A week with my iPad 6th generation

Apple 9.7" iPad (6th Generation, 128GB, Wi-Fi Only, Space Grey)

Around this time last week, I received my iPad 6th gen. It had wifi and cellular, with 32gb space. Frankly, the 32gb wasn't big enough for me. But, I tried to manage it. I really enjoyed playing games, watching youtube at night and checking my emails on it while lying on the floor.

I even tried painting on it. With my fingers. I hadn't bought an apple pencil yet. I might get one, later on. It was still fun though. I heard that drawing can relax your mind. There's even a colouring app for adult at the App store, supposedly for this purpose.

Lol. I'm not a trained artist. But, I find it true that people said, it's pretty relaxing for the mind. The, 'Mountain in the sky' is a drawing of what I once seen in the sky, while travelling back from a vacation. Not exactly, as I've drawn it. But, pretty close.

Right now, I'm actually waiting for my iPad pro 10.5 to be delivered. I've given the iPad 6th gen 9.7 inch to my mom. It's her first ever iPad. She'll be learning something new to use. Before that, she had been using the old android tablet, that I've got for her couple years back.

My mom have never been to school. She could barely read or write. But, I'm glad she's learning to use all these latest tech gadgets. She's not into social media but uses whatsapp video often to chat with her daughter.

My dad, still use his old Nokia phone. He can't adapt to latest technology. He find it weird using a touchscreen phone. There are still people out there that doesn't have the advantages of learning to use all these latest tech. I find myself constantly, having to act as tech support for these people.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to having more fun with my iPad pro. I'm already missing my 6th gen ipad that I've given to my mom. I decided to get the iPad pro because of it's better spec. Also, I got myself the 256gb version. Now, I can download the movies that I've bought via Apple store!

Having had the iPhone 7, 128gb version, anything lower than that are simply not enough for me. There are too many good apps available. I'm also thinking of getting the Apple magic keyboard instead of a keyboard case.

I've realized, I really like using the iPad as it is. Either for playing games or doing any other things. Having it fixed on a keyboard case, and using it as a laptop really beat the reason it's design for. Unless, you're the type that constantly need to use the keyboard, of course.

Don't get me wrong. There are detachable iPad keyboard case that also let you use it without the keyboard. I'll be checking it out too. There are many accessories already available for the iPad. You're pretty much spoilt for choice.
