still waiting for you to take pictures of it.  I actually wondered if this is how the professionals actually have to go through.

It's really not easy to get that perfect shot. I was either sitting or standing near the door waiting for the bird to come back. I felt as if I'm a baby bird waiting for mommy to bring me worms for breakfast or lunch. Yucks!

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Digital Camera: with 83x Optical Zoom, 4K and Built-in Wi-Fi (Black) + 128GB 1200X SDXC Card + 2 EN-EL20 Batteries + Case + Flexible Tripod + Pro Bundle: International Version

I just went to check on the bird's nest and there are more bits and pieces of wood and other stuff outside my door. I didn't know the wind outside my house was that strong. It was raining earlier so, might have made it worse.

No sign of the bird either. I'll have to wait and see if it'll continue building its nest in front of my door. You have to give credit to them for their perseverance. They're willing to work hard to build a nest for their newborn. Every parent (with some acceptance), humans or non-humans would do anything for their children.

It's part of our nature. Frankly, I'm not a parent, so I wouldn't know. But, it's just basic instincts. Animals don't have the brain capacity like us humans. We don't merely rely on instincts. We have brains, free will, and common sense (apparently some don't?).

Anyway, one day, I might see a baby bird outside my door and me and my P950 are ready!

DSLR CAMERA LENS CLEANING KIT - UNBOXING

ParaPace Professional Camera Cleaning Kit (with Waterproof Case), Including Cleaning Solution/5 APS-C Cleaning Swabs/Lens Pen/Air Blower/Cleaning Cloth for DSLR Cameras(Canon, Nikon, Sony)

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I only realized I needed a camera cleaning kit for my Nikon Coolpix P950 after watching a video on how to maintain your camera. I didn't even know there's a cleaning kit for cameras. So, I went searching around and found a complete set that I like.

I also check out what's some of the tools are actually for. I like the pen brush where you can bring along to brush away any little dust stuck on your lens. I also thought to myself getting the UV filter is actually good since it'll also protect my main P950 lens.

ParaPace Professional Camera Cleaning Kit (with Waterproof Case), Including Cleaning Solution/5 APS-C Cleaning Swabs/Lens Pen/Air Blower/Cleaning Cloth for DSLR Cameras(Canon, Nikon, Sony)

Now that I've got the experience of bringing along and using my camera for taking pictures and videos, I now realized how useful the cleaning kit is. I wasn't sure if I'll need to bring them for the trips. You never know what's the weather or situation be like.

Last Sunday, it was lightly drizzling and I regret not bringing the cleaning kit. I didn't even have a cloth to clean the lens or protect it from the splash of rain. I kept worrying that a few drops of rain will go inside through the mic holes.

Altura Photo Professional Full Frame Sensor Cleaning Kit - Camera Cleaning Kit for FF DSLR & Mirrorless Cameras - w/Sensor Cleaning Swabs & Case, Works as Camera Lens Cleaning Kit, Sensor Cleaner

When I went back home, I quickly do a search if there are any waterproof camera housing bags and there are actually a few types that I like. As I'm using the P950, I need a protector that would also follow the zoom size. The choice is pretty limited.

Frankly, whenever I search for any kind of accessories for my Nikon Coolpix P950, it's pretty limited. It's as if nobody is creating any products for the P900, P950, or P1000. When I search for stuff, I practically have to guess if it'll also fit my P950.

Nikon COOLPIX P950

Right now, I'm waiting for my new camera backpack. I decided to get a backpack after getting the shoulder bag. My idea was to put the shoulder bag inside one of my big backpacks but even though it's giving good protection, kinda a hassle to take the camera out every now and then.

I was interested in the backpack design that has a slot at the side. So, I can easily take it out and put it back in once I'm done. I can also just tie my tripod at the bottom of the bag. I don't know why some camera backpack doesn't include a way to carry your tripod.

