Anybody else love Snacks & Cookies? #snacks #cookies

Anybody else love snacks and cookies? #snacks #cookies

Delivery of healthy snacks, cookies, nuts, jerky, and snack bars.

Hey guys,

Who doesn't like snacks and cookies, right? When you're hungry and there's nothing to eat, a snack bar is a saver. Especially when you're working and you need something to cover before that big lunch or dinner.

I used to bring along a couple of packs of cookies in my side pockets and have a quick break before continuing. Sometimes, I would even spread some for the birds. Who, by now, would always come over, waiting for me to give them some.

I don't really like to eat too much sweet stuff as it could lead to diabetes. My late father had diabetes. I remembered he used to bring sweet milk tea to work. I used to ask him why he makes the tea so sweet. Even I couldn't stand it. I prefer drinking warm plain water at work.

Anyway, I remembered training sparring TKD (Tae Kwon Do) with my friend, and he advised me to drink plain water more as it would not make our sweat yellow and smell. Kinda make sense. Decades later, I still remember what he said.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy sweet stuff once in a while. I love sugar-coated and chocolate donuts. When I was in the military, if we trained out in the jungle for a week or more, I would only bring snack bars and other packaged foods.

Packaged foods for the military were new back then. It used to be that only canned sardines or chicken, which was much heavier. I was too lazy to bring such food. One time, I gave all my canned chickens to a Thai kid who came to us out in the field. My buds asked me if I had any rations left if I gave it all. I didn't really care.

Nowadays, you have tons of health food and exercise magazines. When I was in school and doing gym, my buddies and I read Muscle & Fitness and read about Arnold and other bodybuilders. It was really fun back then. We had a school physical instructor who supported and advised us to just eat anything we could to build body mass.

Those were the days. Anyway, if you like to snack and cookies, then check out some of these popular offers on Amazon below:

These types of packed food and drinks are also important sometimes. In cases of emergency, you'll have something to fall back on. If your area is prone to hurricanes, floods, snow, or whatever. This will definitely help. The food has expiry dates, and it's always good to be prepared.

What do you think?
