Steelseries nimbus iPad pro games controller unboxing and gear.club gameplay

SteelSeries Nimbus Wireless Gaming Controller for Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac

Hey guys,

I've just got the, Steelseries Nimbus, games controller for my ipad pro and it's awesome!

So far, I've only use it to play gear.club, Asphalt 9, WRC and Sega, Street of Rage. And, I can tell you, playing with a physical gamepad are much more fun than using the exasperating touch control. I'm pretty sure, most gamers would agree with me on that.

There are still games that I've been wanting to try, like the latest F1 2018 mobile, Tekken and some jrpg. Currently, you can't play F1 2018 mobile using an mfi controller but they're supposed to update the game. Can't wait to try it out!

Like, I've said before, devices like the latest ipad pro are already powerful enough to play console-like games. The fact, that triple A game developers are still not taking advantage of this are incredulous!

Older games like L4Dead, L4D2, Doom, Diablo or even starcraft should already be available for iOS devices by now. With quality mfi controller like the nimbus and GameSir M2, gaming on the go wouldn't be a nightmare anymore.

Indie game developers might want to take advantage of this. Before, the big guns realized their folly, they should develop games with mfi game controller capability right out of the box, in mind. We need more rpg, fps, fighting and racing games!

To think, I had to download the nimbus and some mfi controller apps to find games that's controller enabled?

Rubbish!

Although, there are current games that are still fun enough to play with a combination of menu touch and controller enabled. If you still haven't got an mfi game controller yet, than get yours via the links below!

I'm still hoping for more real console-like, controller enable games for my iPad pro. It's  a great alternative for pc and console gaming. I think, if all of us gamers keep pushing the game developers for it, they'll eventually get it.

Let's do it guys!

iPad Pro Asphalt 9 Legends awesome graphics gameplay!

Apple iPad Pro 10.5-inch (256GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 2017 Model

Hey guys,

I've been checking out some games to play on my iPad pro 10.5 inch and it's definitely fun. Especially, if it got fantastic graphics like the game in Asphalt 9: Legends. What it's really missing is a game controller.

Game developers seem to forget how being able to interact with games via game controller and being good at it are much better than using touch screens and let it play on auto. I mean, what's the fun in that?

Granted, it's all Apple's fault. Remember, when the first iPhone were showcased and they showed how playing games on the phone without a controller was supposed to be 'fun'?

I'm actually surprised why Apple haven't came out with any kind of game accessories for their iOS devices or Macbook. I mean, there are tons of games on their iTunes store for years now. People like to play games on their Macbook, iPhones, iPods and iPads!

It's not as if it's an underground thingy. For years, third party companies have decided to create their own version of game controller for playing games on iOS devices. The only problem are, iOS game developers keep designing game for touchscreen.

Case in point, Fortnite, Pubg and even my favorite Gears.club aren't gamepad compatible for iOS devices. Admittedly, you can't pair a ps4 or xbox one s controller with iOS using bluetooth. Which I can, easily with my Razer phone.

Although, someone did managed to code and play an rpg games on his iPad using a keyboard and a mouse. Which is pretty awesome. I get it that Apple not into producing gaming system. And, I've read somewhere how they failed at it the first time round.

Time are different now. Their macbook and iOS devices are good enough for console level gaming today. Their iTunes store are full of games and most importantly, people are loving their products. If only they open up their system for gaming, it will definitely improve on their bottom line!

Not that they needed it. They have become a trillion dollar company and have more money for researched and room to grow. All are not doom and gloom for us gamers though. As for now, we have company like SteelSeries coming out with the Nimbus for gaming with iOS devices.

Just like Sony playstation or microsoft Xbox with their game console and game controller, maybe, we'll get our own iOS game controller soon enough. Don't be afraid Apple to expand on the gaming platform!