Endurax Waterproof Camera Backpack for Women and Men Fits 15.6" Laptop with Build-in DSLR Shoulder Photographer Bag (Gray)

The Nikon Coolpix P950 is just a point-and-shoot camera. So, I don't need big spaces for extra lenses inside the backpack. If I'm traveling to other countries, I would just need this bag. I can bring along my HP laptop for editing and uploading to my youtube channel.

Of course, I'll bring along my camera cleaning kit and other accessories too. I like the idea of a separate shoulder bag that you can bring along instead of the whole bag. You can leave them at the hotel while you go out light. Pretty nifty.

Because of the covid-19 pandemic right now, we can't really travel. But, some countries like Thailand are already opening up to tourists. Watch my holiday in Krabi Thailand video here. I actually just use my S10+ camera. Now, I'm pretty excited to travel with my Nikon Coolpix P950!

Nikon Coolpix P950 - 83x Zoom - Drizzly Day At The Beach

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Well, I had a fun Sunday at the beach. Taking videos and pictures with my new Nikon Coolpix P950. One problem though, it was lightly drizzling. I was always looking for some cover for my camera. It's not waterproof. One time, a drop of rainwater splash right on top of the camera.

Lucky for me it didn't go into any open area like the mic. I'm definitely going to look for something that would give my camera good waterproofing protection. I actually found them selling on Amazon. You can check it out here.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

It rains heavily in the morning but I was hoping it will stop. And, the weather will get sunny and bright later in the day like yesterday, Saturday. But, it didn't. Even if it rains, I thought it would still be okay, as I can take videos and pictures of the rain.

The good thing is that this will be a good experience for me using the P950. As I've never used a DSLR camera before. Next time, I'll be more prepared. One thing I learned is that for some reason, the camera will shake terribly if you don't control your hands when zooming at far objects.

Venterior Waterproof Rain Cover Camera Protector for Canon Nikon Pentax and Other DSLR Cameras - Protect from Rain Snow Dust Sand

I had a hard time taking videos of the airplane. Once, I managed to zoom in, I would shake and lose sight of the plane. Mind you, I was using the tripod. I'm not sure if I should use the tripod on a moving plane. Taking videos of moving boats was a lot easier.

The P950 does have a good stabilizer. It's only when you're zooming at far objects that the shaking might be too much. Although, I didn't really have any problem taking videos and pictures of the moon. Check out my videos of the moon here.

Neewer Portable Aluminum Alloy Camera 2-in-1 Tripod Monopod Max. 70"/177 cm with 3-Way Swivel Pan Head and Carrying Bag for DSLR, DV Video Camcorder

Using the tripod is good. My problem is when having to take a moving object. Sometimes, I'll move the camera a bit and hold the position without locking. That's when it'll start shaking. I really need to master taking videos of moving objects.

It doesn't help that I have bad breathing habits. My breathing is very irregular and sometimes loud. People will give me the look when they hear my breathing. I'm actually afraid that the P950 will pick up on it. The mic is actually not that bad. And, you can add your own camera mic if you want to.

Movo VXR10 Universal Video Microphone with Shock Mount, Deadcat Windscreen, for iPhone, Android Smartphones, Canon EOS, Nikon DSLR Cameras, and Camcorders - Perfect Camera Microphone, Shotgun Mic

I went to the beach with my nephew and you can actually hear a bit of his voice in the video. I had to shush him up. There were parts I had to cut because he was too loud. At least, I know the mic works. I wasn't sure how good it is as I've never really tested it.

Going to the beach was a good idea with all the sounds of the waves, the big loud motor of the boats, and people talking in the background. You can feel as if you're at the beach with me. The funny thing is, I didn't actually think about sound when taking videos. Normally, I just put background music during editing.

I was concentrating more on taking good pictures and videos. Of course, I also wanted to test the 83x zooming capabilities and it didn't disappoint. But, like I've said, I need to learn to control my hands at full zoom. On whole, it was such a fun day minus the drizzling.

