Imagine, having to work with a boss like Trump. Always, undercutting his employees and think he's always right. When clearly, you know he's in the wrong!
Someone, who want's total loyalty to him but, he gave none to others. Even Ivanka, don't think highly of her dad. He, said so himself. Possibly, she didn't like her parents getting divorced and she blame him.
