How bout playing Nintendo new mobile game, Dr. Mario World on a portable monitor with a dex pad. Samsung dex will turn your phone into a pc with simple user interface. You can even play some games with a mouse and keyboard.

I really like the new Note 10+ capability. Especially, when you can access your phone data through samsung dex on your windows laptop. This is really cool. Although, I prefer having a lapdock. Most of us already have a laptop. So, at least we'll have best of both worlds.

I wish Samsung will allow S10+ to have that same capability. I have a low end laptop. Being able to access my android phone on it will be useful. I'll be able to use my phone like a laptop. It'll be much better to view pictures, send email or play latest android games. Cool!

I'm wondering why Samsung aren't expanding on this. They already have their own galaxy store. But, most of the games on it don't have controller or mouse and keyboard support. Since, we're on Samsung dex won't it be obvious that we'll want to play games with accessories? like duh!?

Too much emphasis on touch control. Well, ok. Some games are fun when using the touch control. Especially, when you're on the go or want some quick fun while waiting in line. But, why not go beyond? Especially, when you're relax at home and want to play a 'real game' with your favorite controller.

For one thing, there aren't any 'real game' for the mobile phone. There are only games that want you to pay to upgrade 'stuff'. And, you have to be always online to play. Damn it. Mobile data are pretty expensive. Most of the time, you can't get connected to a wifi if you're outside the house.

I hope pc game dev will try to get their game played on a mobile phone using the capabilities of Samsung dex. I know, the phone screen are too small but with samsung dex, you can play it on any monitor.

People using samsung dex already have a mouse and keyboard connected to their phone. They will definitely be looking for games that have those accessories support. Game like Albion online is already available right now. It's an online rpg game you can play on your phone!

Nintendo, new Mario Kart Tour game for android phone are out now. You can download the game from the Google play store. It's a pretty cool game. With easy touch screen control. All you have to do is slide to the right or left. If you want to drift, just slide and hold.

You can only play it vertically. Maybe, it's meant to be played with just one hand. But, I find it difficult to play that way. That's why in the video, I'm using two thumbs. As always, I very much prefer to play with a controller. It's the same as Super Mario Run. No controller support!

Well, if you really want to play Mario Kart with a controller, you'll have to go retro. Only, the new game has better graphics and tracks. I like the modern and new look of the game. But, if they're selling a new Mario kart game for the switch, I'll definitely get it.

By the way, I'm playing the game on my S10+. Great phone for gaming!

I don't generally like touch screen control games. But, not all of them are bad I guess. You should download and try out Brutal Street 2. Stylish design game with simple touch control. You can upgrade your characters looks, power, and weapons with every fight.

I'm still learning how to play the game. If you watch my video, I didn't realize I should select each character and use their extra abilities during the fight. One thing, I don't like if you use touch control is that your fingers are all over the screen. Blocking the view.

A couple of time, while I was trying to select the lady character to make her moves, I accidentally close the game. That's part of the irritating thing about playing with touch control. In other games, I will tap and tap and wondering why nothing happens only to realize I was tapping at the wrong place.

I get it, that not everyone wants to buy a controller to play a mobile game. But, there are gamers like me who do. That's why I bought the ipega red knight 9087s retractable controller. Specifically, to play mobile games that have controller support.

Heck, I also like to play some games with my special edition Gears of War 4 Xbox one s controller. Which is pretty cool. Coming from a console gamer, of course, we very much prefer to play games with a real controller. But, I also frequently saw during travels people playing touch screen games on their mobile.

So I get it. My solution would be, to provide both types of controls for the game. You'll make both parties very happy. Instead, of reading complains and feedbacks about the lack of better controls for your games. I'm not sure why dev is so inclined to create games without controller support. In the earlier days, you would understand but it's 2019. There are tons of mobile controller available in the market right now.

I've read feedbacks on Google play store how some gamers would delete a game once they found out it doesn't have controller support. Another thing is, of course, the pay to play concept. There aren't many good full games selling right now. There are players though who still play and even willing to pay. Brutal Street 2 is a pay to play game too. A pity.

I would pay for a full Brutal Street 2 game with controller support. I don't think, they're gonna make it. Simply because the pay to play concept is making the dev good money. The gamers are the one that supports such concept. If it doesn't work, the concept would have been long gone!

I found another game that works with the iPega Red Knight 9087s retractable controller. Granted, it's not a new game and you've probably played it. But, this game works great with a controller. And, of course, you can replay it again and again. I think, you can pay for a full version. I'm definitely getting it.

There's another game by the same company pixelbite called xenowerk. It also works with the 9087s controller. Both of these game is kinda the same. But, definitely lots of fun. The controller work right out the bat without any buttons remapping.

I like how you can hide behind a box or barrier and shoots at your enemies. You can also use stealth to go behind and put them to sleep. You can get both of the games on Google play store. Play it with a controller for added fun!

If only, they have a first-person version of these games.

Like I've said before, there aren't many games on the google play store that's worth playing or with controller support. There are big companies like EA with games like FIFA Soccer and you can't play with a controller. For peep sake, there's been a couple of time in my frantic playing that I couldn't score because I was tapping at the wrong place!

I tried the game with the ipega controller and it didn't work. I tried all the modes and none of them works. Anyway, from the reviews that I've read, the game sucks. It's not like the FIFA soccer we've played decades ago. So, good riddance, I've deleted it. I deleted all games that don't have controller support. And, worse when you need the internet to play.

