It's a nice Saturday. So I decided to re-make a video of me playing PUBG mobile game on my Samsung S10+ using iPega 9087s retractable controller. It's just something fun to do, also in reference to the John Wick movie where he's known to be able to kill with just a pencil.
I haven't yet seen the latest John Wick 3 movie PARABELLUM. I'm saving it for some other day. Anyway, I've seen the trailer where he fought with 2 Indonesian silat masters, Yayan and Cecep. I wasn't exactly impressed with those clips.
The fighting scene between the two 'ninjas' totally looks awkward to me. I might be wrong and could change my mind if I've watched the full movie. I had to return to watching the two original movies, The Raid I and II that both of them were in to remind me how good they were.
Samsung just announced its new S20 series android phone. With a better camera that can zoom 100X, 5G, IoT, more rams and a better processor. It's basically a more advanced mobile computer that can fit right in your pocket.
I'm actually still loving my Samsung Note 10+. Although, it's kinda under-used. I had actually sold my S10+ to get it. I wanted to try out the new S Pen. Which you can use for taking a selfie, gesture control and importantly used as a pen to play coloring game for adults.
The S10 is pretty popular. It's cheaper, a bit smaller and still have the headphones jack. One of my youtube visitors commented that he prefers buying the Note 9+ instead of the Note 10+ because it still has the phone jack.
Frankly, I'm not sure why people still want a phone with a jack. I bought the Sennheiser wireless headphones HD 4.50 and am still loving it. It does come with a cable too. So, I can use it with other devices without connecting via Bluetooth if I want to.
When I got my Note 10+ it also comes with the Galaxy Buds as a free gift. I don't really like having to stick my ears with the earbuds. But, after using it to and fro to work. It's so easy to connect and being small makes it easier to bring along.
I'm pretty sure the new Galaxy Buds + is going to be awesome. With 2 speakers, one for high notes and others for bass. Making calls on it will also be much clearer. All done with a simple tap on the earbud. I think wireless headphones technology has matured. That's why to me, having a jack is so yesterday. Don't get me wrong, I still use my old earpiece once in awhile.
The good news is, if you're on a budget and not into getting the latest new phones every time it comes out, you might want to check out the latest Samsung S10 series offer with great deals. In fact, by the time, I recommended my mom to get the Note 10+, the price has actually come down.
There are actually other cheaper Samsung phones with a price lower than $200. If you're looking for that kind of price range, you can go here to check it out. Get it for the kids or as a cheaper second phone.
The mobile phone today is so advance, sometimes I feel it's too advance. Especially, for people that don't really care except for using it for mundane things like playing mobile games, watching youtube and doing video calls.
One of the reasons, my mom got herself the Note 10+ besides being recommended by me is that she wanted something similar as her old Note 3. I wanted her to get this for future-proof. I'm pretty sure she'll be using the phone for another 10 years.
I'm interested in testing out the S20 Ultra camera. I wonder if you can take a picture or video of the moon with 100x zoom capabilities. I was hoping they will show it in the demo. It's still impressive though. Being able to zoom in on your subjects that far.
I still haven't got my hands on the Nikon Coolpix P1000. I want to use it to take pictures or video of the moon with it. I sometimes got a great view of it from my kitchen. It'll be great for moon-watching at night.
The reality of mobile computing is becoming true. Console-like gaming, watching the latest movies, taking pictures and editing video on your phone. Doing video calls with your family or colleagues. Having a presentation done with the help of Samsung Dex on a bigger screen and so much more!
One day, you might just need your phone to connect and do everything. Well, in the future, you might not even need your phone as everything is implanted and connected to your brain. Now, that's what I call advanced technology!
What you guys think?

I've always liked and used Apple iPhone. But, recently I've decided to switch to Samsung S10+. Yesterday, I've upgraded and got myself the Note 10+ Aura Glow. The phone is beautiful, stable and got the Harman Kardon Citation One smart speaker as a free gift.
But, why did I switch? No, I'm not talking about the Nintendo Switch. I switched to using an android phone, specifically the Samsung Galaxy S is because I can connect it to a portable monitor and turn it into a pc with the Samsung Dex user interface.
All I need is the Dex pad. But, guess what? Since I've upgraded to a Note 10+, now I can connect to any laptop or pc and use my phone as a pc. I don't need a lap dock anymore. Although, you'll actually have to own a laptop or pc in the first place.
Now, I can even easily connect my phone to the pc wirelessly with Microsoft Your Phone companion app. I can do all the usual stuff like WhatsApp, phone message, share photos and much more. This is way cool and part of the reason why I prefer the Note 10+ over the iPhone.
One thing I really hate is the iPhone notch. It's so glaring and in your face. That's why I decided to get the Razer phone and then went on to the S10+. I do like iOS. I just dislike the same design of the iPhone. It's been a couple of years since they change the design.
Samsung though is walking on thin ice. The Linux on Dex team just emailed us yesterday that they're not working on the Linux on Dex beta anymore. In fact, if you've updated your phone to the latest android 10 beta it won't work anymore. Such a waste. I really like playing with Linux on my phone!
Of course, that's also part of the reason why I prefer the Samsung phone. I want Samsung to work on making the phone into an all-in-one mobile computing device. The mobile phone is always with us. We play games, check our emails, take photos and videos on it. We'll also even edit them on the phone. In fact, most of us spend more time on our phones then a pc.
Wouldn't it be cool to return home and just dock it and use it as a computer? You can even control everything in your house with your phone. Yeah, you can already do that now. But, it's not there yet. It's not too common enough. The mobile phone is already powerful enough. In fact, my Note 10+ has 256gb of storage space and 12gb of rams!
The only way Samsung is going to win the mobile phone war is to be unique and different from the iPhone. To offer more than the iPhone doesn't do or have. You can't dock your iPhone to a lapdock or access it on your computer. Okay, you can mirror it. But, not wirelessly like you can with the Note 10+. Samsung also has the Dex pad and Samsung Dex. Which is a great UI!
Get the Note 10+ and enjoy all those unique capabilities!
Fast-charging, long-lasting intelligent power and super speed processing outlast whatever you throw at Note 10+.
S pen’s newest Evolution gives you the power of air gestures, a remote shutter and playlist button, and handwriting-to-text, all in One Magic wand.
With a full set of Pro lenses, super-stabilization, live video bokeh, and precision audio recording, Note 10+ is a studio in your pocket.
Note 10’s nearly bezel-less Infinity display gives an immersive, cinematic quality to whatever you’re viewing.
Number of SIM - Dual-SIM; SIM size - Nano-SIM (4FF) ; SIM Slot Type - SIM 1 + Hybrid (SIM or MicroSD)
I haven't even talked about the Note 10+ S pen. Which is not just a pen that you can use to tap on the phone. But, to take photos, using gestures to control pictures or presentations. Heck, you can even play the latest Harry Potter game with it. This is definitely a business-class phone.
Well, of course for me, I concentrate mostly on the gaming side. And, with the latest glap game controller specially designed for the Note 10+. It will fit the Note 10+ nicely. But, I don't have it right now. It's a little expensive than my iPega 9087s. I'll do a video of it if they want to sponsor me. Hehe!

