Blacell 4 in 1 Micro USB HUB Adaptor with Power for Tablet

Blacell 4 in 1 Micro USB HUB Adaptor with Power Powered, Charging Charge OTG Host Cable Cord Adapter Connector for Android Smart Phone Tablet Samsung Galaxy S3 S4 S5 Note 2 3 4 Edge HTC One M7 M8

Hey guys,

Quick promo!

I've been thinking of turning my Android tablet into a laptop replacement. I even bought a foldable keyboard case for it. I bought one that connects the keyboard via a micro USB. It's because I also wanted to use it with my Nintendo Switch lite which you can't connect via Bluetooth without an adapter.

The problem is that the tablet battery runs out pretty fast. I'm not sure why. I thought the keyboard could be the cause or the battery isn't good enough in the first place. Well, I could just plug into the power but then, I can't plug in my Keyboard. That's the part, where a micro USB hub adapter is needed.

Blacell 4 in 1 Micro USB HUB Adaptor with Power Powered, Charging Charge OTG Host Cable Cord Adapter Connector for Android Smart Phone Tablet Samsung Galaxy S3 S4 S5 Note 2 3 4 Edge HTC One M7 M8

  • NOTE: Three ports with USB design can connect the keyboard, mouse, card reader, and so on (can't connect hard disk).
  • One power USB port can connect the original charger to supply power for flash disk, card reader, mouse, keyboard, and so on.
  • Compatible with all tablets and cellphones with OTG function, such as Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/Tab 3,2, Note 10.1, and so on.
  • Share your U disk content while charging the phone; Micro-USB Power can charge your tablet and smartphone simultaneously.
One important thing to note is that always get an adapter that can also charge your device at the same time. It'll be a hassle if you need to wait every time the battery runs out. I'm glad that they have this feature for the micro USB hub adapter.

In today's world, I think all new devices should use a USB C-type connector. I find that it's much easier and faster to connect and power your device at the same time. For example, one of my portable monitors uses a round plug connector for power and it's always having problems turning on.

USB C Hub, uni 4-in-1 USB C Adapter with 3 USB 3.0 Ports, 100W USB-C PD Charging Port Thunderbolt 3, USB Type C to USB 3.0 Adapter (Aluminum Shell) for MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, XPS, Pixelbook, and More

My new portable monitor uses USB C for power and it turns on easily every time. There are also many USB C hubs compares to a micro USB hub. I'm not sure why the product manufacturer still prefers micro USB. Another problem is that it's sometimes difficult to connect.

A USB C connector can be easily connected to your devices as it fits both sides. No more fumbling. So, I don't know why they insist on using the old technology of the micro USB for power. Anyway, it's not as if the USB C is still new. How long has it been since it was introduced to replace the micro-USB port?

Anyway, since many of my old and some new devices still using a Micro USB port, I guess the adapter will be useful. Especially, since it also helps charge my tablet at the same time. I actually bought two just in case and also because it's pretty cheap.

Now, with power, not a problem, I can definitely use my Android tablet as a laptop!

Project Linda Razer Phone Laptop Dock CES 2018

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 128 GB | US Version Smartphone | Pro-Grade Camera, 30X Space Zoom, Night Mode | Cloud Navy

Hey guys,

Check it out!

CES 2018, Razer showed their latest "Project, Linda". A laptop dock that can be used with their Razer Phone. Now, they have close their Razer Phone project and forget about project Linda. With all the big talks on joining the mobile market, they folded just after the release of the Razer Phone 2.

Disappointed is an understatement. I actually bought their CNY, Gold version Razer phone. I really hope Project Linda would be a reality. Finally, our phone has become as powerful as a laptop. And, we literally can use it as a laptop with Project Linda.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | US Version 5G Smartphone | Pro-Grade Camera, 8K Video, 108MP High Res | 128GB, Phantom Black (SM-G998UZKAXAA)

I was pretty pumped up when I got the Razer phone. It was actually a pretty good phone. Though, I should at least waited for the Razer Phone 2. I love the design, which is kinda Blackberry-ish. Pretty slim with a finger or thumbprint sensor on the right side.

For some reason, the touchscreen and front camera would always give me problems. I end up selling it off and got the Samsung S10+ instead. My last Samsung phone was the S3. I didn't really like it before because I hated Android back then. Now, I simply love them!

Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ N975F/DS 256GB, 6.8' Dynamic AMOLED Screen, 12GB RAM, Quad Camera, 4K UHD Factory Unlocked LTE Smartphone - (International Version) (Aura Glow)

Now, my current phone is the Samsung Note 10+. I actually sold my S10+ and bought the Note 10+ because of the S Pen. The S Pen is much better now because you can also use it to take a selfie, control your screen with gestures, and of course for writing or drawing.

Okay, why exactly am I talking about the Samsung phone in this post about Razer, Project Linda? Because I'm hoping (praying) that Samsung or a third party will create something like Project Linda but for the Samsung phone.

I love Samsung Dex. I even bought a Dex Pad, so that I can connect my Samsung phone to a portable monitor and use it as a laptop or desktop. Nowadays, you can just connect with a USB C cable. But, I prefer a Dex pad because it comes with a cooling fan.

Samsung should make a lap dock for their mobile phone because their phone is getting more and more powerful. Especially, with their latest Exynos 2100 CPU and Mali G78 GPU for mobile gaming. With that kind of power, would be great be using it as an Android laptop with a keyboard and mouse.

Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 13.3” Laptop|QLED Display and Intel Core i7 Processor|8GB Memory|512GB SSD|Long Battery Life and Bluetooth-enabled S Pen|(NP930QCG-K01US), Royal Blue

I've tried using the phone as the main computer with Samsung dex and Dex pad but unless it's your main computer, it's kinda a hassle to take out your mouse and keyboard, set them up, and then keep it again once you're done.

Having that experience, that's why an all-in-one lap dock will be very nifty. All you have to do is take out the lap dock, dock in your phone and start using it. The best thing is that you can charge it at the same time. Although, I feel there should be a cooling fan below the phone cause it can get really hot!

If ever Samsung wants to emulate Project Linda, they should name it Project Sarah. Get it? Sarah, S for Samsung? Anyway, there's actually a concept art of a Dexbook which I got from a site and make a video. You can check it out here. Would be cool if they decide to make it into a reality.

Dirt Showdown Live Stream gameplay (edited)

OMEN - GT13-0090 30L Gaming Desktop PC, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Graphics Card, 10th Generation Intel Core i9-10850K Processor, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Windows 10 Home (GT13-0090, 2020) Shadow black

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I love the Dirt series racing game and one of them is Dirt Showdown. I've been wanting to do a live gaming stream of the game and finally did it. I've done a couple of other live gaming streams before but this time, I also wanted to try out the chat feature too.

I know, I should have put a schedule first but like I said, it's kind of a test for the chat feature and also I'm not sure which is the best time to stream. Especially, if you're not sure what's the timezone for other countries. It was also at the spur of the moment to stream.

2021 Latest ELUK OMEN 30L NVIDIA RTX 3090 Gaming Desktop PC (RGB Liquid Cooled Intel i9-10850K, Z490 Mobo, 750 Watt Platinum PSU, Windows 10 Pro, 1TB NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD, 32GB HyperX RGB RAM)

The other day, I did a quick research on how to stream gameplay and putting a video of myself playing on my HP laptop. I think, having multiple monitors is useful. You need a window for your gameplay and another monitor to control your streaming.

It's a little cramp if you only using one monitor for everything. It definitely was, if I wanted to stream from my laptop. Also, since my laptop is not a gaming laptop and only has AMD Radeon Rx Vega 10 mobile graphics and 8GB of Ram, the Mass Effects game I was playing, lag badly.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15 Gaming Laptop, 15.6” 300Hz IPS Type FHD Display, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, 32GB DDR4, 1TB PCIe SSD, Per-Key RGB Keyboard, Windows 10 Pro, GX551QR-XS98

If you have the money or a professional streamer, the Asus ROG Zephyrus DUO SE with a second monitor would be perfect. Although, if I'm not wrong, they don't include a webcam for video calling or streaming. That means you'll have to get an external streaming webcam.

For something that's pretty expensive, why didn't they include a webcam? One of their video commenters noted that especially in a pandemic where it's obviously needed. Well, somebody asked about the camera on their store page and it's confirmed the laptop doesn't have it. Weird.

Trio Max Portable Monitor for Laptop, 14.1" Full HD IPS Display, Dual or Triple Laptop Monitor Screen, Dual-Side Sliding, USB A/Type-C Plug and Play Monitor for 13”-17” Laptops(1x 14.1 Monitor)

I'm already using 3 monitors for my desktop setup. But, I don't have an external webcam. Never thought I needed one. I might get one if I'm going to do streaming. When I'm using my laptop, I kinda miss how I can multi-task on separate monitors.

That's when I realized how useful the portable monitor is. I actually bought my first portable monitor for my Samsung S10+. The Samsung Dex with using the Dex pad or just a USB C cable to turn your mobile phone into a computer.