The game industry is not like it used to be. Now, they're even promoting game streaming via clouds. Of course, you'll have to pay monthly to play. And, you definitely need good bandwidth. If not, just stick with retro gaming. That's what most gamers are doing anyway. Thank goodness, my ipega controller works with Retroarch.

By the way, also check out glap dual shock wireless controller that will fit with your Samsung Note 10+ 6.8 inches size. I'm thinking of getting the Note 10+ but apparently, the ipega 9087s only fit phones that's 6.2 inches and below. Kinda a bummer. Well, hope ipega will create a larger version of the 9087s.

You can play Alien Shooter 2 The Legend with iPega Red Knight 9087s retractable controller too. First off, you need to press HOME + X for mode 3. You'll then be able to control the menu albeit slow and play the game.

You can use the left joystick to move around while the right joystick to aim and fire. I'll rather use the right trigger to fire but, you can't change the setting. Other than that, you can use the buttons B or A to select. I can't remember if I've ever played the game on Pc but for a port, it looks and plays well.

Now, if only more oldies shooter games like these are made available for the phone. How bout Left for dead? I'm pretty sure, the phone today be able to take it. Nowadays, we don't have to worry about touch control. Since there are tons of mobile controller out there!

Mobile games are evolving, but they're not moving the right way. It's sub-par and not really console or pc standard. It's just dev on a quick buck. Well, they're thinking of playing games from the cloud with subscriptions. Yup, another damn subscription to pay every month.

That's why I almost never play mobile games. Lucky for me, I have the Nintendo Switch and tons of great games are available for it. Full console-level game. And, you can either play it on your big screen Tv or on the go. With the ipega controller, my phone actually can become like the switch.

The only problem? Games! We need more good android games!

The Samsung phone like my S10 plus have Samsung dex. And, with the dex pad, I can turn it into a computer. Which in turns mean, I can play games like I'm playing on a computer. But, currently, there are not many games optimizes for the dex. Which is a bummer?

You can definitely do more with a phone nowadays. Use it as a phone, your daily communications device. In the office, you can dock it to the dex pad and use it as a computer. On your way home, or during breaks, put it on the iPega and play games like the switch. Voila!

I love playing a basketball game and my favorite team is always Chicago Bulls. Okay, the only reason I support the team is that they were champion back then with Michael Jordan. Who could forget the best team in the NBA!

Frankly, I don't know much about basketball beside that. I don't play it in real life. But, I like playing the game just as I like playing FIFA soccer. I decided to try if the ipega 9087s will work with NBA 2K Mobile. It does!

You need to press HOME + A for mode 1 to be able to use the controller. Make sure, the phone camera is on the top left or you'll find the controller working weird. You can't go through the menu using the controller though. Other then that, you'll learn which buttons are for which.

In all, I really like the game. I don't really care which players are inside my team. I wanted to play the latest NBA 2k20 mobile but I'll have to pay. And, I think the controller will work. I saw video gameplay of it with the ipega controller. Only that, I don't like having to pay to play!

I'm not sure what's going on with the game dev today. Why can't it be like the old days where you got what you pay for. Now, you'll have to pay to get the game and then keep paying to play. What the hell?

The worst part is that there are gamers out there that support such games. They're willing to pay to play. Hundreds if not thousands of $$ have been paid to get gems or whatever. I worry about the game industry.

Another game that works with ipega red knight 9087s retractable controller is Gangstar Vegas: World of Crime. The game might be 'old'  but, it really plays great with a controller. I have spent almost a week with the controller and it's really that good. Only that, there are not many good games with controller support available.

Granted, it's not like your ps4 or Xbox one s controller. But, it's cheap and it's light. Put it inside your bag and pull it out when you want to play your favorite iPhone or android games. It doesn't have rumble though. And, you can't charge your phone at the same time while you're playing. Maybe, in a future iteration?

When you insert your phone on the controller, it really looks like a Nintendo switch. When I'm at home, I just leave my phone on the controller. You can navigate your phone menu with the controller too. But, you need to set it to mode 3 by pressing HOME + X button. It's nice to hold so watching youtube or listening to music isn't that bad.

You'll need to take your phone off the controller if you need to charge it. But, you can still play the game with the controller. So, it's just like the switch joy-con. Once, your phone battery is full, you can put it on again. Pretty cool. Connect your phone to a portable monitor or Tv and use the same controller to play. Just like a Nintendo switch!

My only griped is that there aren't many good games available that have controller support. Many FPS or RPG games mostly used touch screen control. Which isn't that bad but for us gamers that prefer to play with a controller it's pretty irritating. It took me days just to sift through the rubbish to find one or two games. Even then, it's free to play and not a full game.

Gone are the days, where game developers would ramp up their promoting or show a demo of the gameplay. People would queue up overnight just to get the games. They'll play the game all the way till the end and replay again if it's that good. They'll then talk about it with friends or even strangers that had played the game.

I don't feel or hear that buzz any more. All I hear are gamers moaning about the death of gaming as it used to be and the take over of the mobile genre with pay to play or see ads to play ad nausea. Remember what blizzard did to their diablo mobile? Well, if blizzard had thought of diablo 4 and at the same time a mobile version, that might have not stoked the gamers community anger.

I'm still waiting for a real pc or console-level games capabilities on my mobile phone. Doesn't seem to be any so far. Even when there are so many controllers available for the phone right now? I mean, if you want to make a game with touch control, that's fine. At least, make controller support available right out the bat without waiting for gamers feedback!