Nikon Coolpix P950 - 83x Zoom Beautiful Moon Shot!

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Finally! Got my very own close-up pictures and videos of the freaking moon. I've been wanting to use my new Coolpix Nikon P950 to do that for a while. But, the moon been hiding from me. In fact, it was pretty cloudy at first but it finally shows in full view.

I think I mush it up a little bit though. I had used the moon scene but turn to manual focus. Couldn't fine-tune to be sharper. Having bad eyesight doesn't help. I couldn't really see in the small LCD screen. But, in the end, when I turn to auto-focus, it got better.

Nikon COOLPIX P950 Compact Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom Super Telephoto Lens Bundle Including Triple Battery + Deco Gear Backpack Bag Case + Filter Kit + Photo Video Software and Accessories

I'm still dabbling around with the settings. That's why there's the red or is it orange effect. No matter, as I'm more excited about being able to an 83x zoom close-up of the moon. Wow! it's really incredible. If NASA or any country had built a base there, I'm pretty sure, you can even see it.

Like everyone else, I'm curious about the moon. Yes, I'm also interested to know if there's actually a secret base or even aliens. Okay, you never know. With the capability of this camera, it'll be cool to be able to zoom in on weird things in the sky. Too bad, the P950 doesn't have night vision.

ROXTAK 80" Camera Tripod & Monopods, Professional Compact Aluminum Travel Tripods for DSLR with 360 Degree Ball Head and 2 Quick Release Plates, Compatible for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Samsung, Olympus&Panasonic

Yesterday, was my first time taking pictures and videos of the moon. I think I can do much better next time. A tripod is really important. There's a certain part of the video which was kind of shaky, as I move it to center the moon. Also, I'll just use the auto-focus and stop dabbling mid-video taking.

I guess that's part of the learning process to use the camera. I'm going out tomorrow with my family to the beach. Of course, I'm going to bring my camera and take some pictures and videos with it. Would be fun and also help me dabble and learn with the camera Scene settings.

K&F Concept 67mm Magnetic MCUV+CPL+ND1000 +Filter Adapter Ring Lens Filter Kit (4 Pieces) HD Import Optical Glass with Multi-Layer Coated Filter Set for Camera Lens

I bought myself a 67mm UV filter for my camera. I'm interested to see if it'll improve the quality of the picture. I'll be just using the normal and jpeg setting. I'm kinda lazy to do any touch-up with the pictures I took. Maybe, I'll try out raw later on.

For the moment, I'm just interested in using the camera for taking pictures and videos. I'm already interested in looking and learning about other cameras. I saw the Nikon promo for the Nikon Z 6II FX-Format Mirrorless Camera on their main (Amazon) store. If only I have the money. Lol.

Nikon Z 6II FX-Format Mirrorless Camera Body w/NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S, Black

I'm intrigued to know how good it is for low-light settings. It'll be great for a night out shooting funs. It'll be worth the money if you're a professional photographer. Taking photos and videos of movie star night events or whatever. Definitely, not for us mere mortals.

I know they're expensive but, didn't really look at the price till I got the P950. I actually got my camera for half the normal price as it's a demo unit. The good news is, it looks as though it's new and never been open or used. I'm not even sure what they did with the demo unit as I got it online.

There are many pretty cheap cameras available. If you just want to take great fun or holiday photos. Before this, I just used my phone camera which is already pretty good. You can quickly edit it right on the phone and upload it online to youtube or others photo websites.

But, then again, you can't 83X zoom to the moon like the Nikon Coolpix P950!

Neewer 72.4-Inch Aluminum Camera Tripod Monopod with 360-Degree Rotatable Center Column and Ball Head, Quick Shoe Plate, Bag for DSLR Camera, Video Camcorder, Travel, and Work, Load Up to 33 Pounds

Hey guys,

Quick promo!

