Nintendo Switch - 1TB MicroSD Card for $20?

SanDisk 1TB Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card with Adapter - 120MB/s, C10, U1, Full HD, A1, Micro SD Card - SDSQUA4-1T00-GN6MA

Hey guys,

Check it out!

My Youtube video above currently got around 15k views. And, there are a lot of comments from Nintendo Switch gamers. Some of them don't believe that you can use a 512GB MicroSD Card and some even bought it and thanking me.

One guy actually wonders why you need so big storage space. Duh, obviously for games. Especially, if you buy and download from the eShop. Yup, in the beginning, there aren't many games, but now, you'll be like a kid in a candy store. I have downloaded so many games that I'm already left with around 100GB.

I'm thinking of getting a 1TB MicroSD card. Although, I'm not sure if it'll work on my Switch lite. I'm not sure what's the limit. If there's no limit, I'll rather get a 2TB card. Now, I'll have more games than I can play. Imagine, having thousand of games on a Nintendo Switch lite?

I love my fcking Nintendo Switch lite. Even my nephew whom I sold my original Switch wants to sell it off and get a Switch lite. It's much smaller and portable. Obviously, there are advantages and disadvantages. Like not being able to dock and link to a bigger screen Tv or monitor.

Nintendo Switch Lite - Zacian and Zamazenta Edition

I bought the Zacian and Zamazenta edition. Which is pretty cool. I'm surprised, there isn't any other special edition. The Nintendo Switch and Switch lite are quite popular now. I'm not sure what's the numbers but I think it might already be over 70 million. It was around 50 million sold last year.

To think, there were a lot of naysayers. Even from CEO of Pokemon, who said he didn't think the Nintendo Switch would be successful. I'm waiting for the Call of Duty boss to eat his words. He says COD won't be coming to the Nintendo Switch. When top triple-A games are already on the Switch.

One of the reasons I got myself the 512GB MicroSD card is that a lot of this type of triple-A games are coming to the Switch and they're pretty big in size. Nintendo, really need to upgrade their system. 32GB of internal storage is really peanuts in today's console.

They need at least a minimum of 512GB internal and 2TB of MicroSD card. What with more games coming to the switch. Even smartphones today have those kinds of internal storage space. I also sometimes take pictures and videos using the Switch camera capabilities. So, that can add up too.

Today, somebody commented on my video that he got a 1TB MicroSD card for $20 bucks on Amazon. And, he tests it to be true. This means he didn't get cheated. If it's true, then lucky for him but there are also others that bought a 512GB card only to find out it's fake.

Some Nintendo Switch gamers also had problems using their card. All I can say is, if you're having a problem with the card, return it and ask for a refund. It could be the manufactures fault or it's just fake. That's why only buy from a trusted source.

I actually went to check out on Amazon and there are actually many 1TB cards selling at a dirt-cheap price. Many customers have been complaining that it's fake. Although, there are one or two satisfied customers. I'm not really sure what's going on but Amazon needs to do something about fake sellers.

One thing for sure, I'm really hoping that the latest iteration of the Nintendo Switch has bigger storage space. The games library is definitely getting bigger and who knows there'll also be more apps like the mobile phone available on the Switch.

Seagate Portable 4TB External Hard Drive HDD – USB 3.0 for PC, Mac, Xbox, & PS4 - 1-Year Rescue Service (STGX4000400)

One last thing. I wonder if Nintendo can do a system update for both the Nintendo Switch and Switch lite. So that we can download, play and save games on an external HDD or SSD? That will totally solve the storage problems. For Seagate, you can have up to 16TB of storage. Holy cowbell!

Nintendo needs to think far when concerning storage. Like, I've said, there'll be more games coming to the Switch and the games might be bigger in size. Even those Free-to-play games are pretty big in size. I think I'll need to delete those that I'm not playing so that I can download more games.

What you guys think?

Hey guys,

Check it out!

I just found out about Sandisk Ultra Dual Drive m3.0. This thing is extremely useful. The fact that you can transfer files easily between your phone to your computer and vice versa. There are times when I'm working with a video, especially on my iPad and find it frustrating to transfer between them.

Sandisk Ultra dual-drive would solve this problem. I hope, they'll come up with a bigger storage space in the future. Yes, first world problem. Lol. It never seems enough. Even though, our phone already comes with 1 terabyte of internal storage. Why can't all our devices can be easily interconnected and have the same USB type c connections?

The drive is also small and you can bring it anywhere with you. For those who constantly need to transfer their files around. The dual USB c and type A would make the job easier. No more separate adapter to buy. And, no more cables!

Get it via the links below!

SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual Drive USB Type-C - USB-C, USB 3.1 - SDDDC2-256G-G46

We practically have a mini-computer in our pockets. Our mobile phone. There's already a report on the latest CPU and GPU coming out for mobile next year. More powerful for work and play. You'll need all the extra storage to backups your important data.

You can also back up your files and data online. Your music and videos are practically accessed online. But, we constantly forget that there is a time when you won't get any internet connection. What then? Sometime, when I travel to another country, I can't easily access my online account. Hence, I don't really depend on them.

That's why having a big storage space for your mobile phone is important and more important to have backup storage. The problem is when connecting your storage device to your phone or computer. It's such a hassle. Even, if I can access my files online, you'll have to go through loops. This Sandisk dual USB type c would be pretty handy!

Nintendo Switch SanDisk 128GB microSDXC more game storage

SanDisk 128GB MicroSDXC UHS-I Card for Nintendo Switch - SDSQXAO-128G-GNCZN

Hey guys,

Check it out!

Finally, got myself the SanDisk 128GB microSDXC card for the Nintendo Switch version. I was already using the 64gb. But, it's just not big enough. There are a lot of games on sale and can't resist the temptations to download them.

There are also demo and they do take a lot of your storage space too. I'm wondering if ever, there will be a switch pro that has 1-2 terabyte of internal storage space. All the other gaming consoles have at least that kind of storage. Why doesn't the switch have it? Kinda, weird isn't it?

I'm not sure which procedure is the best, but I archived (delete) all the games that I have downloaded from the eShop before changing the card. I didn't even format it. I remember watching a video where you can copy your files from one MicroSD card to another using the computer.

Well, to be sure. I prefer archiving whatever data I have on my switch. I'm currently, still re-downloading the games. I went to the eShop and downloaded all the games that I've purchased to my switch again at one go. If you have lots of games, it'll be some time. Especially, if they're large files.

As a rule, I only buy games from the eShop that aren't big in size. Maybe, 1-5 GB. I'll buy the cartridge version if it's the big popular games. Like Zelda or Mario game franchise. It's getting hard to resist buying all these extremely popular games. There are still games I want, that I haven't bought yet. That's why having a bigger internal storage space is a plus!

Meanwhile, get the Sandisk MicroSDXC card via the links below:

Having more storage means, more games to play on the go. It's also much faster and easier to change between games if they're downloaded. Instead of having to fumbles between cartridges. Of course, it's still great fun to shop for the physical version at your local game shop for big games.