Portable Monitor - Lepow 15.6 Inch Computer Display 1920×1080 Full HD IPS Screen USB C Gaming Monitor with Type-C Mini HDMI for Laptop PC MAC Phone Xbox PS4, Include Smart Cover & Screen Protector

What I like about using the portable monitor is that you can use a USB cable to power it. You can plug it into your laptop or computer USB port. It also doesn't use a lot of power. But, it's better to get one that uses a USB C cable instead of the mini USB.

My latest portable monitor uses a USB C to connect to power and it has no problem starting up. While the other one that uses the mini USB cable is very sensitive and turns on and off by itself pretty often. That's why I'm advocating that every device should be standardized to use the USB C. It's more stable.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo Gaming Laptop, 15.6" UHD 4K Gsync + Secondary Display, Core i9-10980HK, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super, 32GB DDR4, 2TB RAID 0, Thunderbolt 3, Wi-Fi 6, Win10 Pro, GX550LXS-XS99

I really like to try the Asus Duo gaming laptop. Not just because there's the latest one with RTX 30 series graphic cards but to check out the second monitor. If you're a multi-tasker, a second monitor is pretty useful. It definitely, be useful for streaming since you'll have a 2nd monitor for control or chat.

Again, they need to include a webcam. Streaming, especially on the go is pretty useful. That is if you can find a good wifi connection of course. You also don't want to have to add more accessories to your already heavy laptop.

I also like to connect my mobile phone to my laptop and desktop and it's useful to have them on separate windows. So, I can do my stuff on the main screen while at the bottom, I can reply to my Whatsapp or check out FB and Twitter notifications. Pretty nifty!

MICROSOFT YOUR PHONE APP VS SAMSUNG DEX - GRID AUTOSPORT MOBILE GAMEPLAY

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 128 GB | US Version Smartphone | Pro-Grade Camera, 30X Space Zoom, Night Mode | Cloud Lavender

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Nowadays, you can link your phone to your computer and easily access your files and data. You can transfer or saved pictures from your phone gallery straight to your pc. All this done wirelessly via Microsoft Your Phone App or if you have a Samsung phone that supports Samsung Dex (Samsung site) via USB C connection.

Microsoft Your Phone App is pretty nifty. I like that you can connect to your PC wirelessly and receive notifications. I can just leave my phone aside and since like right now, I'm using my computer, I can check emails and messages on it. I can even delete, clear, or reply to messages immediately.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 128 GB | US Version Smartphone | Pro-Grade Camera, 30X Space Zoom, Night Mode | Cloud Lavender

Samsung Dex is basically the same thing. Only that, to me, it's got a better user interface. It's like you're using a desktop or laptop computer. One thing is that it's only available on top-of-the-line Samsung phone. You can easily connect with a USB C to A or C to HDMI or HDMI to HDMI.

If you're thinking of getting a Samsung Dex adapter, get a Dex Pad. For one thing, it has a fan. Your phone will definitely get hot. It also has USB A, C, and HDMI ports. Connect your mouse, keyboard, and direct to a portable monitor or Tv. You'll also be charging your phone at the same time.

SAMSUNG 32-Inch G5 Odyssey Gaming Monitor with 1000R Curved Screen, 144Hz, 1ms, FreeSync Premium, QHD (LC32G55TQWNXZA), Black

Smartphones today are pretty advance. You don't even need a computer or laptop anymore. You can use it for work and for play. It started decades ago when I begin to see people walking around or on the bus glued to their phones watching 'Tv shows'. I always thought they were lonely kind of people.

When Steve Jobs introduced the first-gen iPhone, new smartphones started to arrive. I was one of those few people that use the iPhone in public. And then it got popular and now everyone has one. Kinda ironic that now, I prefer using an android phone.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G | Factory Unlocked Android Cell Phone | 256GB Storage | US Version Smartphone Tablet | 2-in-1 Refined Design, Flex Mode | Mystic Bronze

I'm hoping to get the new Samsung Z Fold 2. I love the idea of opening it half-way and using it as a laptop. If you open it all the way, it'll turn into a tablet. A bigger better view for checking emails, or watching youtube videos. Super cool!

Of course, if you want a bigger screen than that, now you can easily link to an external monitor or TV. That's where Microsoft Your Phone App and Samsung Dex comes in. Choose your poisons. If you have a Samsung phone that supports Samsung Dex, great. If not any android phone can be used with Your Phone app.

