My mom decided to get a new phone, so I recommended that she get the Samsung Note 10+. She chose Aura white instead of Aura glow. Which, is my favorite color. The phone is basically the same as her old Note 3. Yes, that's how long she had been using it.

She's still adjusting to using her new phone. Which is more powerful and faster. She'll be able to try out new phone tech and new games available on the Google play store. Now, she can easily take selfies with the latest S pen design.

She'll be able to take better quality pictures and videos. And, send it to her daughter via WhatsApp. She does video call a lot with my sis even more then I do. It's kinda funny. But, I remember posting about video call not being common enough.

Nowadays, I'm starting to see people doing video calls via Whatsapp. And, it's not just young people. It's older people like my mom. I guess people do take to it. Thanks to Whatsapp it's becoming a common sight. Part of the reason might also be because data is getting cheaper.

I remember teaching my family to use Skype for video calling. We used our computers to do it. Skype wasn't available for mobile yet. Now, years later everyone is using Whatsapp. It's a plus that the video quality is better now than before.

How technology has grown in just a decade!

As a Samsung Note 10+ user for over a month. This phone is definitely recommended by me. Heck, even my mom using it now. She might not be as excited as me but she'll be using this phone for a while yet. At least maybe for another decade or so?

Yes, for her this phone is more than powerful enough to be used as a daily driver. It's so for the most basic users. It's actually good enough for me too. Only, I like to test and see how far mobile technology can go. Especially, in mobile computing and gaming!

What does the future hold for the mobile industry? Can it be the gaming pc/laptop killer? Why would you need a pc, a mac or a gaming console if you can do it with just your mobile phone? The only technology that you would always bring along and need is your phone. Every music, pictures, videos, games and work data is inside it.

I've been searching for a keyboard case for my Samsung Note 10+ and there aren't seem to be any. Like, aren't there any companies out there thinking about building one? There used to be many types of keyboard cases for the android phone but they seem to vanished!?

Well, I did find one from Tech21, Evo Type phone case for the Note 10+. It uses NFC instead of Bluetooth to easily and quickly connect to your phone. There are no wires, no batteries or so whatever. Pretty nifty. And, it's also a case with a kickstand so you can use it as a laptop. Great for watching videos or movies.

I wish you can use it to type while on the go. If you're on a bus, a taxi or walking if you want to reply to a message quickly, it'll be flimsy. That's why you want a keyboard case, isn't it? To feel that tactile feedback and type more comfortably with a bigger view of the screen? I'll prefer a blackberry-ish keyboard for sure.

This keyboard case is more like a Microsoft Surface tablet. I guess it'll also protect your phone screen. Still, this is pretty close to what I've wanted. I can sit on my table at work and just type away messaging my friend, family or colleagues. I can even video chat since it's already on a kickstand.

I wonder if I can wirelessly charge my phone with the case on. If not, I won't be able to use it with my charging pad. Also, what if I want to connect the phone to the dex pad for desktop mode? It'll be troublesome for me to take it out every other time.

I love my Samsung Note 10+. It's the best android phone I've ever owned. Okay, I might be biased as the only other android phone recently I had was the Razer phone. My other favorite phone was the Blackberry and the iPhone.

I used to prefer the Apple iPhone because I can take videos and quickly edit it with iMovie. I don't like the latest iPhone designed and decided to get the latest Note 10+ with the Aura Glow. I love the S pen which you can use to take selfies and if you like drawing games, using the S pen is much more fun!

Anyway, Samsung just came out with a cool Note 10+ Star Wars Special Edition. And, if I hadn't already got myself the phone, I would have definitely got this. I'm a sucker for special edition products. I could have just sold my current phone and get this special edition, but I really like the Aura Glow too. First world problem!
