Your Road To Financial Freedom - Money Saving tips

Your Road To Financial Freedom

Yo guys,

Most of the time, I post bout games and game news etc. But today, I wanted to re-recommend a website of a guy about savings and investing. I found his site/blog, a couple years back and until now, when I thought about savings for retirement, I always went to visit it for info and inspiration.

His saving method can be considered un-conventional and he actually ruffled a few feathers back then and I supposed now too. But hey, most people are always against new ideas and things that they don't understand. Somehow, I get what he was talking about back then and it still does ring true till now 2013.

On his site, he also writes about investment tips and recommendations. It's good for beginners and professional investors alike. Anyway, you can visit his main site @ http://www.passionsaving.com and say hi, for me if you decide to visit him. :)

By the way, even though this video is pretty old but you'll realize his tips still works today! Watch him interviewed bout his book and they talk about 10 tips you can use pretty much right now.

Check it out!

My Alienware m14x - Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Gameplay

Alienware AW13R2-1678SLV 13 Inch FHD Laptop (6th Generation Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD + 8 GB SSD) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

Yo guys,

This game have been out for awhile and I bought it, I think, before it's released date. Anyway, after installing the game, I found out, I wasn't able to play the game smoothly. But, after updating my Nvidia drivers, right now, I'm able to play it on medium to high settings.

On this video, I'm playing at optimal settings which include high,  medium and very high. The fps stayed around 20 frames per second all through the game. I might later, drop it to a standard high settings to get a better frame rates.

The game is pretty cool with 80s style of gameplay. But, it gets irritating at time. You can play it using the xbox pc controller or with your mouse and keyboard.  The control are pretty standard and after the so-called 'tutorial', you can start shooting and killing inside the game without trouble.

On a side note, for awhile, I've had trouble with my laptop and wasn't able to play any games on it. I thought, it might be because of Nvidia GeForce experience. Keep giving me the blue screen of death. I decided to uninstall the damn software just like Razer game booster.

All these software doesn't really help in making it easier to play your games. Ok, maybe because the software are still in beta versions and they're continuing to improve it. But, for the moment, I'm not installing anymore software that gonna fuck up my system.

I've had my alienware m14x version r1 for around a year plus now and it's still able to play the latest games. Once awhile, there're hiccups because, I like to try out new stuff on it. But, in the end, it's fine just the way it was!

Well then, check out the video and get the game if you still haven't.

Happy gaming!

My Alienware m14x - Using Blackberry q10 to record dirt3-drift

My Alienware m14x - Using Blackberry q10 to record dirt3-drift

Blackberry Q10 Unlocked Cellphone, 16GB, Black

Sup guys,

Just a short video of my nephew playing Dirt 3, drift on my Alienware m14x version r1. I'm using my Blackberry Q10 to record it. At the same time, those interested to see how good the q10 8-megapixel camera is for recording.

I'm not really sure how I should be using the q10 camera to record as I still haven't dabbled much with the camera settings. For this recording, I set the ratio to 4:3 and I believe, I set to stabilization. Every time, I moved the camera, it re-focus on its own - albeit a bit slow.

I'm not sure if I can immediately touch the screen to quickly re-focus again. That's why, at a certain point of the video, it gets a bit blurred. But, I'm still learning about some of its camera features and capabilities.

At the game, I set the game all on auto high settings with ambient on. You can see, how the sun shines towards the driver or the camera. Gameplay, are pretty smooth after the latest Nvidia software updates. I had some problem playing the game at first but managed to solve the problem after googling around for fixed.

Anyway, hope you like the video.

My blackberry q10 - A quick random look

My blackberry q10 - A quick random look

Blackberry Q10 Unlocked Cellphone, 16GB, Black

Hey guys,

Just a quick random video of my blackberry q10. Had this phone for around 2 weeks now and I've loaded it up with games, music, videos and apps. I've still around 7gb left on the phone. The other day, I almost got myself a 32gb sdhc card but decided against it, for now.

So far, I've not really had any problem with the q10, accept for once in awhile having trouble tapping on the icons. I'm curious why we can't adjust the sensitiveness or the way we use our finger to tap it. In the end though, I just adjust myself to the phone touch screen.

While typing the keyboard, the words will come out and sometime, I needed to tap twice before it works. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the touch screen or it's just the way it works. Maybe, Blackberry can look into it and fixed it with a software updates?

