Well, I finally got my own folding exercise bench. And, I specifically bought one that also includes leg training. I don't really want big muscles. I just want to stay fit and at least have my six-packs back. Like when I used to have back then.

When I was in technical school, I used to go to the gym with my schoolmates. We'll come back to school at night to use the gym. The gym isn't officially open. My mate kinda got permission for us to use it. We even use a stick to open up the door. Lol.

One day, one of the school physical trainers heard us and check the gym. Luckily, he recognizes us and actually supports that we wanted to train up. Only that, to make sure we clean up the place after using it. A few months later, he even complimented that I have improved my physique.

Personally, I was actually training to prep for my military national service. One of the things that I have improved was my chin-up. I could only do 1 or 3. But after a few months, I could finally pass the basic 12 chin-up test. I was so ecstatic that day.

One thing, I didn't really train up was my running. But, I also have short breaths. And, I only learn or realized recently that my nose was broken. I always had breathing problems and my broken nose had actually blocked my breathing.

I still have a problem with my nose and it also causes my left ear to be blocked. This means I can only hear in my right ear. Oh, I also have a slipped disc and both bad knees. One of the reasons why I'm not interested in getting big.

Of course, I'm not getting any younger too. One good thing is nowadays I cycle to and fro from home to work. I save some travel fare money and also get a good sweaty workout. In fact, I've been steadily losing weight from around 75 to 71.3 kg.

My target is simple. To get below 70kg and maybe maintain my last good weight of 63-65kg. Also, to get back my six-packs. Sometimes, I like seeing older gents that are slim and still look healthy. When you ask about their age, they're actually already in their mid-70s.

I'm loving cycling especially when I'm actually starting to lose weight. Although, I need to do more than a total of 20 mins of cycling every day. My workplace isn't that far. Another reason I decided to cycle is because of my bad knees and cycling is light-impact.

I do feel pain in my left knee when starting. I've never gone to check it up. It's not the bone or I won't be able to walk. I do have trouble when going down the stairs. Doing weights and cycling is my plan for an all-around, well-being fitness regime.
