The good news, we've all been waiting for. The first Human Trial for the coronavirus covid-19 vaccine in Europe has begun at Oxford. This could be the real game-changer. But, we'll have to wait a couple of months to see if it actually works.

The people that are being tested need to get infected by the covid-19 and to see if the vaccine works. Take note, they're not infected yet. And, they won't be purposely infected as the virus is too dangerous. Also, there are around 80 other labs around the world creating their own vaccine and test.

Things are moving in the scientific world and we should be thankful for it. All we have to do now is bunker down and ride it out. No point in going out to protest to end the lockdown and get yourself and others infected. Don't be an idiot and make things worse than they already are.

Good thing comes to those who wait. If you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem. Have a bit of common sense, especially in this pandemic time. Everyone is affected by the lockdown, many have died and our NHS overwhelmed.

As protesters in Egypt agitate for President Hosni Mubarak to step down, the resulting chaos is providing cover for looters who are pillaging the country's museums and archaeological sites.

That chaos, though, is also galvanizing both Egyptologists and everyday Egyptians. Many have formed human chains, established unofficial check points, and even jury-rigged ways around Mubarak's Internet and cell phone shutdowns—all in the name of safeguarding ancient Egyptian treasures.

I've been wondering about it too.. Glad to know Zahi Hawass is safe and protecting Egypt precious treasures.

In this time of chaos, this kind of thing will happen.