Finally! Got my very own Samsung Note 10+ Aura Glow. And, it's beautiful. I also got a free gift Harman Kardon Citation One Smart speaker. I'm actually setting it up right now with the Google Home app. Because I got this speaker, I decided to give away my Google Home Mini to my sis.
Well, I've finished setting up the Harmon Kardon citation one speaker and now listening to some 80s music oldies. Easy setup. Especially, since I already set up my voice on the home mini. It recognizes my voice and understands my command.
I don't have a good hearing, having a problem listening to my left ear. But, I can hear the bass really loud. The sound isn't that bad. I think you can Bluetooth your music so that you can hear it on the speaker (*update: yup. you can I just tried. it works!). I don't feel the need to as Spotify plays most of my favorite tunes.
Besides playing your favorite music, you can also ask it questions like what's the time, how's the weather or what day it is. It's really fun having a smart speaker that also answers your every whim. Buy two of this and you can set it up to the stereo sound. Cool!
I haven't dabbled on my Note 10+ yet. Been busy transferring data and setting it up from my S10+. Gonna sell it. I'll miss it as it's a great phone. Great for gaming and everyday usage. Been taking lots of food pictures and posting them on my Instagram. lol.
I also bought a Samsung dex pad and installed Linux on dex. Which by the way will no longer be supported. That's a bummer. The only reason I decided to ditch the iPhone is because of what the latest Samsung phone can do. Now, they stop that ability?
The good thing is that there's still Samsung dex. And, now they have worked with Microsoft so that we can access our phone with Microsoft Your Phone companion app. The only reason I bought the Note 10+ is that I'll be able to use Samsung dex on my laptop and pc. Way cool!
Definitely, one of the best android phone I've ever owned. Love the Aura glow design. And, it doesn't have the Apple stupid notch. I'll be testing more stuff on this phone. A mini-computer in the palm of your hand. It's also great for gaming too.
I'm looking for a nice coloring app. Since now I can use the S pen, I'll enjoy more instead of using my finger. It's also fun writing on the touch screen. Frankly, this is the first time I ever bought a Samsung note. So, there's a lot to catch up on.

Finally. I can access or mirror my S10+ on my pc. I've been wanting to do this since I discovered and started using Microsoft Your Phone companion app. Before that, you can only see pictures, messages and receive notifications.
My pc was supposed to have the latest Bluetooth if I want to use the mirror capability. I'm not sure if it's because I've just updated my insider's latest patch. I was going through my messages when I realized that suddenly there's a phone screen link on the app!
We’re pleased to announce that Link to Windows feature, which seamlessly connects your phone to your Windows 10 PC, is rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, S10 5G, and Fold devices in select global markets.
With Link to Windows natively integrated into your device, it’s simple and convenient to send messages, manage notifications, sync photos, and mirror your phone on your PC.
Phone screen on more devices.
Phone screen (w)hich allows you to access your Android phone’s apps right from your PC while using your keyboard and mouse or touch screen) is also rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, S10e, S10 5G, and Fold devices in select global markets. You can try out multi-touch gestures such as pinch to zoom, rotate, or swipe from your PC’s touchscreen while using the Phone screen. If you have one of these devices, give it a try. This is a gradual rollout, so stay tuned for more to come on additional markets and devices.)
I clicked it and it works. I'm also not sure if it only works with Samsung phone or with every android phone out there. You might want to try it out if you haven't. It's way cool. Also, my phone connected to my pc wirelessly. That meant no cable needed to connect!
This is not a Samsung dex. You don't even need a dex pad. It's just a mirroring capability with Microsoft Your Phone companion app. You can check out your Fb, WhatsApp, Instagram, and all other favorite apps.
You can definitely play your favorite android games too. Note that some games can't be accessed with your mouse and keyboard. I assumed though that you can play games using your xbox one s controller or any other android controller.
Get an s10+ phone. Definitely one of the best android phones!
Well, at least the phone is really getting integrated with your phone now. Okay, I know you can already mirror an iPhone or even a blackberry phone. I remember my q10 used to come bundled with a mini HDMI. To easily connect to a monitor or tv.
Now you can connect wirelessly. Super clean, smart and easy. Now, if only I can use Samsung dex UI. Maybe Linux on dex? Who knows what the future hold. What you think? Leave a comment below!
