Received my notebook or laptop stand yesterday and did my unboxing video. I also went straight to setting up my double-laptop idea. It didn't actually work out. My idea was that my Acer laptop will be on top of my HP laptop. I swear it could work when I bought the notebook stand a particular design.

Turn out my idea belongs to the dustbin. Well, it might work with a different stand. Even if I put my HP laptop, which is a 15.6 inch, on the notebook stand, I won't be able to use my laptop cooling fan. That's when I realized, the only way is to put the laptop side by side.

So it works out in the end. The important thing is that I will have more space for my mouse. Which I'm using for my HP laptop. That's why I prefer a laptop stand that will create more space underneath it. I can also adjust the height according to my preferences.

I feel more comfortable now with the height of my Acer laptop. My Acer laptop is around 3+ years old and it only has an Intel Celeron N4200. It originally, only comes with 4GB of ram. It lags a lot so, I upgraded it to 8GB ram. It only has 1 slot for the ram or I would have 12GB of ram.

I just saw this laptop stand design with adjustable height and 360 rotating ability. I might have actually bought this if I had seen it earlier. I had wanted it when I was thinking of my desktop setup. The ability to rotates to your preferred viewing angle is pretty useful.

I'm not sure about the stand being in the middle of the base though. It already took out half of the space beneath it. So, it won't be suitable for my double-laptop idea. My portable table is pretty small in size. It's not meant for two laptops.

My room isn't that big, that's why I prefer a small table. I also wasn't really planning to use two laptops at the same time. My Acer was pretty under-used. I only used it sometimes when I needed to do some backups or another computer to work on.

The Acer Spin 1, even with 8GB of ram will stall for a while before back to normal. That's why I decided to get another laptop. The HP AMD Ryzen 7 was in a sale, so I decided to get it. I'm using it right now to type this post.

I'm now wondering if it would have been better if I got the adjustable laptop desk instead. There were two sizes and I thought the smaller one could work. But, after thinking the legs will only block the mouse way. The big one will fit just nicely on my small table.

In any case, I have already made my decision and bought the notebook stand with two legs version. It also creates more spaces for me underneath it. So, I'm pretty satisfied with what I've got. The quality of the aluminum design adds to my satisfaction too.

The picture above is my current double-laptop setup. I'm actually charging the clock. But, since there's space below the laptop, I just put it there. I can put my phone or anything that I need to charge below it. I can even maybe add a portable monitor or my iPad if I want to. 

The setup is pretty flexible. I can combine the setup of the laptops with my desktop computer setup and I'll have a full computer and laptop to work on. Why the heck do I need so many computers? Well, why not? I can use it for emergency data backups or for doing several things at once.
