Mini Portable Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

ANNE PRO 2, 60% Wired/Wireless Mechanical Keyboard (Gateron Brown Switch/White Case) - Full Keys Programmable - True RGB Backlit - Tap Arrow Keys - Double Shot PBT Keycaps - NKRO - 1900mAh Battery

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I've been looking for a portable, mini mechanical keyboard to be used with my Nintendo Switch lite. No, it's not for gaming but for learning coding games with SmileBASIC 4 and FUZE 4. I wanted something small and light so that I can easily bring it along when I'm traveling.

I didn't realize how many there are in the market right now. They look really small and compact compare to my Razer Tournament keyboard. Even though, it's a version without the numbers keypad. I really like some of the designs available.

I'm a little apprehensive about the keys setup though. I wonder if it's suitable for coding. Especially, when used with the smilebasic or fuze. There are many shortcuts keys when coding within the software and I'll basically have to relearn how to use the keyboard.

One good thing about smilebasic and fuze is that I can remap the buttons according to my preferences. So, I guess that might solved the problem. I'm trying to set up my switch lite to be like a desktop, with proper keyboard and mouse.

It is really fun to be able to code on the go and you can type the code with the on-screen keyboard and also use the control. You can even remap the controller buttons. But, coding needs lots of typing and it's way much better to type on a real, physical keyboard.

That's why I'm thinking of getting a keyboard specifically to be used with my switch lite. What's better than to type on a mechanical keyboard? This mini keyboard comes in various designs and specifications. There are some that I really like.

Take a look at some of them below!

There are definitely many more available and it all depends on your budgets and preferences. Remember, these kinds of keyboards need a lot of shortcuts keys function. So, everything would have to be done double-step.

I guess, the more you use, the more you'll get used to it. And, it could even make your work faster with less space needed. I'm definitely looking forward to getting one myself. Would be fun to use it with my switch lite and start creating my own game!

What you guys think?