I'm pretty much enjoying playing around with the phone. Checking out BBM channel and Blackberry world. Loads of new games and apps are coming out and soon, I believe, it'll be comparable to iTunes.

Blackberry, just need to work on it. Blackberry, like Apple have a large core fan base and an iTunes like store page could set them up. I don't think they should be ashamed of following Apple business tactics.

In fact, I feel they're almost the same type of company. People, are already comparing the Z10 with the iphone. If Blackberry, improved on their products (Z10 and Q10 ) and at the same time improving Blackberry world then, you never know.

Anyway, that's just my thoughts. It's not as if I have stocks on them? Lol. Let's see what Blackberry next step would be shall we?

My Blackberry Q10 - Need For Speed Undercover Gameplay

My Blackberry Q10 - Need For Speed Undercover Gameplay

Blackberry Q10 Unlocked Cellphone, 16GB, Black

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Just a short clip of my nephew playing the game NFS, Need for Speed Undercover for the blackberry q10. There are some games the q10 can play very well without hiccups but for the NFS undercover it lags a bit sometimes. But, it's still playable though.

I'm just hoping that Blackberry would in the future think about its phone as a gaming system that's comparable with android. Okay, maybe with the q10 screen size you can't expect much but with the Z10 it's possible. Even then, I'm still happy gaming on my q10.

One thing good about the q10 is that, for some of the game, you can actually use the qwerty keyboard to play. At the moment, I've found out that you can play, Radiant, Dynastunts and even NFS undercover using the keyboard. The q10 has a mini HDMI port and Bluetooth so, you can hook it up to a monitor and keyboard. Gaming on the go!

Or maybe, for doing some work that needed to be done on some documents, etc. I'm not sure if you can use a bluetooth mouse with it. I don't have one so, I can't do any testing right now. Although, I'm pretty sure you can. It'll be really cool if you can!

I've also found out with the q10 (and maybe z10 too), you have the ability to play flash games on it. I'll do a video on it some other day. I did some testing of playing FB games on it and it works really fine like candy crush saga puzzle games or criminal case.

I've been waiting for this ability for a long time since the Apple iPhone came out. Finally, I can on the go, check out updates for my FB games. Pretty cool, and blackberry did it. Order yours via the link below!

My Blackberry Q10 - Radiant Gameplay with bluetooth keyboard!

My Blackberry Q10 - Radiant Gameplay with bluetooth keyboard!

Blackberry Q10 Unlocked Cellphone, 16GB, Black

Yo, wassupp guys.

So, I bought the game, 'Radiant' the other day for my Q10. And, I found out, I could use the 'A' and 'D' keys to move left and right while the spacebar is used to select. I had wondered if I could use a bluetooth keyboard to play the game. Since, I already bought a bluetooth keyboard for my ipad, I decided to try it out. And, it works!

The keyboard have a slot and a stand for me to put my ipad in so, for the moment I just put my phone on it. It's not really fixed to the stand like an ipad but as long as I don't move it around, it won't drop.

The blackberry phone already have a mini HDMI port so, with the cable (I got a blackberry mini speaker and mini hdmi cable as free gifts when I registered for the q10) you can plug it up on a Tv or monitor and voila!

Now, you have a on-the-go pc. You can use it to edit documents, chat on whatsapp or FB. Of course, using the keyboard is much faster than if you're using the qwerty keyboard. A nifty thing to bring along.

I don't have a bluetooth mouse or I would have tried it out too. In any case, I'm looking out for more games that offer the options to use the q10 qwerty keyboard instead of the touch screen. Let's face it, some of us like to punch keypad to play games rather than on the touch screen.

Anyway, check out the video. Visit my main youtube.com/freaker126 channel for more gaming videos!

My Blackberry Q10 - Galazer Gameplay

My Blackberry Q10 - Galazer Gameplay

Blackberry Q10 Unlocked Cellphone, 16GB, Black

Yo guys,

A vid of me playing 'Galazer' on my Blackberry Q10.

Cool game and it plays well on the Q10. The 'small screen' isn't really that bad. A 3.1 inch, 720 by 720 are fine for playing certain games and videos. Galazer is selling at a dirt-cheap price on Blackberry World.

I'm really hoping for more game to come. I even posted a question on 'Dead Trigger' FB, asking them if the game's coming to Blackberry. They can't promise but will do their best. Sure hope, they make a port of the game or something. Lol.

Anyway, check out the video. More, to come!

Who says, you can't game on a Q10!?
