Just got me a mountain bike handlebar aka front bag, camera bag, sling bag for my bikepacking adventure. Well, not really going camping but cycling to nature parks around the country. I didn't want to bring another backpack as I'm already carrying my water bag.

I also already have a rear bag. Which can carry more stuff too. Pretty useful since sometimes, it can fit in my lunch. I bring a big water bottle in my small cycling bag. I love cycling to work, even though it's just a short trip. Cut my time to 7-10 mins.

My main reason to cycle to work and go on a cycling adventure is to lose weight. Especially, my big tummy. I have bad knees and a slipped disc. Cycling is a low-impact exercise for the whole body. I've already lost around 7kg from 75 to 67kg.

I think it takes me around 2 weeks to lose a kg. Dieting also helps. I try to eat less of everything. I only cycle a total of 15-20 mins every day with going up a little slope before reaching my workplace. Not much but I call that slope my "slope of hell'.

I'm working and only recently started cycling to parks that are around 20-40km away. The other day, my phone data didn't work halfway returning home and I got lost in an industrial park area. I used my directional instincts and read the road signs that were obscure.

I didn't think to restart my phone and only thought about it when I reached home. I guess when you're lost and almost on the brink of giving up, you forget what to do. That'll teach me. That's why I kinda like going out and not just sitting in front of my computer the whole day.

On my next bikepacking trip adventure, I'm bringing along my Nikon P950 camera. Since I'm not bringing my camera backpack, I can use my front handlebar bag to just bring the camera and two batteries along. The bag isn't that big and fits the camera nicely.

The reason I don't just bring my camera backpack is as I've said, I'm already carrying my water backpack and also, I'll be sweating a lot and I don't want to dirty it. The good thing is that the handlebar bag is also a sling bag and the back has a hard holder.

I'm thinking of getting the Insta360 ONE R 1-inch edition action camera. Because it has a 1-inch sensor and is also great for the low light setting. Well, that's what it says in the promotion. It'll be great to take videos and pictures while I'm cycling.

I might still bring along my Nikon P950 as it has the 83x optical zoom. Sometimes when I use my phone to take pictures, I always regret that I can't use the P950 zooming abilities. It's really cool to take a close-up of faraway subjects like a boat, birds, trees, etc.

On one of my trips to a small park, I took picture of an old tree. It's only after I took a closer look at the picture later that I realize there's actually a beautiful red feathers bird sitting on top of it. No wonder, I saw there were guys with their camera gears waiting around. Lol.

I already have a camo backpack that I put my lunch and water bottle. But, I want to carry my phone and wallet for quick access. So, I bought myself a waist-handphone sling canvas pouch. I cross-sling the pouch to my chest while cycling to work.

My nephew actually bought one a couple months back and I thought I'll get the same design. It's not too big or too small. Just nice to fit in my Samsung Note 10+, wallet, and keys. I've already been using it for a week and am loving it.

I got the black charcoal color and my nephew actually likes it. He actually wanted the color as he'll be able to use it when he was with the police force. I thought he wanted the green army, which I'll normally choose for myself.

I can also carry the pouch on my waist if I wanted to. When I was younger, I love using pouches and carry them on my waist but, nowadays, I prefer cross sling. I'll feel like I'm back in the 80s and 90s if I'm going to carry it around on my waist.

This type of cross-sling pouches design is pretty new. Okay, they've been around for a couple of years. But, it's only used by mainly the youth today. I certainly, wasn't interested in carrying a cross-sling pouch before I got myself a cross-shoulders sling bag.

I even thought it's a weird bag design. Why would people want to carry a cross-shoulder sling bag? I have a slipped disc, so the messenger bag is actually bad for my back. That's why my favorite go-to bag is the backpack.

I'm actually, kinda looking for a pouch. But, a little bigger and slimmer. The video I make of the men's waist multipurpose nylon pouch (green) belongs to my nephew. He wanted to use it for his handphones and other loose items he carries around traveling to and fro to work.

My nephew now is doing his 2-year service with the police. My other nephew is also doing his national service but in the military. I did my service in the military too. It was supposed to be 2 years full-time and another 10 years or so but it was cut to only 7. Lucky me. :p

I think, like other young boys, we were always attracted to the military. Watching military movie or show. Playing army and enemy with our friends. Now, I think about it, might be the government (military) propaganda so that we'll be interested to join and go to war to fight over nothing.

