Hey guys,

So, I had a strange chat with someone online yesterday. I'm assuming that the person was a she and a student. I saw a group of student pic as her profile photo. Anyway, she was enquiring about the raspberry pi camera. Keep asking me to show her a pic of it.

I told her, that is the pic of the camera. Wondering, what the heck is she on. She wanted a full picture of it. So, I send her a picture of my picamera that's attached to my sts pi robot. She still wasn't satisfied and I ended up giving her a link to my demo video above.

Finally, she asked me, if the camera can be fixed on a phone. I started laughing out loud to myself. Obviously, she doesn't know what a picamera is. I promptly told her, that the camera is only used with a raspberry pi. And, she suddenly realized her mistake.

After apologizing for wasting my time, she disappeared into wherever realm she came from. This is part of the reason why I like to blog and promote raspberry pi. Not everyone is into learning about this latest product. Which are great for learning about robotics and programming.

Learning about electronics or coding are far from their mind. Unless, of course, they are taught in school. That's why I like the fact that a raspberry pi and even now the BBC micro: bit are doing their part to get kids into learning electronics and coding.
