I was browsing through Amazon looking for any new accessories for my Nintendo Switch lite and I discovered this third party Nintendo Switch dock. One thing I really like is the fan. Which I realized is pretty important if you game for a long period of time.

The other day, I was making a video on gaming for a mobile phone. I wanted to show that you can play Grid Autosport(android) on a PC. I was only playing it for a while but suddenly, my phone pops up with a message that my phone was too hot and it'll automatically kill the game to cool it down.

When I play games on my Nintendo Switch lite, even just watching youtube videos, it does feel warms at the back. The good thing about my Samsung Note 10+ is that it's build-in with Device care. It probably monitored that my phone is getting too hot so it killed the game.

This is actually the first time it ever happens. Kinda weird as I've been gaming on my phone for almost a year plus without any problem. Anyway, I have a small USB Fan, so I use it to cool the phone down. I also use it to cool my Switch lite if I play with an external controller or now,  with mouse and keyboard.

Frankly, I don't know why Nintendo didn't design a better Nintendo Switch dock. It's all covered, front and back. Would appreciate it if there's a built-in fan too. Funny, you need a third-party company to think for their customer. 

I'm not sure if this featured Nintendo Switch dock with a cooling fan can fit the Switch lite. Even though my Switch lite can't link to a Tv but being able to charge and game at the same time will be cool. No pun intended. The dock comes with a cooling fan, get it? 

Of course, there are many types of designs of Nintendo Switch/lite dock. But, I'll advise you to get a dock with a fan. So that you can game without worrying your system getting overheat like my phone. Even then, there won't be any message popping up to tell you to stop playing!

Nowadays, I see a lot of alternatives to the Dex pad. It's a great way to turn your phone into a pc like the desktop. I've got guys asking me about it from my youtube channel. Some of them want to use their Samsung phone as their main computer.

Unlike mirroring, Samsung Dex is a lot easier to navigate as it replicates the windows environment. Also, there are already a lot of apps that take advantage of that. You can go to fullscreen and work with your documents as you would on a pc.

For me, being able to play a console-like game on a bigger screen Tv or portable monitor with the help of the dex pad is more interesting and fun. Furthermore, some of the games can be played with a mouse and keyboard. I even bought myself the Xbox one s camo controller for the better gaming experience.

There are many types and designs. I very much prefer that it comes with a stand so that I can easily access my phone when docking. If you want to video call, a stand would obviously be useful instead of laying it flat.

Another feature that I like is that, since I have a Nintendo Switch, it'll be useful if I can also use it to dock my switch and play my game on a bigger screen. In that way, I don't have to bring another extra item. Nowadays, there are many that offer those capabilities.

The latest Samsung phone S20 series is more powerful and probably on par with some laptops out there. Although nowadays, you can already use Samsung dex on a pc or laptop, you might not need them anymore. Unless, of course, you're into pc gaming.
