I've seen this 2 years ago, but, it keeps popping up in my Youtube list. I'm going to watch it again today. And, some other random videos showing up in my views. Nowadays, short movies by indie companies are really good.

I loved the sci-fi movie type and there're a lot out there you can watch totally free. One thing, I liked about these kinds of indie movies is because they're pretty short. I can't watch anything, maybe longer than half an hour. Unless they're really good!

Let's face it. We're inundated with so many videos on youtube and our time is really short to watch any kind of movie longer than an hour. Sometime, I'll watch a video and halfway through it, realized it will take me around 50 mins to finish watching it.

Okay, maybe, it's like being a kid in a candy store. Where, you want everything but, can we have everything in life?

Maybe, I'm alone in this but who knows. Maybe, I have a short attention span.

Are you a fan of Half-Life?

You might be interested in watching this fan-made Half Life short film that just came to my attention. This is basically the episode 2: Part 1 of The Freeman Chronicles. There's an episode 1, that already been out for some time. Click here to watch episode 1.

The first time, I watched the short film, didn't really think it captured what Half-Life was about and I'm a little lost for episode 2, too. Granted, this is not a big budget or Hollywood style movie. The effect was a little better during gordon freeman flash back.

The acting, a little awkward. Tactically, not as you would have done while shooting or running from your enemies. Other then that, we should appreciate the effort that they have put in to even create this film. So, kudos to them. And, there're gonna be a Part 2!

I'm thinking though, what if Oats Studios does the Half-Life movie?

They might do their own version but, if you want out-of-the-world kinda movie then Oats Studios are better at it then anyone else out there right now. I certainly hope there going to be a real Half-life movie one day. And, who knows a new Half-life game?

If you're looking for a sick slick sci-fi movie, this is it. How the heck, they got the idea to create that monster is really, sick. Only, someone with a sick mind would come out with that monster design. But, that could also be talent beyond our comprehension.

It's really mind blowing to watch all their short movies and pretty interesting storyline. It's not your standard type of Hollywood movies and children would have nightmares watching it. So, if you're below 12. You'll be better of watching cartoon version of batman. Lol.
