I just bought the Nintendo Switch, a couple of weeks ago and been loving it. I'm currently playing Zelda, Breath of the wild and the graphics are really beautiful, sharp, and bright during gameplay. Awesome!

My only gripes?

As of right now, the switch doesn't have a youtube and browser apps for surfing. I wonder why. The switch is practically made for watching youtube and casual surfing or even checking Facebook?

I'm not sure what their reason is but youtube and a browser should be available right out the box. Most of us, usually watch youtube or browse the net before we sleep. And, I'm pretty sure, I'm not the only one who does that.

Currently, there doesn't seem to be any kind of software on sale on the eShop. I was hoping, I can download the youtube app there. Oh, by the way, up to date, I can't access the eShop in my region. I had to go to either Japan or the Americas. :p

I mean, if the Nintendo Switch going to be available for the Asia region, the eShop should also be available. Right? duh!

So, for the moment, I can only get games from my local gaming shop. And, they're pretty expensive. There are some cheap indie games I would like to try and buy. But, I can't because the local region eShop isn't available, yet.

I'm glad, I got the switch couple of months late. Or, I'll end up with just roaming around with Zelda. It freaking cost me around SGD$600+ (bundles) and I can't do anything else with it. I just saw an ad from a guy, on an online portal re-selling his Nintendo switch because he doesn't play much with it anymore.

I suspect, it's because the games are expensive, no eShop and of course, NO youtube!

Don't get me wrong. In spite of all that I've said, the switch is a sweet portable gaming console that you can practically bring along anywhere and play it anytime. And, great games are coming out...soon.

For now, I guess, I'll stick with playing Zelda and Mario Kart before the main game that I like are available.