Xbox Wireless Controller – Night-Ops Camo Special Edition

I decided to do the Grid Autosport for android phone gameplay just to show you guys how enjoyable it is to be able to play graphic intensive games on your mobile phone. You can use Your Phone App or Samsung Dex. But, it seems Samsung Dex via a USB C connection to my pc plays it better.

If you have watched my Grid Autosport gameplay above, you'll see that the game stutters badly when I'm using the Your Phone app wirelessly. Could be my wifi isn't that good enough. But, when I link to my pc via a USB C cable, it plays much better via Samsung Dex.

HAVIT Mechanical Keyboard Mouse Headset Kit, Blue Switch Keyboards, Gaming Mouse & RGB Headphones for Laptop Computer PC Games

In the last part of my video, I played the game directly on my phone and it plays as smooth as butter. I can play it on the phone without linking to any external monitor or I can get a portable monitor and play on a bigger screen anytime, and anywhere.

Do a search on my blog and you'll see more mobile phone gameplay. I even did a post on turning your phone into a gaming console. I also mostly complain (in my blog) about the 99% type of crap games that's available for mobile gaming. Especially those that don't have controller or mouse and keyboard support.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Gray

Grid Autosport is the only real triple-A kind of racing game that's available on the android platform. I can play it with an Xbox controller or even with a mouse and keyboard. It's like playing on a pc or gaming console. That's the kind of game that I want!

The fact that I can play Crysis Remastered on my Nintendo Switch lite, makes me believe it can also be available on the mobile phone. Right now, I wish my Switch lite can do things a smartphone can do. Like browsing the internet, social media, checking emails, etc. But, it can't.

On the other hand, I'm wishing that my smartphone have games like the ones available on the Nintendo Switch. The good thing is that I have both of them. But, my dream is that one day, I'll only need one of them to do everything that I want. Will my wish comes true one day?

Laptop Docking Station

Docking Station, OKX Upgraded 16 in 1 Quadruple Display USB C Docking for USB-C Laptops, 65W Charging for Laptop, Dual 4K HDMI, VGA, 1Gbps Ethernet, 5Gbps USB-C 3.0, SD/TF, USB-C Gen2, 3.5mm Audio&Mic

Hey guys,

Check it out!

If you're using your laptop as your main computer at home, you might want to get yourself a laptop docking station. I check around and there are a few that I like, with the price and design. Laptop docking stations aren't like the old days where it's bulky, heavy, and ugly!

I said yesterday in my post that it'll be great if there's a docking station that also comes with a cooling pad. Can't find any. Although, a lot of the cooling pads do come with USB ports. My cooling pad USB cable allows me to plug into my laptop and also my mouse on its USB head. Pretty nifty.

Docking Station, OKX Upgraded 16 in 1 Quadruple Display USB C Docking for USB-C Laptops, 65W Charging for Laptop, Dual 4K HDMI, VGA, 1Gbps Ethernet, 5Gbps USB-C 3.0, SD/TF, USB-C Gen2, 3.5mm Audio&Mic

I like how portable the laptop docking station is nowadays. You can just bring it along with your laptop to work or when you travel. Laptops nowadays are getting slimmer and lighter. They do still have the standard port but if you need the expansion the docking station will definitely be handy.

Currently, you can get the latest laptop docking station with a USB C cable connector. My HP 15s laptop has one USB C port, so, if I want to, I can get that. With just one connection, I can easily connect to several separate devices. Definitely, useful.

Check out more of the available laptop docking station below: *All links open up in the new tab.

USB C Laptop Docking Station, Baseus Triple Display Type C Dock Station Adapter with 2 HDMI, VGA, PD 3.0 Type C Port, SD TF Card Reader,4 USB Ports Compatible for MacBook, Other USB C Laptop

Look how sleek, slim, and light the lapdock docking station are above. I will associate that change of product design thinking to Steve Jobs. I read an article about how he's into industrial design and probably why he wanted Jony Ive working for him.

I'm using a cooling pad that also allows me to connect to the same port from its USB connector.

In any case, If ever, my pc crashed and I can't use it, I'll already have everything set up and all I have to do is a link to my laptop. It's always good to have a backup pc or laptop. Coincidently, I used to help speakers on events with their laptop setup, and having a second laptop is really useful.

Lucky for them, they always come an hour or two earlier and the adapter sometimes doesn't work. If they had a good portable laptop docking station, it'll definitely make it easier to connect. Although, if the problem is with your laptop, that's why a second laptop is useful.

In short, get a good laptop docking station for easy connection to devices!