Anyway, that's probably why we like all these military design accessories. Although, there are some things that I wish could have been available during my time. Like the G-Shock Rangeman GW-9400. Yeah, I have it now, but it doesn't exist back then.

I'm glad, I'm done and over with the Army. But, like I said, nowadays there are many cool accessories and military-esque designs that we civilians can use for our everyday life. I've bought a camo and black ops tactical sling bag that I used for my gaming and electronic devices.

I'm surprised that Apple not in the backpack market. Their brand is pretty popular. I'm pretty sure, there's a market for that. Those that use Apple laptops, iPads, iPhones, and even iWatch. They can make one that charges your electronic devices while they're in your bag.

In any case, I'm always on the lookout for nice design bags and pouches.

I finally found and bought a military tactical sling bag that basically ticks all my checkboxes. I'm basically looking for a crossbody shoulder bag that could carry my Nintendo Switch lite and the accessories.

The big problem is my Razer Kraken gaming headset. It's freaking hogging all the space in most of my sling bag. Some of the bags I bought are too slim and a tight fit. So the only way is to just bring earphones. I don't like using them. They hurt my ears when long usage.

I don't care what kind of earphones in the market right now, but I hate wearing them. And, I don't like poking them into my ears. My preferred listening device is an over-ear headphone. Since I got my Razer Kraken headphone, that's the only one I use when gaming.

I have bought and tried several single shoulder strap bag and this tactical bag is the best. It has 3 pockets outside that I can actually put in my external controller and even the whole of my Switch lite case. That's how big it is.

Of course, I don't usually bring my keyboard along, if I'm just going out for a while. I'm just testing out, how much stuff I can actually carry with me with just the sling backpack. And this bag has proven to be much better than others that I have bought.

I might be biased as I'm ex-military but I like the design of the sling bag too. I like how wide the strap is. And, they also include an extra sling if I want to change sides from right to left. Would be cool if they include free carabiners but you can use them to hook to the various straps.

There are various colors available but I chose black. It kinda looks nicer and a little stealth. Oh, there's also a handle at the top for quick carry on the go. If you have an insignia, you can patch it too. I tried putting my old name tag but the velcro is on the wrong side.

I've been checking out some sling bag and I found one from Armaggeddon. Well, I was actually looking for a gaming keyboard case or bag. This sling bag has a compartment for them. Also, the inside is big enough for my Razer headset. Which does take a lot of space?

I really like the design of the bag. There are two pockets in front for some loose items. I can actually fit in my Nintendo Switch lite with the case into the bottom pocket. Will be pretty useful for fast access to my Switch lite.

If you're the type who brings along your own gaming keyboard to friend place for multi-player session, there's a compartment for it at the back. Pretty large for a normal size gaming keyboard. Although, nowadays, with the 61% gaming keyboard available. Which is much lighter and portable.

In the video, I actually tried putting in my Razer headset, 61% gaming keyboard, my switch lite and they all fit nicely in the main compartment. The back compartment could be used for my tripod if ever I'm bringing it along.

I forgot to try putting in my external controller for the switch. It'll fit too. But, I need to organize everything. Once, you have the system, they'll all fit nicely inside your bag. This is a cross sling backpack. So, it'll look a little bulky.

For me, if you're going to be bringing along and carrying much stuff, get a gaming backpack. A cross sling bag is normally for light items. If I'm just going out with family, I'll probably just bring along my Nintendo Switch lite and other loose items on my other smaller cross sling bag.

My Razer headset can normally fit in a cross sling bag. But, together with my Switch lite case, it'll be a tight fit. I'm actually surprised by how big the Razer headset is. So big, I'll prefer just bringing along my earpiece. But, I don't really like them because it hurts my ear-lobes when long usage.

I prefer my over-ears Razer headset which is much more comfortable. If I'm going for a long drive or holiday, I'll prefer my Razer headset than an earpiece. Yeah, first-world problem. That's why the Armaggeddon big space bag is pretty useful.

One thing for sure, if you want to get a bag, get one that you know will be either big enough for all your gaming accessories or another bag when you only need a few items to bring along. I'm actually waiting for another crossbody sling tactical bag that I ordered.