On Sat, I finally ordered the Nikon Coolpix P950 camera. It's actually a demo unit and because of that, it's half the original price. I wanted the P1000 but it's too expensive and since I'm a newbie in photography and using a digital camera, it's great for learning. Although, I'm really more interested in the zooming capability. Lol.

I've been looking at camera accessories that I might need and of course, I'll need a good tripod. I already have one but I'm not sure if it can support the weight of the P950. I bought it primarily for my iPad and mobile phone. That's when I saw the Neewer Aluminium Camera Tripod monopod.

  • Multi-Angle Center Column: The center column lets you adjust the shooting angle—whether it’s vertical (0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, or 90°) or horizontal angle (360° panning). Reverse the center column to shoot macro photos
  • Panoramic Ball Head: Securely attaches a camera to the tripod while allowing you to change the composition quickly with 3 adjustment knobs and the quick-release plate. 2 bubble levels to keep your photos look straight
  • Adjustable Tripod Legs: 4-section aluminum alloy tripod with twist locks extends to a maximum height of 72.4”/184cm and folds down to 26.4”/67cm. Easily adjust the leg angles or remove one of the legs and use it as a monopod

The other day, I saw a video where the guy showed a camera walking stick. I thought that was something interesting. That would be great as a walking stick and also at the same time as a camera stand. So, I was thinking I might get it.

Today, when surveyed for the camera tripod, I chance a much better tripod monopod. It's a multifunction tripod that you can use in several different ways. If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't know that you can actually do that.

Being able to put your camera in several positions would be great for making videos and pictures with different kinds of views. You can position your camera sideways or going all the way low near to the ground. Great for outdoors and even indoors.

I've always wanted to learn how to make my youtube videos more interesting. Instead of the generic, straight at the products. I try taking several positions like from the left or right. A close-up or from a little further out for full views.

That's why when I saw this Neewer camera tripod monopod, I was intrigued. It will be pretty nifty to change from the normal tripod to a monopod. The monopod will be great during your walks and for taking quick pictures or videos. Way cool!

iPad & Tablet tripod mount bracket holder

IPOW iPad Tripod Mount Adapter Universal Tablet Clamp Holder Fits Ipad, Ipad Air, Ipad Mini, Microsoft Surface, Nexus and Most Tablets, Use on Tripod, Monopod, Selfie Stick, Tabletop Tripod Stand Etc

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Finally, my iPad/mobile phone tripod stand setup is complete!

I've been wanting to get a tripod for a long while but never actually get to it. So, after I got it the other day, that comes with a mobile phone holder. I also got myself the iPad mount bracket holder.

There are several types available, but I thought the 'X' version would be more secure. The good thing is that it can also be used with other similar size tablets. Mine can't fit the latest iPad 12.9 though.

I'm either using my iPad Pro 10.5 or my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ to take pictures and videos. Now, I can mount either one of them on my tripod.

Of course, I can also use my tripod for a camera or a camcorder. I don't own any camera but I'm thinking of getting Nikon Coolpix P1000. Which can zoom to the moon?

One thing I discovered is that, you can also use the tripod as a stand for your iPad or mobile phone just like a Tv stand. You don't have to hold your iPad all the time to watch your favorite youtube videos.

Would also be great as a holder for your portable gaming console like the Nintendo Switch. The tripod is definitely great for multiple uses.

I can't wait to test out new camera angles and ideas I've been wanting to try. I'm not sure why I wait this long to get a tripod with the iPad or mobile phone mount brackets.

I already have around 500+ videos and some time, I don't really care for views as I can't earn with google ads. It's to the point of becoming an enthusiast hobby.

The Basics of Filmmaking

I also feel like an amateur filmmaker. I might even get a book about how to make those great scenes or whatever. Kinda funny though, using all those skills just to make an unboxing video. :p

Well, who knows, if I can make an interesting unboxing video that's different from the others?
