Heh, I read the article in a newspaper today written by Radha Basu (Community Correspondent).
The 'funny' thing is if I would have tick the box for each warning sign I would have full marks!
I already had this suicidal tendency when I was young. Probably, because of the pressure from the divorce of my parents. Living alone and mostly keeping things to myself. I didn't really have anyone to talk to. I keep it all inside. Nobody ask me if I was alright. Nobody talk to me. Nobody seems to care how or what I feel. Nobody freaking knows what I'm going through in life.
Yeah, I could have end it all in a second.
But, thanks to my religion upbringing (faith is a good thing) I knew that it would be wrong for me to commit suicide. In fact it's a sin. And, thinking that I would be in hell forever. Forever, is a very long long time. It's like being jailed for a lifetime with no hope orf parole ever!
I myself know though things can change for the better. Life is like a cartwheel or so they say. Sometime, you'll be right at the top. And sometime, you'll be down below. It's pretty hard sometime to move back up but if you never pull yourself up noone else will. It's really all up to you. Things won't change unless you want it to change.
Right, I have a lot to say about this matter but, I'm just going to relax today and watch my favorite show "Football Focus" which is showing right now.
Yeah, you need to unwind. Forget about work, forget about your seamless endless problems in life. It will keep coming. I remember during my army training that I keep saying to myself "Just Do it!"
It kept me going during tough time. I think it's a good way to push yourself.
Enjoy your life. Do good. And be happy.
