When I was in a technical school, I loved going to their gym with my friends. Actually, we weren't allowed to use the gym at night. But my school mate asked for permissions and we'll have the whole gym to ourselves. Awesome!
Not everyone knows we were using the gym after school hours though. One instructor was surprised when he saw us. But, he liked that we were into training. So, he didn't complain. Only that, we cleaned up after use.
The main reason, I was training was because, I'll be entering the military after I finished school, so I had to train up. I'm glad I did. I didn't have any physical problems during the basic military training accept maybe, I had trouble with running.
Anyway, one of our school physical instructors gathered us one day and told us, since, we don't have money to buy health supplements, we should eat whatever we can to bulk up. He also talked about how exercising and being physically trained is great for getting girls. Yup, he actually said that. lol
One thing though, If you're taking workout supplements, make sure you exercise. I had a friend who was very thin and then I met him again, and he was fat. I asked him what happened? He said, he took some supplements but didn't do any exercises. So, supplements do help only if you used it correctly!
